Awful experience
Have made several attempts to order this morning only to get to the final step and not only did the photos not upload but the postage charge went up 50p. Won’t be using again, dreadful app that has stressed me out. Couldn’t even get online to do it on the website at all
Best option i’ve found since Groovebook.
Love that i found this app since Groovebook shutdown, it’s the best app that i’ve found so far for pictures.
Payment Problems
Used Snapfish for years and it was good. Just tried to order prints but it won’t let me pay with my debit card or allow me to change it. Bit annoyed that I now have to look fr another app
Photo books and prints
Photo books take ages to do because I couldn’t save layout changes, backgrounds etc to every page from the start and had to keep resetting print type/text size. Look good once completed and sent back quickly
Best way to get pictures!

frustrating to use
i was loyal to this app for 10+ years but recently they added an ‘AI enhanced’ thing to all pictures i wanted to order which i had to manually modify - couldn’t be bothered for any of that so i switched to a competitor (free prints) and found out they were half the price of snapfish anyway! i have deleted snapfish now
Great Photos
I have been using Snapfish for a while now and they always have great deals. Pictures turn out great and half the cost of traditional printers. The app can get a little weird when uploading pics but other than that. Love it.
Frustrating
I have great internet and up to date phone and apps. This app was so frustrating to use. It took so long, it kept freezing while I was trying to creat playing cards.
it’s gotten expensive
i’ve used this app for years to get pictures printed affordably, but since last year the shipping went up to $20 which feels absurd. not sure i’ll keep using this app
Convenient and clear
Love that the image choices aren’t too large (like editing software). I like the ease of selecting images and just print! Two weak points: 1. it’s unclear what is needed to pickup an order (instead of shipping). 2. I wish I could crop an image before printing (not just crop a pic based on the picture size).
App nightmare to use
It’s just taken me over an hour to order a few prints. The app told me my phone number was incorrect (it wasn’t); told me my password was wrong (it wasn’t) and then refused to accept my credit card.
Easy to use service
I love ordering my photos through snapfish, they usually are running a deal for $.01 unlimited 4x6 photos, which is one of the most affordable that I have found. My only complaint is that shipping does increase rapidly, I wish there was a way to spend a certain amount to get free shipping, or discounted shipping!
False Advertising
These guys used to do 50 free prints a month and still claim to do so, but when you click on this it’s actually 12p/print and no way to avoid this (have tried several options). False advertising and a waste of time
Get it
When I was buying my free prints it was very easy but when i wrote my delivery address it kept saying it was wrong even though every time i double checked it was completely right the app still said it was wrong! It was my first time so it might have been partially my fault but im not sure. Anyway i would say yes to buying it GET IT!!!!

I love Snapfish, I have been using it for many years. I just wish their delivery fees were a little lower. Their delivery fees used to be good.
Glitchy and difficult
The whole app glitches any time I save and reopen my project. Cropped images randomly became blurry and had to be reuploaded multiple times just to become clear again. Took way too long to achieve a basic card.
Frustrating
I have ordered several photo books and prints from Snapfish and each time I have run into issues with getting my pictures in the order that I want. I have not been able to change the order of the pages, or add additional photos. Perhaps there is a learning curve but I really wish it was more user friendly as I like the idea of the program. I will try it again, but if this time diesn’t work, I’ll see what else is out there.

It’s easy, fast, and has enough options for anyone who just wants to put a book together but needs no complications.
Photos issue
I heard of this app through TikTok and decided to try it out only for it to not show me all of my photos when I wanted to select a few to print. I gave the app full access to my photos and still wouldn’t let me print all of the ones I wanted as it wouldn’t show them
It’s ok
I’m having to keep downloading the app every once in a while because there is always an issue with my address keeps saying there are errors when there is nothing wrong with it But I do love Snapfish and love using that app for the free prints as always need photos
Too touchy
I have trouble using the app, it keeps going back for no reason. The coupons are hard to use, because you don’t know which on to use — some overlap and others won’t go in the box “ do not apply”. It’s frustrating.
Horrible new update
The new update is not just ugly but its extremely slow and it lags really bad. Glitches a whole Lot!!
Game changer
Why order prints any other way? This has simplified a rather burdensome process for me. And so affordable.
Frustrated and Fuming
Trying to make a book. Hard to find my photos when my albums get all mixed up. Can’t remove a photo on a page unless another is put in its place. Then after working on a book all day, it suddenly disappeared!!! 😡
Appreciate the product - reviewing product is difficult
The products are great, and I appreciate the discounts, but it is very clunky to use, especially when I want to review my order.
App is awful compared to website
Trying to do the most simple things in the app is so much more difficult. Trying to create and album to load photos from multiple devices was so difficult- you can’t just create an album. You have to select a photo to add to the album to create it - I found this by trial and error as the online help was useless- limited options, I tried selecting‘something else’ and just got stuck in a loop. For such an established photo app to be so difficult for users is bizarre. The other issue is the constant offers rather than regular consistent lower prices. They could reduce prices but slashing their marketing budget and resources to just have everyday low prices so that Snapfish is the only place you consider. I’ve also had issues with the quality of images when received too - I had streaks across 4 calendars when they arrived (like the ink was running out!) they did put credit in my basket to get them reprinted but then it was touch and go whether thr would arrive in time! There are so b my any other options out there - I’ll be trying some of them!
Great Choices, But…
You have to be alert when you are ordering or you will get the wrong sizes. I make sure I am wide awake and alert when I order on this app.

Yikes
Used to be a really great way to order photos, now it’s way too expensive and not worth it. Unfortunate bc i used to order from this place religiously, like every month. Now it cost too much for prints.
Simple and functional
Really straightforward to use and have never once had a problem with my prints. Have had both photos and canvases and they’ve all been good quality
Glitchy, poor
Had to resort to consulting with Snapfish Chat help THREE times (50 free prints not adding to my order, address not working). Repeatedly had to close down the app and open it again due to repeated freezinf and buffering.

I found this to be very frustrating when trying to crop pics to fit the size.

Very disappointed
I had been working weeks on a photo book as a surprise birthday gift for my daughter before she went away for a while. I was pushing the deadline, but the app kept crashing. I saved my work after every page. It was taking so long that I thought I’d see if there was an update, thinking it might solve the problem. Instead, after installing the update, it crashed every time I did anything, so I could no longer work on my book. I went through the live chat to get help. They suggested trying to work through the website. So I opened up my project on the website, but all of my pictures were gone from my book!!! Just like that. All the layouts and background colors I had picked out were still there, just no pictures!! I had a panic attack. I went back to the live chat. They were polite and sympathetic, but said that due to a glitch my pictures were apparently gone. I can’t take that kind of stress and waste 70 hours again, so I’m afraid unless they can find my saved photo book as I had created it, I’m going to have to look for another app. Very sad and disappointing.
Good results, abuses notifications
The results are pretty good so far, and quick results too. The app is a little slow and clumsy. It also abuses notifications by using them for promotions.
Policy
I think Snapfish is a great place for storing your photos and they give you lots of ideas on how to use them for other projects like the ornaments and acrylic photos. Snapfish is NOT great for just letting your photos sit in there so you can save them. Why? Because of their stupid policy to purchase something every eighteen months. They should not have the right to archive MY photos. For ANY reason. I took the photos. I used your app to hold them. That was the deal. I’ve had this app since I was maybe 12 or 13? It’s been a ridiculous rule change that I’ve been frustrated into my mid-twenties. My family members use Snapfish and I have seen the print outs that have come in. They’re pretty terrible. Bad cropping job, uneven photos, not all of the quality is the same. And the photo book is a waste of space with how much page is still left after using your photos. I will be making ONE purchase to get my archived photos back and then, I really just suggest using Google Photos or any app besides this one.
Uncooperative
As I was creating a book to commemorate an epic vacation, the SNAPFISH app kept telling me that some of my photos didn’t exist. (They did.) I had to spend a lot of extra time uploading the photos all over again. Very Frustrating. That said, the book eventually turned out well, at a reasonable price. If they work out the glitches, I’ll raise my rating.

Great
I love ordering from Snapfish. They have great deals. My only complaint is that the shipping is ridiculous. I don’t ever see a free shipping sale ever.
No thank you
What a scam this app is. Offers several sales ; i.e. 100 4x6 pictures for a penny each but you get to shipping and it’s $180! I cannot believe how highly rated this app is.
Ok
It’s ok. There is a lot of great coupons and the photos themselves are cheap, but the shipping is at least $15 some times even more.

I love this app for turning my photos into a huge variety of products, from prints to fleece blankets and practically anything one can imagine. Very easy to use.
Never received order
The app and the site do not communicate on orders at all. Pics are on both. Never received order, chat support was able to cancel but didn’t answer questions. Very clunky.
Good value
Good value prints and fast delivery. The website is not very easy to navigate though. I seem to muddle through rather than move smoothly from one action to the next.
Just ok prints
However I’ve had several photos cut off line / so I had to order replacement and still have the same issue. So I may just try a different service
