Don’t bother
It won’t open the app even though my iPad is up to date, tried watching via internet browser, just as bad, won’t play my choices, just becomes a blank screen. This is laughable or maybe they’re doing for the revenue without having to stream a damn thing, who knows 🤷♀️

Hopeless and frustrating. Programme freezes and won’t restart, when you can get it to play at all - adverts play fine though, sat through loads of those. Tried on three different devices and were issues on all of them.

I know there is ads to keep this free but i had 11 ads all 20 seconds long! Like 11 ads is way to much.
Good shows, terrible app
It’s very hard to actually watch anything as there are 9 adverts before each episode, 4 in between each half, and the app keeps stalling and then it goes back to the adverts, then starts a new episode so you miss the end of the previous one. Really frustrating
Good app - but too many adverts
A great selection of shows, including ones that you can’t find elsewhere. App works very well but is let down by the amount of adverts. As much as I want to watch a particular series, I just can’t stomach the adverts. Forced into sitting through 3 or 4 adverts before an episode and then a further 9 adverts at 4 or 5 points in a 45 minute show is too frustrating - especially when you are trying to relax at bedtime. I would be very happy to pay a one off fee or a subscription to not have any adverts - a big shame that this option isn’t available.

App won’t open
Downloaded app but won’t open. Software all up to date. App description says it should be compatible with my hardware/software. I tap on icon loading screen appears app crashes and closes reverting back to Home Screen

I love that I can now watch Classic Casualty again, but there's so many ads too often. I don't mind a few ads, but it seems to be every 10 mins which is very frustrating. I just wish there was an option to pay a monthly subscription for ad free

Far too many ads. When do you get 10 or 11 ads on a normal tv show, too close together as well. 20-30 ads a n one show is too much.

Cannot open this app anymore
Despite this app being compatible with my device, it no longer opens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, shut down and restarted my device and still nothing. Something appears to have been broken in the last update.

Wow,11- yes 11 adverts on most breaks throughout the viewing experience, average being anything from 5-11, within my opinion is beyond ridiculous and so off putting, only just signed up and already considering not bothering again!

Update caused more bugs
Despite the app update, the app seems to have more bugs than crushed them. Keeps failing to load

This is a real pain. The programs on the app are great, but you can’t go add free!!! I really would pay if that was an option. Secondly when you start watching something you can’t put the program into a floating screen, as a result no multitasking while watching. Other than this great.

Two many steps back, none going forward.
I’ve extensively read many of the reviews and it’s been enough to sway my choice to not download this app. It’s severely broken and with little interest in fixing it. Especially when it comes to remembering where you left off. Those adverts replaying every time you fast forward to where you’ve watched it to would drive anyone to despair.

Some of live for classic eastenders on a Sunday evening while our kids are with their dad.
Rubbish
What a load of rubbish. Tried to watch a series but would not get past first round of adverts and kept playing adverts after adverts then eventually skipped 1st episode and jumped straight to 2nd episode. Useless

Excellent drama, characters great and a heart felt storyline
Useless app
Haven’t been able to use this app for a long time now. I know we in Cornwall like to think of ourselves as a little separate from the rest of the country, but according to the U app we are actually « a region outside the UK ». I will finally be removing the app after being unable to watch anything for months, due to being in « foreign « Cornwall. Not worth me getting wound up over any more.

I must say how much I have been thoroughly enjoying the MMC series , I don’t live far from Marlow and it’s so lovely seeing it in all its glory . Well done U looking forward to the next series already , I’ve spread the news amongst my friends too. Great actors all of them .
