Works well if you help guide it, although it requires some higher degree and level of improvement that can come over time related to my with scope. Give it a C- grade in many areas regard of the human heuristic’s. Breadth of knowledge and basic understanding of things is incredible. Could work better with other ai. Would like to see additional input types and better social reasoning and communication with my rapp Store
New Rollout Totally Buggy
Just updated my iPad app and all chats in history were gone. Checked iPhone app and it auto-updated — removing all my chats. Web interface still works though I see changes there too (all chats there okay so far). Will be submitting bug report in the morning if not fixed overnight. Dreadful situation. Advise do not update.

I like to use it to make wallpapers for my laptop. I have one request. It would be nice if when I hit the limit number of image I can create in a month that I could easily see how many days until it resets so I can create more wallpapers for my laptop. Please add this to a quality app

Microsoft has killed off the old “ Copilot Your AI Assistant “ It’s now called “ Microsoft Copilot “ If you try to find the old Copilot in the App Store or try to update your old version it won’t work Microsoft is now making it worst You can’t change the text size ( which is small ) now Chat should be Free & any other options should be if you upgrade BUT chat is extremely LIMIT enforced just like in Copilot Your AI Assistant picture posting was basically squeezing you into upgrading I only able to chat for 23 minutes before the pop up “ you’ve exceeded your limit to continue you need to upgrade or wait 24 hours to be able to chat “ Greedy Greedy Microsoft 🙄
Why no more sync?
This was handy because it synced up with the desktop version. Why does that no longer happen? Am I missing something here?

What changed??
Copilot was very useful prior to this update. I’m not sure what y’all did, but change it back. I asked one question and it didn’t even answer the question, then I was told I hit my daily limit for the chat feature… I’ve never had that message come up and I’ve used it for multiple things in a day before.
Record option?
Why took out the Record (frontier) option for meetings on today’s update???

I really love using co pilot to write stories and create characters. My ideas are enhanced with this application.
New version sucks
What is going on with copilot?? This new version of the app is NOT working.. the website version on my laptop sucks bc it keeps screwing up, not loading. And now the app isn’t working either? I keep having to delete and redownload just to get it tie work. This is so annoying. Leaving it delete for now until they get it together.

Great app, no complaints. But the website version is something else, it drags so much, when you open an existing chat it doesn’t automatically land at the bottom.
App not accepting subscription after first load.
App is partially broken with subscriptions on iOS. Microsoft decided to merge copilot apps to one but the problem is, loads first time logs in subscription no problem. Then kill the app and start it again doesn’t recognise subscription, even when logging out and back in again. Fix, not ideal as eats data usage. Uninstall and reinstall, it works again. This is for users who didn’t buy subscription via App Store but directly from Microsoft. Like a yearly license for office 365x Really basic requirement Microsoft! Subscription in any form using an account is needed to use copilot. Needs to be fixed asap.

Good and simple to use

Was using and loving the previous version of Copilot. Interface on this new version is nice. But I lost over a year worth chat data/training I had accumulated. This version also answer things differently compared to the old version. Maybe there is a way to port my stuff over, but I can’t seem to figure it out. It’s just frustrating when multibillion dollar companies have to inconvenience their customers. When they’re more than capable of making things transition smoothly, but choose not to do that. I will continue to use the old version for now since it’s still installed on my phone.

so im a copilot user of the original copilot chat app but what is this and why is it called copilot? I am not deleting the old one

It’s way better than googling something but it’s wrong a lot. When you disagree it gets a little snippy. Seriously, this needs watchdogging, I can see possible disasters as it gets smarter.

Turned CoPilot off in setting yet the CoPilot icon is still showing next to compose email icon? So the crazy thing is you turn it off and it’s not turned off!?! Get the feeling you’re (MicroSlop) is despite to shove this down users throats! It would seem users are no longer in control how an application works! It would look as all users are seen more as cattle! Its a poor abuse and respect for users!

Why?
Why won’t I try to go into my email Copilot pops up? I have no idea how to shut it off and go to my email but when I’m going somewhere else I want to use one of the other office products but that’s stupid. Copilot is always on always comes out. I wish I find a way to shut the stupid thing off.
Travel and work
The most considerate and flexible working approach is to pick up your laptop, catch a flight, and travel to work using current leasing options. You don’t even need to carry a laptop; you could use an office space as you go—the best invention ever.

365 used to be helpful since you added ai copilot I can do less in the app than before. Remove copilot or at least give a choice to turn it off as a customer preference !
Really poor performance l
It makes near constant mistakes, then disputes this when pointed out. I don’t trust any of the output, because it is so error prone. A waste of time using it because every answer needs me to verify the accuracy, often meaning I could’ve done something myself quicker. Tasks are slowed down rather than sped up using Copilot. I recommend Gemini instead.

Good but inconsistent except consistent, poor grammar
I use Copilot as a teacher to help me create personalized report card comments. An example of the inconsistency is I will start off with the expectations, copied and pasted from curriculum documents. I will give an example of what I would like the comment to sound like so it knows what kind of tone to use, and it matches my style of writing. And it will start with excellent comments, completely matching my criteria and then all of a sudden it’s either got really poor grammar where it looks like one of my grade ones is writing it or it just puts the wrong qualifier so a C comment has a qualifiers and a comment has the sea qualifiers and it’s quite frustrating.
We have to use Copilot
Copilot is nearly OK, but if I were allowed a choice I would be using a different AI of my choice -- I only use Copilot because at work we are not allowed to use any other AI.
Signing out
I would prefer to use Copilot. It is approved from my work. But it keeps signing me out after a couple of hours. Cant Seem To stay signed in. It’s such a hassle. I just switched to ChatGPT. I wish you could fix this. I’m on an iPhone 16.

Chat History
I updated the app on my iPad and it lost all history. I signed into the same account and it is not there. My iPhone is signed into the same account and I see all the history. Thanks goodness it’s saved on Microsoft’s cloud but it is frustrating that it will not download onto the new updated CoPilot App!!!! When I open the Web Version and logon, it is all there.
Uploading photos
Copilot can’t upload photos or screenshots, Chat GPT can do that. The software developers of Copilot need to. fix this glitch with copilot.
It used to be my favourite app…
…but unfortunately it got dumber and dumber. Recently, I only used it to create PDFs from my photos. That feature is now gone, or at least, I can’t find it anymore. This app used to be great for editing doc files, PPTs and Excel Sheets. Now I’m really not sure what it does. 😢
