Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Auto payment setup and everything worked as it should. Got double billed. Returned money. Got billed again and again. Canceled auto after the first mistake just keep getting billed. Quick to take your money very slow to get it back. This is theft no question about it. Replied we are working on it doesn’t give your money back. Any one know a good invoice company? I’m looking for one.
Accidentally deleted Invoices
Love the app it really helps our Business but so disappointing when we accidentally delete an invoice , and then have to ring the customer to send us a photo of the printed version as once deleted it doesn’t go into a deleted folder Please sort this out invoice2go because it’s costing our business money Thanks Simon

Logged me out Can't get in.
Mostly good, but keeps logging me out once a month or something, now I can't even access my past invoices. Very annoying at times. I pay the regular monthly subscription and then when I go to use it which should be straightforward it becomes an hour long effort trying to find a way back in. Not happy

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Treatment of a Small Business
I’m extremely disappointed with how Invoice2go handled my account. I signed up to use this service for my business, provided the information and documents that were requested, and then my account was suddenly deactivated and permanently closed. What makes this worse is that Invoice2go told me that all pending payments were canceled and/or refunded, but when I asked why my business was being denied service, I was told they were unable to provide any further information regarding the decision. That is unacceptable when you’re dealing with a small business that depends on invoicing and payment processing. If there was an issue with my account, documentation, verification, or anything else, I should at least be given a meaningful explanation or an opportunity to correct it. I am posting this review because normal support has not provided me with an answer. I would like someone from Invoice2go management, account review, or the appropriate escalation department to contact me directly and actually review what happened to my account. I am willing to update this review if Invoice2go reaches out, explains the situation, and makes a genuine effort to resolve it.

Here’s what I said when I was asked to rate this app the last time…..it hasn’t changed. Wel done for helping to make my daily schedule run a whole lot easier. “I’m not the best at accounting and the book keeping side of things and I do like to see where and when my hard earned rewards are coming and going. I persevered with the setting up of Invoice2go App (over a two day period between other work duties). I had a slight issue with one certain aspect of editing my invoice and how I was going to account for certain monies but one email sent off to their “tech gurus” and the following day later (simply because I was busy with other duties) it was explained in detail via a return email to me how to go about my edit and hey presto, Done. Tap tap tap then hit save until the next entry to be made. Now all I do is tap tap tap and my day’s entries are done. No more end of month hours of mayhem with endless writing. Entries are done at the end of every job plain and simple. That old cliche of “should’ve done it years ago” instantly springs to mind. Happy invoicing people......”
Invoice not2 go
I’ve had this app for over ten years. It used to be great but now won’t link to my email on my phone. I’m now forced to send invoices and quotes from my home pc, making this “mobile”version pointless. I have contacted help line and there is no fix I’ve had this issue for the last four months and no resolution….they don’t care. I’d shop around

A trap
Felt convenient and stream line initially but after a couple of years the cracks start to show. They never update the platform, it’s full of bugs when sending invoices, hell, I can’t even see my invoices anymore. I don’t think any tech teams sweep for problems ever. It’s also overpriced for what you get. I only use it still because I’m stuck in its swamp. Don’t step into the mud!

Not really happy I have paid for the subscription of £8 per month and it will only allow me to send 5 invoices 😅. The next tier is £30 bit of a joke. Apart from that the app is good enough

Invoice2Go makes my life very easy. The ability to really customize my invoices to suit my business is a godsend. I easily drop-in my services which vary by customer rakes less than a few seconds and sending is just as quick!!
Living in a cardboard box now
Easily over 50k plus in transactions, that I no longer have access to because of the sheer negligence of this company. I got sent an email request about a random audit to which I respond with all of the corresponding information, followed all the steps, and yet they terminate my account in the middle of receiving two payments, and provide no reasoning or notice. I no longer have access to any of my income information and now have to figure out how to receive my cancelled income. Customer service provided no assistance. More like customer disservice. Pay monthly to use this just for my life to be harder for it. These are people’s lives.

Closed my account with explanation
Getting any information from them in regards to Payments will be impossible. They had me wait for 2 days stating my payment will be available then without notice they closed my account with no specific reason. The worst invoice company ever!
Why the price difference?
Good app and very easy to use but a bit annoying that the US ($) version is so significantly cheaper. Same product, two geographic regions, why’s there a price difference???!

I’ve been using Invoice2go for 10 years plus. I run a very small simple remodeling company and Invoice2go has made it easy for me to send off professional estimates and invoices. They make it easy to be able to add progress payments and for someone that’s pretty illiterate around computers. I find it fairly easy to navigate their app.

They will pull money right out of your checking account without warning. Be careful there are better apps out there such as quickbooks. They do not have good customer service either and you cannot get a hold of them. One transaction was $375 and another transaction was $3500 gone. Scammy tech company and I am very disappointed with them and the company Bill. Garbage
Review and questions
It’s working good for me and fast on the go. I don’t need to be in office to update my accounting file. I need to know if we can change expanse accounts if the ones already in not work for me? I also need to know if we can add cost of sale as expense?
It keeps getting more expensive
I’ve been using this for five years plus and it just gets more expensive. I only write six invoices per year, sometimes a little bit more but usually not more than 15. But I’m charged $239 per year or something like I’m looking for something different or maybe just a different plan. Let me know.

I had to verify a couple of items and supposedly this email that was sent to me and never was said that my account was deactivated. This kind of confuse me and I had to contact customer support. They said they were gonna send me emails and never did so this app is garbage they lie to you. They don’t help you in any way and then there’s no information of what happened why it happened or anything? It’s kind of like they’re just beating around the bush.

Been using your app now for the 4 year When subscribed its not to expensive but still pricey! Last year the card payment went off and it was about R2600+~ And I think that was crazy !!! But This year my payment off yesterday and it was R4599!!! That is just crazy!!! And next year probably going to be much more !!! I am sorry but that is just to expensive for this appp ! Photo issues 20% of the time
Sometimes when I try to upload photos, whether from my phone or computer, I run into issues where in my phone I cannot print the file it won’t load and tells me there’s an error and on my computer some photos.JPEG in particular will fail to upload and I have to keep re-trying. Tempted to find another invoice service to use.
Latest update is terrible.
Invoice 2go was brilliant but this latest update has made it virtually useless. I have been using the app for over two years and am really disappointed. It won’t let me update client details and suggests upgrades on every screen. My business is small and invoice 2go worked perfectly. Please put it back to how it was before.

Disabled my account for no reason and lost me 1.5 grand
I attempted to use this app to invoice a customer who bought expensive camera equipment from me. After the deal was made I got an email of a “random audit” on my account. Despite responding to audit correctly they deactivated my account and all pending funds were refunded. This customer has not responded to me and I have no way to get the money back. They provided no reason for this. Customer service said there was nothing they could do to help me. Do not use this service, they will enable scammers to take your money and rug-pull you.

Hi, hope all is well. I couldn’t find the space to put my clients vat registration number in, maybe I was just to much in a hurry and didn’t look properly...? And my banking details should look more professional because now it’s right under terms and conditions.... not looking so good🥴 I would appreciate any help as to how to get my invoice looking more professional. What about a letterhead for when I need to send a letter with a letterhead and what about a signature at the bottom of the page for an email send to a client. Not sure if all can be possible from this app, but it will be nice if It could. Thanks Nadia

pro plan was $180 per year is now called Unlimitied? at a cost of $600 per year standard plan costings for 200 inv is now $179 am i correct that the app developer have restructured the plans?

No support for growth
As a generator installation company, we have used Invoice2go for over a year and have grown significantly during that time. While the platform itself has been helpful, we have encountered a major issue with payment processing limits. Our business regularly invoices approximately $15,000 per generator installation, yet our monthly payout limit remains capped at $50,000. This means our funds are frequently held back, creating unnecessary cash flow challenges and forcing us to wait extended periods to access money that rightfully belongs to our business. What has been most disappointing is the lack of resolution despite multiple attempts to address the issue. We have submitted requests to increase our payout limits, provided banking references, and even had our bank verify our financial standing and available funds across multiple accounts. Unfortunately, none of these efforts resulted in any meaningful action or communication. For a growing business, reliable access to earned funds is critical. The inability to increase reasonable payout limits, combined with the lack of responsiveness, has been extremely frustrating and has negatively impacted our experience with the platform. I hope Invoice2go will improve its support process and provide more flexibility for established businesses that have demonstrated a strong payment history and financial stability.

Sometime it’s disappointing me specially after two weeks when I wait for my payment they say we only received your invoice two days ago not two weeks ago it makes everything so hard for me 🙄 Also a lot of time I attach photos, with my invoice but my boss complaining they are receiving photos off the job🤦🏻♂️

Price went from $179 per year to $600 per year?? They have deliberately changed their plans so you can’t use it without going with the premium version. Crazy given Xero is cheaper. Was a good program as interface is easy to use but looking for other options now.
