Keeper of memories
I no longer have to stress where are my photos any more
Takes up phone storage
Uploading photos/videos with this app takes up SO MUCH phone storage to the point where it will stop uploading because there’s no more phone storage! I’ve deleted and redownloaded this app 7 times already just trying to upload 800 files and each time, it will take up 96 GB and then stop until I delete the app and redownload to start the process again. I’ve been doing this back and forth for 3 days now and the uploading process is still not completed! 2 TB of video storage is $11.99, FYI, and I think that’s the redeeming quality of this app so far as 1 TB fills up SO FAST!
Nice Idea
The app itself is cool. When sharing photos on my Echo Show device only a limited amount of my vast library seems to show.
Latest app is lacking in basic functionality
Bring back basic functionality of uploading photos from the main screen. The app seems to be gettintg more and more complex for basic use case. Keep it simple!
Love this app.
Being able to save my pictures and not worry about them being deleted using the Amazon photo app is so comfortable

Removed a feature I liked
You removed the “daily shuffle” feature, and replaced with carousels. I really preferred being able to randomly shuffle through my photo library. So I’m very disappointed this feature has been taken away
Great quality photos
The quality of the photos look real! Very clear
Not working with iOS 10
Needs an update yesterday.
Got rid of my most used feature
The ‘on this day’ was the main reason I opened the app daily. Now it’s seemingly gone? Tons of stuff I never use remains but that’s what you get rid of? Hope this is a temporary mistake you’ve made with this update & it will be fixed. Until then I won’t be opening this app any more & it’ll just be a boring cloud storage for photos like iCloud which I never look at.
Storage not as good as advertised
Wouldn’t hold everything that I wanted to upload. Not what is advertised..
Saving my iPhone images
A great option rather than regularly having to buy more space with Apple!
Great backup option!
This is a great option to backup photos! The uploading is fast and simple. The video storage is limited and this is my reason for scoring it 4 stars rather than 5.
More features needed
Please allow the following features: - the face identification on photos isn’t that accurate - allow changing face recognition results on photos, grouping, and adding custom relationships. Essentially what Apple has done with their photo app - sort by photo taken date too
Life is easier
I was always having to delete photos and videos that hurt to do so. Then I found out about Amazon photos and it relieved a lot of space on my phone. I use the app for all my content and memorable photos and videos that I fear to lose on my phone. It made life easier
Warning to RAW file users
RAW data is completely lost when backing up. Files still upload in a raw container but contain only a JPEG. E.g. I upload a 25 MB ProRaw .dng file on the app. The file is still a .dng if you download it from amazon photos website but only 2 MB. All the raw data is missing. This seems to happen with any raw file - same thing happens with .cr2s from photos I imported from a canon. Please fix this! There is no such issue on the android version of the app
Love this
I love this app but wish it could decoder the duplicate pictures so we can delete them
Back up photos
This is a great app for backing up your photos. It also provides looks at various photos based on the time your photos were taken and based on who is in the photos. So fun to get those regularly.
Unlimited?
If it’s unlimited for Prime members, why am I being prompted to buy more storage??
Photos
Excellent
Worst app I have ever used
My friend shared an Amazon album with me for my wedding and despite following ALL the instructions provided by the app, first I can’t seem to download the photo for it to show up in my camera roll, then the shared album photos won’t show up in my album. They keep on saying “download the app” I ALREADY HAVE. STOP SENDING ME TO THE SAME LANDING PAGE
Great

Annoying designing.
Not user friendly and very confusing design, irritating to navigate

This site is awesome I love it
Not available in Prime MX
Disappointed that such amazing service was not available in MX
Very happy with unlimited photos storage
The unlimited photo storage is an amazing perk but the photos don’t have the correct dates.
Péssima

Nice 👍
assolutamente inutile
non è all'altezza delle aspettative
Very useful app
This app has proved very useful and easy to use, one strange alteration needs sorting after the last update which has left the download button hidden unless the photo is fully opened up were as before it was front and centre.
Falta inteligência no app
Cool

Amazing
Thankful for this app
No funciona!
