UHD Non Existent
Been paying months for Ultra Boost on my Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen and 4K TV. The only app I can’t watch 4K on? You guessed it … this terrible app. Update: I have contacted NOW. They kept asking for information about my TV model which I gave them … they have been neglecting the fact that there are hundreds of forums with people complaining about the same thing. This is your app … NOT me!

Love the content, hate the delivery.
I use this app mainly for 24 hour subscriptions to Premiership and Football League games. As I don’t have a permanent subscription to any channel, I always get directed to my account screen. This often means that I don’t know whether the event I want to watch is actually available on the app. Why not show what’s on so that I can choose my subscription rather than going straight to a screen begging for cash. Shows exactly where the app developers head is at. I’d probably use this service a lot more ironically, if it wasn’t for the cynical cash grab by the marketing vampires every time I start the app.
Can’t stream
Cannot change the TV you initially stream to. Cannot stream to my bedroom tv only living room. Poor.

Subtitles often lag behind or are ahead of time
Subtitles are often out of time; something of great necessity to many. Such a generic and quite embedded way to provide an inclusive experience for your audiences and yet such a huge fail. Very poor.

Love the content you show. Please can you consider adding a “clear continue watching” option. Most other streaming services have this and I have shows stuck and not wanting to disappear either thought I have fully watched them.
So many YouTube shows
Subscribed on a deal as my kid loves Lego City & it has all the seasons. Log in and find there’s loads of ‘gaming’ shows and no way to block them. I deleted YouTube kids as it’s so terrible, only to find the same rubbish on a so called ‘premium’ paid for network.
Ads! I’ve had enough
Having to watch 114 second adds before each episode of my series just for the episode to be broken into 3 parts separated by more adverts 🤣 I’ve had enough!

Trying to watch the Netherlands GP but the NOW banner is showing with the programme name at the top and the whole screen is dimmed. Usually disappears after 20 seconds but has been showing all race. Not great.

Takes too long to swap between TV and Tablet when I want to continue watching my program on a different device even though nothing s playing on any of them.

tv apps very slow/doesnt work
NowTV tv apps always been slow to start an episode/ film/ content, much slower than than Netflix, BBC/ Itv/Channel4 streaming apps. NowTV seems to have latency issues & timeouts. but recently TV apps (LG & Samsung) just don’t connect. been like it for days. will need to cancel subscription if can’t want content i’m paying for!

Good but you get 4 unskippable ads per episode if you’re watching a series 3 of which can be up to 90 seconds long which is a joke
On Demand Sports
Isn’t it about Sky dragged their backsides into 2026 when it comes to catch up Sky Sports, unless you watch live there is no way to watch most events back, football is non existent, in the rare cases where they are they can take 24hrs to appear and are then only HD and 25fps, compare this to TNT via HBO Max or DAZN where EVERY live event is available as a full on demand replay of the live broadcast in the same broadcast quality UHD/HDR within seconds of it finishing.

One of the worst streaming apps
Please sort out the continue watching section, mine is full of episodes and movies I never selected and I cannot delete them. Take a leaf from Disney+ or Amazon Prime. Awful!

Best Streaming App Ever
It’s well worth the cost especially paying more for Advertisement Free. It’s has all my favorite channels and movies. I could give all of the other ones up Netflix, Hulu prime but this is the one that I couldn’t give up. I watch it every day and I love it.

UX is terrible
Ux is terrible - navigating the app is an awkwardly awful experience. Try reading the synopsis of whatever you’re watching on live tv - it’s impossible.

Subtitle Issue
I bought NOW TV specifically to watch Game of Thrones because subtitles weren’t working properly on the other websites I had been using. I went to the trouble of paying for a subscription because I needed the subtitles to understand the dialogue, especially when characters are speaking in other languages. Unfortunately, the subtitles on NOW TV aren’t synced correctly. When I start an episode from 00:00, the subtitles immediately begin showing lines that aren’t spoken until much later in the episode — sometimes around two minutes later, after the intro. This makes the subtitles basically unusable and completely defeats the reason I subscribed in the first place. Really disappointing to pay for a service specifically for this feature and find that it doesn’t work properly. I hope this gets fixed!

So close but misses the bar
I pay for now boost to not watch ads and it still forces me to watch 30-40 seconds of trailers of other shows (some which I’ve seen) It also skips the end of episodes as it auto plays into the next one It doesn’t have a skip intro section It’s just really dropping the ball.

They make you pay to remove adverts then play you unskippable adverts. I’m paying to watch adverts? One star.
Good but annoying
In general I like the new interface but please please please sort the live tv guide out. It doesn’t give you time to read anything before it disappears. It should only disappear if I press select or exit. And stop auto playing the last channel I watched.
