Doesn’t show all transactions as Affcu’s did whole bank is trash
User-friendly
Nice app, but a couple of improvements would be welcomed: (1) Add Zelle. Some banks have a Zelle capability “built-in” on their website, but Freedom FCU does not. (2) Mobile deposits are difficult, as you have to manipulate your mobile device “just so” to take a picture of the check, and oftentimes your first attempt is not successful. However, with some financial institutions, the website takes control of your camera, prompts you to move your camera closer or farther from the check being photographed, and then automatically takes a picture when everything is aligned properly. This is a simple and virtually foolproof method. Recommend that Freedom FCU pursue this capability.

Saves me going to bank or on the phone with the bank. I just love moving money around at my fingertips. I just go to my app for paying my bills online. Done quickly! Saving on stamps. Love the app!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Terrible app
Really can’t do much on this app. Can’t make external transfers. Can’t change pins. Can’t put a hold on accounts. Can’t close accounts. Absolutely useless app.
Good app except for mobile deposits
I have a bank account with BankFirst, which has a better system for making mobile deposits. With BankFirst, the app “takes control” of the camera and when the check image is aligned properly and in focus, the camera automatically takes a picture. This is a faster and more efficient than the method used with Freedom FCU. Please consider upgrading your mobile deposit camera.

The new mobile app for Freedom Federal credit Union is very easy to use, and allows transactions to be conducted quickly.
Check deposit
The check deposit process is clunky. It needs a black background with tons of light and it struggles to rotate the camera.

Worst app I have ever used.
Deposit Feature Does Not Work
This app does not support the deposit feature, but this is mainly because the same button that is supposed to capture the photograph of the check also closes the app itself. This also causes another error, which causes the app to stop responding, and then close. Please forward this message to whomever would be responsible for correcting this error, and please copy me on that email to confirm that this concern has been escalated. Sent from my iPhone
