The new ANB app is AMAZING
The new look is super fresh and easy to read. It even has tools that help me budget! ❤️❤️ love it!
The WORST
I hate ANB’s app!! It does a terrible job at keeping transactions updated. Especially over the weekends! Which results in an NSF fee! Maybe ANB does it on purpose… And, why does my fund transfer from one account to another within this same bank have a pending process? It should happen instantly!! It’s the same bank! Other banks are instant. I just can’t believe This app has a 4.8! It is a terrible app.
Zelle
Love the app. Makes it super simple to use my banking app and get to where I need to go and do what I need to do in a timely manner. Just. I can’t use Zelle like it says I can. Reeeally need that fixed

Why do pending charges no longer show. It is so annoying. Please fix it
No Zelle within app?
I am enrolled in Bill Pay and can use the Zelle options through the mobile website...but I can't find anything Zelle related at all within the app itself. On the website under FAQ's or a support page it said you can access it by clicking billpay and it should be right there. Even when opening the Zelle app it redirects me back to the ANB app saying i can use zelle through my bank's app but I'm not seeing that option anywhere??

Face recognition no longer quick!
ANB, please fix this! Every time you use FaceID or passcode to log in, it requires you to have a secure text sent to you and to “register device” or not. Even after clicking “register device” it doesn’t register the device.

I downloaded the app but there’s no create new account information on it so I have no clue as to what to do
iOS 16
Ever since iOS 16 came out, app constantly makes me verify device. It will not remember device. Running on iPhone 13 ProMax. Please fix!

this app is terrible
the app has a zelle feature and every single time I click on the zelle portion it re-directs me back to the home page. maybe one time out of 20 tries it will work and that’s being optimistic. what is the point of having an instant transfer feature on your app if it doesn’t work.

I can't get into my account. I already have an account. but it says invalid information in this app

once you get past the initial difficulties of getting into the app, the app itself is easy to use and has tons of new features that the app didn’t have before. it definitely raised our old basic app up several levels!
App sometimes just doesn’t load
I feel like I get extremely lucky when I open the app, login, and it actually works. Most of the time it will just stay on the loading page until I give up and try again hours later.

This new update is one of the best! It’s super easy to navigate and has new features to help every customer. I’ve been with ANB a long time and although the launch was a little tricky it was welllll worth it in the end. I’m extremely excited to continue using it and exploring all the amazing features it has to offer!
I have changed my username and password three times
I keep getting the phone call and text message that someone has logged into my account with a valid password. It’s not myself doing it and nobody else has access to my bank. It’s not a joint account or anything like that, I don’t know if it’s a system error or what the issue is, but I would really like it to be fixed. Otherwise I will be considering changing banks because I can’t really take on the extra stress of worrying about whether or not my money is safe in my bank, when I went to the customer support messenger, I was just told to change my username and password yet again, but there is no guarantee that if I change the username and password for a fourth time that it will not continue.

I already miss the instant balance option I wish they would bring that vack

This app is a joke
The bank mistyped my phone number when I signed up for a debit card, so every time I try to sign in the app, to just view my account, I am forced to call the bank. Every. Single. Time. It’s getting so frustrating I’m done with ANB.

Worst bank ive ever used app is never working always delayed and takes forever to send money compare to another bank like chase it is no where near its level it needs more development and so does the bank its taken money away for no reason

Mobile deposit is absolute garbage. No matter how many times you retake the picture they just throw a different error on the screen as to why it won’t work.

Every update wipes out my login and have to be involved for passcode.
Every update wipes my login information and I have to re-enroll for passcode use with the app. This is very irritating. I have to look it up for this account every time None of my other banking or trade accounts require this.
Amarillo before banking
Wow amarillo national really stepped it up and make everything a lot easier for times that i can’t get up to the bank! Easy access, 24 hr access! Thanks ANB
Trash
App is trash. Makes me reenroll to use the passcode every time. ANB use to be a great bank and have gone downhill the past few years. Maybe stop focusing on the expanding your empire and focus on the small things like making sure you App works.
