Very easy to manage love them
Terrible app terrible company
App is hard to use and the company is staffed with inept people who provide zero customer service. Since obtaining a loan with them I have had nothing but issues and they are currently overcharging me escrow due to a mistake they made. Additionally they owe me for tax money they were refunded but I paid, over 8 months ago and they have not returned to me. Once this is cleared up, if ever, I intend to shop around for a new mortgage Terrible terrible terrible

App is too slow
This had a recent UI change but is very slow and doesn’t load when you open it and have to close it 2-3 times before you can even get to your account. It’s insane how slow this app has gotten
Missing a few items
I was looking for loan rates on the app but they’re not available on the app. I had to visit the website to find it. Even applying for loans are not on the app.

How can you only have a once in a lifetime overdraft forgiveness program I can see a one year one but wow once in a lifetime that’s crazy Do better PFCU People are struggling these days and sometimes things happen and need some forgiveness

You’re asking for reviews way too many times
Used to be convenient.
Ever since the most recent update it’s been buggy. The app doesn’t want to fully load when I open it. And sometimes won’t display my balance or home screen.
Good but slow now
App has always been pretty good and reliable but since most recent update, it is slow to open after logging in, and sometimes doesn't load at all. Have to close and open and login again a second or third time.
Philadelphia credit union is top notch
This bank been with me for almost a year and they made me the happiest person alive. I am so happy I went with them Philadelphia credit union the people that work there is the best they have the grace customer service and they also help you with everything you need and everything is quick and easy they are there when you need them. Thank you once again, Philadelphia credit union and God bless y’all.
Used to be so good
Something has changed. The app now prompts me to leave a review twice before my balances even load. Every time I open the app I’m worried I won’t be able to see my balances.

Terrible App
I can’t view any of my accounts beyond some transfers, including the account number. Making transfers is cumbersome, it takes a lot of time to react to pushing the buttons, it’s hard to navigate, and there’s a lot of bugs. This makes me nervous with transferring because I fear it won’t fully process. It feels like this app was made and last updated in 2001 and honestly its lack of accessibility makes me want to switch banks entirely.

When opening my app is always a glitch from the very start then allow me to go on to enter my passwords

Never had an issue with app until the latest update. Doesn’t even load my information majority of the time. Never had any issues before.

I basically like this app and bank. My major issue is 15 free debits/month rule. It’s unrealistic when most purchases are online. This what made me open an account for spending with another bank years ago.

Whenever I try to sign in, it never shows me my balance. Keeps saying there’s an error every time and I can’t check it ever.
Easy and Excelent paying my bills
I truly think that philadelphia Federal Credit Union is one of the most advanced credit unions—honestly, even better than many banks. I’ve had a great experience with them: my bills always arrive and get paid on time, and I’ve never experienced delays. One of the features I value the most is the credit line attached to my checking account, it’s incredibly helpful, especially when we need to pay large expenses like taxes all at once.

Great app
The update is bad.
The new update is absolutely awful. You have to search all over to see which bills or paid and not paid. If you click something in a function, there’s no way back. You have to close the app completely. The app was good, the update is not user friendly at all.
Satisfaction
I’ve been a member of PFCU since 1978. I have never had any problems with the staff, the organization, service provided, securing loans when needed and assistance with financial situations. I will continue my alliance for as long as I have banking needs. Thank you, Jaime Reyes
