No problems so far. Everything works great
Doesn’t work right
App never loads smoothly. Payments don’t reflect accurately. If you have a credit card, and make your payment on time, the due date still turns red as if you missed your payment. Some reason it takes 5 days to deposit a check into your acct. regardless of the amount.

Slow
ACH payments take up to 5 days to push through. The app you need to refresh screen alot or exit the app altogether to get the app to sync better
Substandard and confusing, actually
I’ve had two duplicate charges made on my checking account and there was no way to correct them through the app. Finding things quickly and having the ability to correct or edit them (scheduling payments, transferring funds) is more difficult than all of my other banking/finance apps

Convenience
When you transfer from Savings to a similar outside account, even though that account is in your app, it takes WAY too long for it to get there. It always shows up at least 3 or 4 days later. More if done late in the week. I’m sure that they would blame this on the receiving bank but in any case it makes me wish I had deposited a recent insurance check at Bank of America instead of having to go through the process from my credit union.
Very user friendly
I would’ve given it five stars but : Very user friendly. Easy to navigate but there are days where it freezes several times in a row. And I have to go back in and out of the app multiple times.
Doesn’t function well
Half of the time, the home page won’t load and I have to close the app and reopen it to get it to work. Also… when I’m out of town and try to use the app to send Zelle, it blocks it. I don’t know if the app tracks my location but I travel so often and have noticed that anytime I leave Clark Clunty, my Zelle no longer lets me send money.

App freezes too often. Sometimes have to log in multiple times before your able to look at transactions
Stalling issues
For the most part, the app is good however, I experience, more than I like, stalling. The app will open but when checking my accounts, it won’t open. I have to shut my phone down and try again.

Love banking with cccu I never had any issues I feel my funds are safe and secure no one can get into your account unless you give it as far as I know I haven’t heard any negative issues. Thank you for giving me the security.
