It seems like multiple times a week they are doing “maintenance” on the app and not able to transfer funds or use the app in any way. Very inconvenient

Not a great banking app
This app only allows us to access our account info half of the time. It seems that’s it’s constantly being “updated” and displays “cannot display account information”. There have been a few emergencies where I’ve needed to see my account info and have not been able to access it.
Works well but...
My app icon always has a red dot showing 2 notifications. When I go into the app there is a section called interact with a 2 on it. When I open that it takes me to a blank page that says feed at the top. This page has the spinning circle like it’s loading but it spins for several seconds and then the app just closes every single time. I’ve had the annoying notification red dot on my app for months. It never goes away even through multiple updates. Update: It’s been over 7 months since my last review and I STILL have the red notification on my app icon that never goes away.
Best Credit Union in town.
There isn’t a better user friendly app then education credit union app on the App Store. Great experience

The best reviews are from 10+ years ago anything in the past 3-4 years has a negative comment. Most negative reviews have the same problems or comments. Do better ECU I want something that works not just looks pretty.
Error
There is a red dot in the more button. When I select it, it takes me too interact. When I select that, a page comes up that says FEED. It’s a red page, but it just spends and spends. Can someone please fix.
Unreliable
This app used to work perfectly. Something changed around December 2022 or January 2023. Now the app hangs up when it is first opened and only displays a red screen or it appears to be loading with a continual “Please Wait” message until it produces an error message. This is inconvenient when you need to check a balance or transfer money. It has me thinking I need to look at another bank.
It does what it’s supposed to do, but…
Since I first install the app, it’s always showing that I have a message in “interact”, but when I select it, the app locks up, I always have to close out the app. I’ve updated the app more than once but the problem remains. Other than that one thing, the app functions well.

Love this ECU! Simple and extremely functional mobile app. Excellent drive-thru banking. Courteous friendly service. 100% better than local ACFCU. Just saying I’m so glad to have joined. Thanks!

Needs Improvement
This is my favorite Bank ever! However fraudulent charges from PlayStation they won’t refund because of $10.81 comes out every month for PlayStation for my granddaughter. She wasn’t even where her PlayStation was when the fraudulent charges were made. Plus some were made by Apple and I don’t buy anything from Apple! I was told to contact the companies which haven’t been of any help either! What happened to keeping your customers happy and helping them out Erica Flanigan???

Good for checking balance, and typical banking App, also has the “Take a photo of check” option which is great and very convenient as always! Not a bad deal I would continue using it.
