Worst banking app
I have several banking apps and this one is by far the worst. Difficult to use, difficult to reset password. Not user friendly.

I have hated this app as long as I’ve had it. It is minimalistic and sparse looking. The login is the worst part. Clicking “remember me” doesn’t do anything. They force you to make a new password every so often. If you leave the app for just a second and come back, you often have to log back in. While I’m here, I’m going to complain about the bank itself too. Why the hell do they close at 4:30 mon-thurs? The bank next door closes at 6 every day. I will be closing my accounts when my loan is paid off. I do not like the bank or its app.

This is the worst app ever! Constantly crashes and makes you enter your username and info over and over!!
Fine
Does what I need it to do most of the time. I appreciate the convenience of being able to do transfers and check balances and account info on the fly, but there are a lot of times where it simply won’t let you access or log in to it. Not sure if it’s necessarily an app issue, but it’s inconvenient at times.

Bank app update
The new update pushed out a few months ago is terrible. I now have to regularly put in my username and password despite having my Face ID turned on. The remember me feature is pointless because of never remembers causing the above problem. Also the new format does not allow me to see my accounts without having to hit the view all button ranther than a simple scroll. I despise the new app.
Clunky
For a banking app, it does what it is supposed to do. The interface is so tiny. The app feels like it was written on a desktop with no consideration of how it would look on a phone. It is filled with so many extra steps. Needs serious streamlining.

It’s okay but annoying.
Most of the features work well, albeit a little slow and clumsy. The constant signing out of the app and having to retype in my password way too often makes it difficult to keep up with my bank account in real time. Adding the ability to continue on with a face or thumb ID helped but it eventually signs me out at the most inconvenient times when I don’t have my password handy to re-enter (which I have to write down because they still make you change the password every 6 months or so with a password you haven’t ever used before.)

I have tried numerous times to deposit checks from this app. I have called support who just told me to delete the app then download it again. It doesn’t work. I keep getting an error. I don’t live in the same town as the bank branch so I can’t easily deposit checks. Great bank, horrible app!
