Muy buena y práctica
Me encanta
Use to be a great app but lately suck big time can't get my email to go tue no body gets my email
I bad review need help to get my yo working again can't not send my email to go true
Overall a good app
Good layout and relatively user friendly. Once you learn the app you can zip right thru it. Dates can be tricky at times, as it seems to not recognize my time zone so I have to play around and trick the app to print the correct date I wish. At times app can be slow to respond; sometimes have to close it and reopen…. But information is never lost. Been using it for 2 years now with no real complaints, just a few quirks that could be ironed out to give it a 5 rating.
Bad bugs
The app has potential; however, I have had the app for a few years and the same bugs still exist. The app itself needs a major overhaul. It’s disappointing because I’ve invested money in it for a few years hoping they will fix the issues. I will be and suggest looking for another app.
Something going on?
Email codes not being sent to email seems like something not working on your side? Trying to log back into my account but not receiving any email for code!!
First time user
Thanks for the free trial, hope it goes smooth; was really simple to use (and is the new way to get paid in today’s high tech world)
This app sucks
I just can’t even believe how slow and unresponsive this app is. How long are you guys going to keep this trash up?
Generally love this but been frozen out
For almost a week. I opened the app, to create an invoice, it wanted to do an update. It then wanted to go through a set up process, and promptly froze in the payment set up part. I hit continue and nothing happens. When I reopen the app, I'm taken to that frozen page. Please help, I've tried every day several times and have emailed support. I love this app and normally it's so great. Emma
Way too many bugs
Has potential but clearly no team trying to improve the bugs. If I make a new invoice I have to completely close it from my app screen to start a new one otherwise it just keeps opening the same one. Can’t alter any of my customers info to update emails or whatever. It struggles to understand the decimal or change at the end of a dollar amount. And don’t even bother paying the $10 a month. Doesn’t even have a good desktop version. Unfortunately I’ve got so much saved into this from using it for so long but it’s still lacking in the most important areas. But today I’m finally getting rid of this. It’s gonna be worth having to rebuild all my services and pricing with a new reliable app.
Closing the App
I love the app. But every time I close the app it makes me log back in. I would be easier if we could use a pin or Face ID. It would make the process faster when trying to create an invoice.
Amazing*
Just try it, you will LOVE IT!!!
Elite Plumber
When I try to open the app in another device it doesn’t show all the invoices, items and costumers. And when I tried to modify the pricing on the items Is a headache until it gets done.
Good but bad
Doesn’t ever remember me when I go to send my invoice. Always takes forever to send a confirm email and ALWAYS says “ something went wrong, retry?” That’s all. Beside that I love the app!
Review
Love the report feature and multiple business entity’s . Too bad not more detail on invoices . Not being able to add captions and details to uploaded pictures is a deal breaker for me . That feature really helps show and explain issues to customers
Seemed great
Hi! I feel like this would a great tool for when I’m not sitting in front of my computer.. however, when I type in the dollar amount, there is a comma instead is a decimal on my invoice. So it appears in charging 150,00 instead of 150.00. Please advise! Thanks so much!
Great product
Great product
Way too many bugs
This app has become a buggy nightmare. There are screens you cannot get past such as “sharing contacts”. I do not invoice my friends but until you click “share” you cannot resume your invoicing. My phone number was wrong by a digit, so I went in to fix it and it says “invalid phone number”. I am cancelling my subscription which is a shame because I wouldve stayed with them forever if they simply kept the app updated.
Not happy atm
When this app works it’s great but I did have a few problems with it however the developers came to the rescue and helped me out and I managed to get the problem fixed without losing any data Thanks
Great app, bad subscription ties
The app did all I needed it to do but it kept on suggesting I pay £10 per month, which was fine. I went to cancel the subscription as I didn’t need it any more, and saw that I could have been paying HALF THE PRICE, for basically the same main features?? A bit of a con but it’s functional.
Beware of 3 day trial
Canceled 10 minutes after starting trial. Was still billed. Now I have to dispute with Apple. Update after 2 days: Apple corrected, developer responded. Can't speak for actual product but customer service seems to be responsive
#1
Been a great investment
NO FREE TRIAL
Offered a FREE TRIAL and then charged me. It didn’t even let me know it was going to charge me, I found the charge on my bank statement. Not willing to give me a refund. I would move on, there are plenty of other apps just like this. Nothing but trouble.
Pretty sweet
Awesome and fast legit app only con is its not in the App Store on my mac book
Was great
Until the update it did everything I wanted in a invoice app. Now I’ve lost invoices and it’s super frustrating too use. Will be looking for a different app now.
Great customer service
Any issues fixed in a day or two
Fail to send invoice
I have been using this app for ling time and paying for it. In the last few times I have tried to send invoices it won’t send them! I tried contacting customer support and the only answer is thanks for contacting us we are checking the problem!
Problems fixed
I’ve had this invoice app for a few years now. Loved everything about it. Had a few problems with the app recently and great customer service team fixed all the problems. Thank you
Great without logging in
I downloaded it and liked everything about it until I made the account so my business partner could also make the invoices and estimates. One I set all that up the app became so slow it’s unusable and I already paid the $130 a year to use it. And nothing is transferred from my phone to his when it does work even though we are both logged into the same account. I would love to talk to the developer to get this issue figured out and continue using it but I don’t think I can
Excelente
Excelente aplicación espero poder adquirirla pronto
I might go to a different app
I really don’t like that it sends the invoice/estimate as a link and not an email attachment. And also that you can’t have it send from your email. Also the user ability is tricky, especially when sending the document.
App review
It was a little complicated to figure out but the more i played with it, the more it made sense
Éxito
Love it !
Unprofessional
Half the time my invoices aren’t received by clients and I end up having to send just screenshots of the invoices which at that point doesn’t give them a payment option via invoice
Nice
It is great to collect your invoices in a list and able to check them.
Absolutely awesom
Takes all the hard work away love it
Horrible app with many bugs
This app is horrible I pay for subscription but have missed deadlines for invoices because there is so many bugs and support refuses to help or fix all these issues , the amount of money I’ve lost because of this app is insane please don’t waste you time or money on this
Good
I have a mobile business and Invoice Maker has definitely improved my sales and tracking of payments by the professional look and real time invoicing ability. Easy to use and highly recommended app. 1 added feature would be great is to automatically interface with a stock inventory monitoring system.
Good
Good App , but i cant get the pi as a pdf
Taxes
This app is terrible for making invoices, it will not let you add taxes per item.
Great app
Absolutely loooove this app, easy to use. Great options, and time convenient A must use
