I have been with Freedom CU for over 30 years. As I’m getting older I have a greater appreciation of how they protect you against Fraud. Thank you!
Horrible
This one of the worst banks I’ve ever had in my life don’t use it what they don’t tell you is even if you don’t have money in ur checkings account but having money in your savings they’ll approve the transaction it doesn’t even matter how many transactions then when you try to talk to them about it they say it’s nothing they can do about it to top it off their always locking your account for absolutely no reason you don’t even get notifications when it’s a transaction the app is horrible and they have no type of customer service to help you out on the weekend or after office hours
Face ID does not work
Please fix the Face ID it does not work
Recent changes
I used to really love the app & I thought it was easy to sign in & use. Recently Face ID to sign in stopped working & my user name is no longer saved. Both user name & password need to be entered every time. When I reached out to customer service - all they said was to make sure the app was updated…which it is. Now the app is just a pain to log into.
Downside
Doesn’t have notifications

My wife and I have been members for nearly 40 years. No reason to change, always good service.
Face enable does not work
It’s annoying to have to log in an type everything out
Fix it please
Every time you go to use the app your have to put all your information in.. before you can just put in the code from your phone or your face recognition would open the app.
I guess change is good?
Compared to the previous version of this app I’m not impressed. Difficult and frustrating to try and find things. The view is really busy and overwhelming. My husband and mom both use the same bank and have made the same comments.

Leaving Freedom due to app
Hands down the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Face ID option resets every time I close the app. Have to login every single time. Leaving this credit union due to the lack of innovation around their technology. Switched to SoFi and it’s been a godsend!

App does not have a lot of features
Safety from prospective fraud
I appreciate the regular software upgrades designed to protect customers from prospective fraudsters.
Deposit feature
The deposit feature for the app doesn’t work. I have deposited numerous checks that were accepted to find out later they were withdrawn from my account. I had to physically go into the bank to deposit all checks again. I’m going to give one last try with mobile deposit. If it doesn’t work this time then it’ll be my last.
Not so good
The deposit screen no longer allows you to do more deposits. Only gives the option to be done. Also, when transferring money the ‘deposit’ button is off the bottom if the screen. Both concerns are problematic.

Faceid
I keep hitting Face ID to open app and it consistently asks for a password and user name. Faceid log in does not register and does not work.
Bank app
This bank app is annoying because it keeps knocking the Face ID. Off every time I sign in. What’s the point??
Convenient banking
The banking app is simple to use not a lot of bugs in lock out that happens sometimes with most apps and saves me a trip to the bank I enjoy using
App not reliable
This app was working just fine. However, lately I’m having difficulty in the sense that sometimes you can log in. I have been receiving messages “we are having trouble processing your request. Please try again later”. I have called FCU twice and so far the suggestion to delete amd re-install the app has not fixed the issue. Very disappointing and annoying really.

2nd Step Authentication
My facial id should be enough to access my account having put in Password. This texting for accessing mobile banking is ridiculous. Especially when I have checked off use my facial id a million times and whenever I open the app it’s not checked off .

There’s a glitch on locking my car everytime I unlock it it lock again and I can’t use my money
