Practical and pretty
It has a good balance between organizing the pictures in a pretty way and allow you to customize. I used other services in the past and the editing used to take me forever, while they did a great job using AI to organize the layouts. Only problem for me was the lack of personalization of the dates or text. I wanted to just have the month shown and there was no way to the remove the day. As well as I would have liked to add some text but the space was minimal and I couldn’t find a way to add more.

They make you download the app for better performance but then the photos do not upload.

Ha llegado en 6 días, por ese lado muy bien, pero el encuadernado muy mal, la tapa perfecta pero vienen las hojas interiores medio sueltas en el primer vistazo, cuando lo abra 4 veces se caerán todas.

Badly cropped photos
This service is terrible. I spent 60 euros on prints and all the photos came back cropped. Badly cropped. I will have to throw away most of them. The cropping was not apparent when I placed the order. How hard it it to size a photo for a standard 2:3 print? A massive disappointment. Absolutely to be avoided.

Funzioni limitate, poco personalizzabile
Ho creato un fotolibro a inizio giugno 2026 e ho pensato che PhotoSì fosse fantastico. Ma a distanza di 2 mesi trovo funzioni molto limitate: layout di pagina fissato dall’app (prima potevo decidere a priori quante scegliere il layout in base al numero di foto e dopo scegliere le foto migliori per euro formato, modificarne le dimensioni, definire i margini), e adesso ci sono sfondi e stickers limitati, non c’è più l’inserimento testo. Mi sembra che abbiano aggiunto la AI per date e mappe, a spese però di tante belle funzioni manuali. Forse adesso creare il libro è più veloce, ma il risultato è meno personale ed accurato. Potrei disinstallare l’app e basta, ma era davvero ben fatta, credo valga la pena chiedere di fare un passo indietro e ripristinare le vecchie funzioni, che rendevano la creazione più bella e ricca.

Photos de qualité mais SAV inexistant : j’ai eu reçu mon album abîmé sur la couverture ; j’ai fait une réclamation qui normalement doit être traitée dans les 48 h et depuis 15 jours toujours rien …. C’est bien dommage : je ne recommanderais pas !

Not worth the money
Considering the price I paid for the photo book it arrived and wasn’t packaged very good. It came damaged and I wasn’t impressed with the overall look of it. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Trovo ottima la varietà di prodotti disponibili. Trovo surreale il fatto che non ci sia in limite per la spedizione gratuita e i “finti” coupon dove la soglia da raggiungere è troppo alta per essere usata realisticamente per stampare semplici foto.

La App está genial, la he usado ya para varios viajes, el problema está al querer cambiar el nombre del producto. Pongo un ejemplo: esta verano me he ido a Francia y al escoger el álbum (el De la Torre Eiffel) no me deja poner “FRANCIA” porque “PARIS” (que es lo que pone el álbum) solo tiene 5 letras y por lo cual el nombre que yo elija tiene que tener 5 también cuando el que yo quiero (FRANCIA) tiene 7. El resto perfecto pero me preguntaba si podrías reparar este detalle para que el álbum me quede chulo. Muchas gracias.

Correzione indirizzo?impossibile!!
Quando, appena avevo spedito l’ordine di stampa, mi sono accorta che l’indirizzo del destinatario era sbagliato, ho subito contattato il servizio clienti e mi sono stupita nel sapere che non era possibile modificarlo. Assurdo! Il prodotto non era ancora stato stampato!! C’è stato uno scambio di messaggi..in uno mi avevano illusa di poter cambiare indirizzo ma così non è stato. VERGOGNOSO!! Non sarò più cliente, cancello la app dal mio tel.

Falta flexibilidad
En los álbumes de viajes me gustaria poder cambiar el título y poner por ejemplo Cantàbria y Ordesa, y no me deja, me da un límite de carácteres. También creo que estaria chulo que el dibujo se pudiera cambiar. Basicamente tener más opciones de cambiar cosas. Con solo esas dos cosas yo haría mi album con vosotros, pero con las opciones que me dais no consigo el resultado que necessito. Así que termino haciendo el mismo formato pero con otra App…
Schöne Cover - Qualität nur ok
Die Cover die dort angeboten sind sehr vielseitig und genau mein Geschmack! Das Problem ist nur, dass die Qualität der einzelnen Seiten und Bilder nur ok ist. Dafür finde ich es sogar etwas zu teuer und habe andere Anbieter die ein besseres Preis Leistungs Verhältnis haben. Ich bin mir unsicher ob ich nochmal dort bestellen würde.

Great but can’t access shared iOS Albums
I’m not able to create a family photo album because the photos are in a shared album. Ordered products before and they have been excellent so disappointed.

Ho appena scaricato la app ed effettuato un ordine. Molto veloce l’editing delle fotografie e nessun crash dell’app. Ne ho approfittato per stampare delle foto scattate con il cellulare e fare un regalo. 4 stelle solo perché aspetto di vedere le foto stampate e consegnate!

Le livreur sonne ne fais aucun effort pour préciser ce qu’il fait du colis le laisse dans lassenceur sans même préciser quelle es mon étage j’ai du sans même discuté accepte son choix j’ai un enfant en bas âge il aurais pu monté et me le donner livraison nul …

La app è carina ma il servizio clienti non serve a nulla. Capisco che è tutto automatizzato ma se per errore non ho selezionato il 3 calendario ( gratuito) dovrebbero essere in grado di aiutarmi in quanto si tratta di una semplice copia in più Molto delusa

No me carga la aplicación
Al entrar en la aplicación aparece un mensaje diciendo: se ha producido un error. Compruebe tu conexión o cierre la App y vuelva a abrirla. Aun haciendo eso no me deja entrar. Es una pena porque está App la he usado varías veces y me ha gustado mucho. Espero solucionen ese problema.

Good app
The app works well and is easy to use, I did not have any issue. I wish I could have selected more the sizes, I could only chose the first size (10x, 12x, etc...) while the app would chose the second size, probably optimized based on the dimensions of the original.
Preis / Leistung
Schlechtes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. 30€ für ein Mini FotoHEFT. Finde ich deutlich zu hoch. Die Qualität war jetzt auch nicht so toll.
Eigentlich sehr cool
Wie die App aufgebaut ist, der Preis und die Möglichkeiten sind super, ABER das Fotobuch ändert die ganze Zeit die Sotierung (musste 3 mal schon neu anfangen ) und man kann nicht entscheiden wie viele Fotos auf eine Seite kommen! Außerdem kann man nicht ein Foto zu einer Seite hinzufügen, da man ja nicht entscheiden kann wie viele Fotos auf eine Seite können. Total nervig tut mir leid

Not working as before
I've had problems with the app. It freezes all the time and it takes ages to open the prints in progress and then it just closes the app. It getting annoying!! Can you fix this issue??

Vorher besser
Vor dem Update im Oktober fand ich die App deutlich besser. Jetzt muss man das Datum bei Polaroids manuell eingeben, was bei einer großen Menge echt nervig ist. Zum anderen kann ich meine Polaroids nicht mehr bearbeiten, sobald sie im Warenkorb liegen. Ich bekomme nur noch eine Fehlermeldung... Schade... Ich fand die App vorher sehr gut und habe auch des Öfteren dort bestellt. Jetzt muss ich mir eine Alternative suchen
