Friendly and knowledgeable employees. App is easy to navigate.
New update not as user friendly
They just updated this app to “have a better digital banking experience “. However, one major issue is now you can’t manage your actual debit card if you lose it or it gets stolen. I have had to temporarily inactivate my card before because I lost it. Once I found it, I as able to reactivate it and didn’t have to get a new card, call, or physically go to the bank to do this. I can’t find this option ANYWHERE in this app version. Fix It!!!!!

Zelle doesn’t work as it should. Sometimes the app won’t even let me login.

This app is the worst bank app I have ever used. I get locked out nearly every time I log in. Get with the times and get an updated app.

Just opened a bank account, and I’m not sure if it’s a problem on my end but I can’t log into my account without changing my password. It said my login id was wrong when in fact was right so either I don’t see what the problem is or it’s not working

Great except for One Big Thing
This app is great. The only challenge is the limitations of online deposits. The amounts are too small especially for commercial accounts. I have other banking relationships and their limits are much higher.
