App crashes
Hidden costs, support not in good english and no 24 hour nor any weekend support resulting in loss of clients and revenue. I cannot recommend them and if you look at their positive reviews it looks like they may use fake reviews to bolster their rating. Additionally they dont respond even when you are on a higher tier package and is supposed to get access to priority assistance. You just get rubbish responses from an AI assistant. I hope the people who work here all get terminal cancer.

Watch the dates on your invoicing or expensing when attaching receipts. They change - update your dates after attaching documents

Constantly asking for a review!!!
I’ve been in the app 4 times this morning. Every time I reopen it I am asked to write a review again. I’ve already messaged about this, I’ve already left a review, and I am still being pestered for one every time I try and work!!!! If someone doesn’t want to leave a review even, they should not be harassed to leave one every time they try and use an app that they pay £200 a year for!!!
Very convenient
The app is actually very easy to use and super convenient. My only complaint is the price—it’s gotten quite expensive. It used to be much more affordable, but the price has gone up over time. I’ve been using it for so long that I honestly just don’t feel like switching to another app.

Algo de fallos con los impuestos
Muchas veces dice que hay dos impuestos, porque e Canarias se usa el IGIC. Tengo el IRPF a 0% y me retira muchas facturas atrás. También está teniendo problemas con Verifactu. Deben de renovar un poco más. He pagado un año de suscripción y no me siento satisfecha del todo

Love the app. Easy to generate invoices. Keeps great records of payments etc. keeps log of yearly invoices as well.
Payment problems
Every time I request a statement , and say show only unpaid invoices , it shows all invoice foe that client as unpaid , which is extremely annoying ,as from January till current show unpaid , even thou I clicked invoices paid as paid

A must for my company
I truly love this app, and the only reason I’m not giving it. Five stars is because recently it has been acting weird. It used to automatically save my customers information when I want to send them their invoice via text or email now I have to type it in again. And it’s not showing everything on the invoice properly on my end, but thankfully, when I send the invoice, it comes through properly on their own. On my end the “ Bill to” section is always blank even when I have filled it out

I reported an issue of invoice disappearing , client names being removed from invoice , not being able to close paid invoice . I was told to delete app and redownload . Now I can’t sign in . It requires some other subscription fee. This app is not reliable for business management .

In edit and partial payment this doesn’t work. Like if someone has made half the payment I need to invoice by sending that half is recieved and this amount. Is pending that doesn’t work in this app.

Tengo guardado un cliente y en la factura se cambia y aparece otro
Al hacer una factura pongo los datos de un cliente pero me aparece otro, lo vuelvo a corregir y me sigue haciendo lo mismo y no me deja poner los datos correctos, y siempre me ha funcionado bien, para el precio que tiene la app funciona muy mal y con fallos a la hora de hacer las facturas. También hago la factura y me sale importe 0, le doy a previsualizar y me sale 72€, pero la suma está mal ya que en el precio está erróneo y me marca 0 también, de donde sale la suma. En fin una app que va de mal a peor ya que son errores graves para hacer facturas ya que no te deja modificarlas.

App doesn’t allow to export client statements showing only unpaid invoices, whether your toggle it on or off, the statement shows everything from the customer. Support is terrible. Cancelling my subscription, pity because Billdu used to be very reliable & responsive Really disappointed
No longer auto rotate
Used to work in landscape so was perfect to use with keypad on iPad but no longer rotate’s. Frustrating
