Muy chulos, pero el primero que compré en diciembre de 2024 y a día de hoy se despega del marco, tendré que comprar algo para pegarlo. Por lo que lo recomiendo comprar cuadro sin cristal.

Beautiful photo tiles, easy to install, but after less than 6 months the pictures started to peel away from the frame, had tried to get in contact to resolve but impossible to get past the bot which is very understanding but useless

Stornieren nicht möglich
Leider ist das Stornieren nicht möglich. Über die Hotline war dies möglich. Ansonsten ist die App sehr gut. @Entwickler: Meine Rezension bezog sich schon auf die App. In der App läuft diese Funktion „Stornieren“ nicht. Er lädt sobald man es ausgewählt hat und ansonsten passiert nichts.

Peeling off
Photos are peeling of at the edges so that’s very disappointing seeing as I’ve actually paid for a few of them. I’ve had to stick them back down with super glue 🙄 Not great

A lot of my photos won’t fit in the photo tiles as they are too big. It would be great if i could crop them to make them fit on tile. If this could be done i would be buying alot more tiles from you. At the moment i am limited to only a few photos. Very disappointed!

I ordered a total of 14 tiles before Christmas . Tiles arrived ok but not enough adhesive strips to Hang them with. 3 times I got on to customer services asking for adhesive strips and offed to pay for them and was promised they were on the way - I’m still waiting , or perhaps I’ll get them before next Christmas
Photos peeling off the tiles
My photos are peeling off the tiles, after only few months, and the company refuses any refund or replacement after 60 days. It looks like the tiles are made with only 2 months durability.

Se supone que tendría que haberlas recibido el 27 de febrero y a día 20 de marzo ni las he recibido ni tengo noticiasaun no lo he recibido un mes después de la supuesta fecha original de entrega (27 febrero) Solo a través de la valoración me han contestado. Me ofrecieron volver a enviarme el pedido pidiéndome los datos, se lo envié. 20 julio vuelvo a reclamar y 28 de julio me contestan que no foto ni dinero porque han pasado más de 90 días Un timo
Cuidado que vienen de EEUU!!!!!
Ha venido procedente de EEUU, a parte de que ha tardado un montón, (pedido el 28 de agosto y recibido 22 de octubre), al venir de EEUU, aduanas cobra al venir de país no perteneciente a la UE. Así que sumadle 6,01€ al coste del pedido que hagáis 🤷🏻♀️

Bad experience
I liked the pictures but the main issue is l added the pictures in my cart and then accidentally paid for them and l cancelled my order immediately upon realising. You guys immediately sent me an email stating that you will refund and that the order was cancelled and l should wait 2 days. 2 days later l get an email that my order has been dispatched, THE ORDER I CANCELLED !!!and its on your app that l cancelled because it says order cancelled! I never got my back ! . You guys should stick to your word! Order cancelled means order cancelled and you people confirming it mean l should get a refund not my pictures posted to me and no refund

Also die gratis Kachel mit Foto Kollage (mehrere Fotos zusammen auf einer Kachel) ist sehr schön geworden ❣️aber die beiden gleichen Kacheln mit dem Paar darauf ist viel zu große Pixel wodurch Gesichter der beiden unscharf-unschön geworden ‼️mit freundlichen Gruß Gisela Meisen ich erwarte Besserung und Rückmeldung ‼️

Did not receive my order of a free tile, and when I try to press ‘have not received my order’ it says I have not purchased anything recently. The money is gone from my account
Färben ab
Leider habe ich nun nach ein paar Wochen schwarze Flecken von der Plastikrückseite an der weißen Wand. Sieht unmöglich aus! Also von wegen umhängen so oft man möchte. Wenn man nicht ständig streichen will, bewegt man sie am besten gar nicht.

DO NOT USE
I ordered tiles in late August due to arrive in September. The tiles never arrived I contacted the company and was told they’d be sent again, once again never arrived. It’s now November and still no tiles or refund! Customer service is woefully poor!
