I rated this app 3 stars because some of the features are difficult to work with. One Nevada is late to the game with the app features …Unlike some of the other credit unions-banks they have advanced features on their app.

Does not allow you to unfreeze or freeze card between 10 pm and 4 am
This is annoying and inconvenient it always says under maintenance and I like to lock it while I'm asleep and never can if it's after 10. Hate it and considering switching because of it. switching due to trying to unlock my card at the early hour of 6pm and it giving that stupid under maintenance message!

Works great! Just wish I could see my cc account along with my checking and savings without clicking extra buttons. Also strange that the cc account doesn’t have its own “pay card” button.

I recently had a in branch experience that was buying on the best with Mr. Santiago. He spent the better part of 10 days trying to resolve an issue with an outside servicer and was able to get things sorted out.
