Poor Service
At ACFCU you get poor service on the phone, on the app and sometimes even in person. Customers are just not a priority with this credit union.
App Constantly Crashes
The App crashes constantly for an unknown reason. The app then has a pop up stating to contact customer support. You close it and it then works. This has been a constant problem.
New app
The new app is way slower than the old one and a lot of the time won’t even log me in.

This app is constantly having log in and credential issues, and on top of that, the U.I. is essentially what you get from logging into the website.

Like the app overall and it is helpful! Would love to have deposit capability as so many other banks provide.
TERRIBLE BANK
Worst bank I’ve ever had ‼️ Even worse than Wells Fargo! I’m closing my account as soon as they give me back my money back they owe me. Overdraft fees for payments I made sure I had enough funds before paying or buying anything.
Not too shabby
The app works great. So far no issues and when I called customer service I was greeted well and helped throughly.
App never loads properly
The app doesn’t load, crashes when it does load. Asks for full credentials every single time. So FRUSTRATING! I’m switching banks because the app doesn’t accommodate me.
Online banking
I don’t like the way the card only wants to update on the weekend. It seems that on the evening when I want to use online banking the card is asking for a password change or an update. I’m tired of all these updates.
Terrible app
I want to switch banks just so I won’t have to deal with this app. It’s ridiculous how it doesn’t work almost all the time
