they’ll trick you into buying codes that don’t work. the app will glitch countless times. when you contact them they’ll send you a reply acting as though things will get sorted only to completely ignore you and your consumer rights. run while you can

Probleme d’enregistrement
Je crée des brouillons de livre photo et le lendemain j ai un message comme quoi des photos ont été enlevées de mon téléphone. Ce qui n’est pas le cas. J’ai tout essayé mais au final je suis obligée de faire à nouveau tout le livre photo. Cela n’est vraiment pas possible de fonctionner comme cela

Such a great photo printing service
Love Lalalab’s products. I get their retro mini vintage prints regularly and they’re great quality and really cute (add them to presents, cards, diary etc)…The magnets, stickers, photo books too…all amazing!
Terrible delivery timing
Massive shame, as the photos have always been great ordering from here. But don’t bother if you need pictures quickly. Spent over £200 on photos for a funeral and the delivery dates are not the dates told at checkout. I never would have ordered from here if delivery dates had been honest. Then trying to contact someone to chase up the orders and you have to wait ages for a response. Won’t be using this app again as it’s unreliable! And I’ll be expecting a refund for all my products.
Great app, little improvements needed
The app is great. I use it mostly for photo albums. Only one function is really to be improved. When changing the page set up (number of photos and photos layout) if you happen to move a picture to another position it does not reset the picture in its original size automatically. So I ended up with a few albums where some pictures where not centered and we could not see the people on them.
Tirage photo et poster
J’ai fais 2 tirages photos qui sont arrivés en tres bon état par contre j’ai commandé un poster pour un cadeau il est arrivé complètement froissé que ce soit et le carton et le poster donc inutilisable aucune réponse de la part du sav malgré les mails et du coup pas de solution. Il faudrait peut être songer à changer les emballages des cartons et trouver des emballages plus costauds pour ce genre de produits très déçu
Dysfonctionnement pour seconde édition d’un livre album
Le site est très bien mais il y a un dysfonctionnement pour commander à nouveau un album déjà édité.

Poor delivery
Don’t bother ordering from here. Been waiting way over a month now for these photos which has been a massive inconvenience for me. Emailed and had to get them resent as they had no idea where they had gone. The new package if taking even longer to come. Still no sign of it. I made the first order on the 3rd feb it is now 11th of March. Way past the estimated day it said for the re send parcel. At this post I don’t want the picture anymore because it was part of gift that is now too late. Very disappointed as I thought the picture would have been very cute.
L’application saute beaucoup
L’appli est super et pas cher ! Mais elle fait que sauter donc faut tout recommencer après bon quand c’est une fois ça va mais 10x c’est un peu relou
Appli bien faite mais beug à la conception et problème sur les codes promo
J’ai utilisé l’appli pour la première fois semaine dernière et je suis assez déçue de plusieurs choses. Déjà des galères à la création ja dû refaire deux fois un album car il ne détectait pas une photo qui pourtant était toujours sur mon téléphone. Donc galère. De plus ATTENTION AUX OFFRES VENTES PRIVÉES. Si vous prenez plusieurs codes vous devez faire une commande par code donc repayer des frais de port à chaque ce qui fait que pour moi les frais de port on fait x4. Je suis choquée par cette politique qui n’est ni écolo (je ne suis même pas sûre que ça soit encore légale) ni commerciale et le service client n’a fait aucun effort. Donc il vaut mieux ne pas avoir de problème sur cette appli. Bien que bien faite le support est à revoir.

I’ve updated the app and been trying for 4 days to upload images. All I get is ‘oopsie’. Email address bounces back too. What’s going on??
App not working
I love these products and buy the magnets once a year every year. At the moment though the app isn't working and keeps freezing. Customer service isn't working. Can you advise please.

Learn my lesson after second chance I gave this app, as the waiting time for couple of pictures was nearly a month… Which would be fine if you warn your customers in advance. On both occasions that I was ordering, the pictures was meant to be gifted as a present on certain date, where I planned ahead and checked with the information regarding delivery, but found out that informations were misleading and untrue.

Ein Stern Abzug , weil man nur 3 Zahlungsmöglichkeiten hat. Ansonsten sind solche kleine Fotoboxen schöne Geschenkideen. Meine Mom freut sich auf solche Geschenke immer. Dieses Jahr überrasche ich meine Freunde Schwester damit.

Des gros efforts à faire sur les livraisons
L’application est géniale et la qualité d’impression des photos est super la dessus rien à dire ! En revanche les délais de livraison sont affreusement longs, c’est toujours pareil pour chaque commande je dois envoyer un mail pour faire bouger les choses. Plus d’une semaine pour faire envoyer les impressions et il s’agit simplement d’impression de tirage classique alors je n’ose même pas imaginer pour un livre !! Il faudrait sérieusement faire des efforts sur vos délais d’expédition et de livraison par ce que 7 jours pour déposer une enveloppe à un transporteur c’est bien plus qu’il n’en faut.

Passati i 9 giorni lavorativi il mio ordine ancora non si è visto, tuttavia è arrivata un'email e nella cronologia della spedizione mi viene chiesto "cosa ne pensate del vostro ordine?" come se mi fosse arrivato.

Do not order
never received my order :( they took weeks to get back to me and their only response was “must of got lost and took a wrong turn”. I haven’t been refunded and have had no assist from them in finding my order. Awful customer service and all in all a scam as i never received my order.

When making photo albums, and spending time and effort arranging them- the app would glitch out and I would have to start again. This happened multiple times and it was painful!!!

Horrible service and customer service.
I ordered this nearly a month ago and I still don’t have my order. I needed the pictures tomorrow as they’re part of a present so I did another other with another vendor. Their support team STOPPED RESPONDING. Horrible service. Avoid Lalalab and use any other vendor. Also they give you a tracking code but none of the order have tracking so I’ve got no idea where my order.

Every version glitches
Every version I’ve used of this stops functioning. The buttons freeze so you are just stabbing the screen and have to shut the whole thing down to restart, losing progress.

ottima qualità delle foto e vasta scelta di prodotti ! da sempre la mia app preferita per stampare foto e/o accessori di ogni tipo! spesso ci sono offerte convenienti e la qualità prezzo è ottima! un solo difetto, mentre creavo il mio fotolibro ogni tanto l’app smetteva di funzionare, salvava per un periodo di tempo poi smetteva, perciò dovevo rifare, ma comunque non ho mollato e ho creato due fotolibro, per la prima volta.. spero di essere soddisfatta come per gli altri prodotti che ho acquistato in passato!🙂

Broadly good app but the inability to delete blank pages is incredibly frustrating. You just have to find new photos to go into them…

Ridiculous delivery times
I have used Lalalab a few times, and every single time I have used it, I have paid for express delivery and somehow all of my orders have taken at least 2 weeks if not more to arrive. It’s pathetic and not really worth it. A waste of my money and embarrassment to give people presents late.
Orders
They always add postage. Which really adds to the expense. They take quite a while to arrive. And I never actually get any discounts to work . Saying that the final product is great ! I’d use it more if it cost less .
So slow
The app visually is easy to understand. I spent ages choosing the pics I needed printing, but then couldn’t edit them. Frustrated, I tried again later - didn’t work. Tried the next day and it worked. Decent for the price with the discount codes, but took over a week to arrive. 7 working days isn’t quick. Might use again, but will shop around for faster delivery.
Cover Optionen fehlen
Ich habe für ~ 50€ ein Fotoalbum bestellt. Es war anspruchsvoll mit dem Handy zu arbeiten. Die Optionen für das Cover habe ich nicht gefunden und nun sind dort Bilder (wollte ich nicht) und diese Bilder sind noch dazu nicht die, die ich mir gern ausgesucht hätte. Werde das Cover nun bekleben, damit es besser aussieht. App gelöscht, werde lieber wo anders in Zukunft bestellen

DONT BUY FROM THEM! SCAM
I never got my product. I emailed them and they told me they would send another one, I never received that either. After all the back and forth they told me they’d give me my refund in credit, as if I ever would want to purchase from them again! I said no, refund my bank account and they said they would and they never did.
Great service
Easy to use app, only thing preventing from giving a 5* is the time it takes for delivery is quite long, I would be happy to pay for extra for an express service.

Terrible service I don’t recommend this app, they don’t have proper customer service. They don’t solve the problem, I been writing everyday to cancel my order I don’t recommend this app my personal opinion I don’t trust this app it should be close to people download.
I did love Lalalab
Always loved Lalalab, great quality photo and print. However I raised a bug with them months ago, they kept telling me it was fixed with each update but it still hasn’t been. Basically I can’t print landscape photos in the mini (polaroid) prints. The frame flips with the photo so I can never get the full landscape photo :(
