I was having problems with my frame, so I reset it now it will not let me back my same email address I’ve even tried different email addresses and it won’t let me in not even as a guest

Verification codes do not work
I tried to have access from my phone my profile using the downloaded app, but the codes sent to my email didn’t work. Frustrating!!
It likes to log you out
I don’t know what is up with this app, but it just randomly logs out every now and then. Annoying.

Seriously deficient in basic functionality
This app has been about for a while. I expected some updates for missing functionality, but clearly they aren’t coming. The most basic feature is being able to see all of the photos that have been uploaded to the frame. You can sift through a history of uploads but there isn’t a way to just look at what is currently there. And consequently no way to select a photo to be displayed. How did this get missed? If you go to Gallery, there is an option for “Recently Saved” and “Recent”. What’s the difference? I don’t know. The gallery used to show a lot of pictures, but after the recent app update, I only shows the photos I uploaded today. This really needs a UX designer to take a look at the app and overhaul it. Right now it is deficient Update: the response is incorrect. There is no option to switch folders. Just the dropdown with redundant options of “Recently Saved” and “Recent”
Love it but...
5/15/26 I love this digital frame so much!! I just wish the app could do more than just add pix from my py. There are pix I need to remove as I accidentally added them multiple times. I'm hoping I'll be able to remove them from the frame itself? It would also be better if the frame didn't have to be plugged in to edit. I'm hoping there's a way to move the pix so the memories are together such as holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. I really don't want to have to delete everything & start over.. 5/8/26 I appreciate your quick response. 💜 Since the frame has to be plugged in to use, it would be nice to be able to view my memories on my phone & be able to scroll back & forth to delete. Instead I have to sit on the foot of my bed, reach over to the frame on my dresser to find the photo & delete them. You don't address my question about having the memories together. Currently my son's wedding photos are kinda scattered. I'd love to be able to enjoy that special day at the same time. 🌻 I did find that I have to set the sleep timer on the frame as there's no am/pm option on my phone. I've had a hard time going back to sleep cuz I just can't stop watching my family through the years! 🥹 Overall I'm loving this frame!!! 💖💖💖💖💖
Can no longer add photos
This app just became frustrating and useless today. I’ve added photos several times, but today I keep getting an error message that the frame isn’t online. IT IS ONLINE. I’ve refreshed both the app and connection the frame several times, and still keep getting the error message. I spent quite a bit of time, selecting photos, and that time is wasted. There isn’t even a FAQ for this issue. Seriously?! This cannot be the first time it’s happened. Developer: Please fix this or put this issue in the FAQs with instructions. I cant recommend your product at this time.

Frame Error
i’m not sure why but when i upload a photo and click on “fit to frame”, it looks great on my phone but on the frame it displays with a blurred background instead of filling the frame.. i’ve updated the app, deleted and reuploaded the pictures, i feel like ive tried everything but the blurred bars will not go away. i’ve had the frame less than a year and have had this issue since taking it out of the box. the app itself is super outdated

Application renders photo frame unusable
I loved this frame until the app no longer allowed me to login. I tried to contact the support email and no response… everytime I tried anything on the app it would “fail” - I deleted and redownloaded numerous times… so frustrating

Warning for network breach
These devices communicate to all devices on the network and in install malicious viruses. For some reason when all it need to do is take downloads of photos it communicates to fire sticks, Alexa’s ect

While the user interface is not especially friendly, once you get it figured out the results are great. We enjoy seeing new pics of our grandchild and running the display with friends

More text message frames
This is a great app but not enough text message frames to choose from and the pre message templates like Happy New Years and Valentines Day templates are also limited. Need more options

Malicious Code in Frame
I was given a Uhale 10” frame with 16GB storage. I noticed some unusual traffic on my network and tracked it down to the photo frame. The Uhale frame is a known security risk loading malicious code. BE WARE!!! Mine filled up so much malicious code that the system storage takes up all 16GB. This frame is a threat!

Bien, mais certaines fonctionnalités à améliorer
1. Les photographies perdent leurs informations d’enregistrement (métadonnées) lorsqu’envoyées, alors on doit écrire une par une les dates de prise (et s’en rappeler!) quand on les envoie au cadre. 2. Même si on modifie l’aspect d’affichage de chaque photo avant de l’envoyer au cadre, les settings par défaut du cadre s’appliquent et on doit les remodifier sur le cadre à nouveau. 3. On ne peut effacer les photos du cadre avec l’application, alors difficile de gérer à distance le cadre de grand-maman qui n’y comprend rien… 4. Des catégories (dossiers) de photographies seraient intéressantes: sans vouloir les effacer complètement du cadre, permettre l’affichage de certains groupes de photographies (par événement, par date de prise, par date d’ajout, par membre expéditeur…) serait intéressant.

Terrible App
The app is terrible as far as selecting photos. Difficult to swipe through your photos without selecting several unwanted photos. I’m stuck with it bc of the frame but seriously do better!
Great app
My wife loves it. She can view it. Keep up-to-date. Then wheelchair. It’s harder to do that and this helps greatly.
No zoom in and out
Unfortunately there is no zoom in and out like in AiMOR App. Other than that, the App is easy to use.
Adding photos issue
Nice frame, easy to set up, but there is a technical issue with the iPhone app where you select a photo and a different one, from different albums, is uploaded.
Uhale photo slide show
We were given this for a Christmas present. It was easy to set up. It is easy to use. We really like that you can show videos along with photos. My mother would like one, but she does not have internet service or Wi-Fi. She is on a fixed income and would not use the internet for anything else, to justify the cost for the service.
App stopped working
No issues until the app stopped working. Couldn’t bind or find existing frames then wouldn’t let me log in or even send a temp password. App must have a bug and customer support hasn’t answered my concerns!

Grundsätzlich ist der Rahmen super und auch die App funktioniert einwandfrei und schickt die Bilder zuverlässig an den Rahmen. Der große Kritikpunkt ist, weswegen der Fotorahmen nicht gut benutzt werden kann, ist die fehlende Funktion, sich nur aktuelle Bilder anzeigen zu lassen. Eine Funktion, das beispielsweise immer nur die letzten X Tage wiedergegeben werden, wäre super. So werden immer alle Fotos die auf dem Gerät sind wiedergegeben und es dauert bei vielen Bildern ewig bis die aktuellen angezeigt werden. Sehr schade, bei eigentlich so einem guten Produkt. Ich hoffe es wird dafür bald ein Update geben, ich finde diese Funktion ist essenziell, dass beispielsweise die Großeltern immer nur die neusten Bilder sehen. Sonst kann man auch einen normalen Bilderrahmen verwenden.

No Menu Options or Reset button
There is no ability to remove pictures or reset digital frame buttons or in the app! This is horrible

Great frame!
I don’t have many pics hanging in my house so this is great. Getting to add all my favorite pics with the touch of a button is way easier than hanging them one by one.
Full Memory No Service
I don’t have very many, maybe 30or so, frame keeps saying memory is full & to manage my photos but when I do that it says there are no photos!!! Can’t get help anywhere I have tried!! I would not recommend this product bc there is no customer service to contact!!
