Love the app for first united bank, easy to use and all the data you need is on the app
Login problems
So tired of having to have them sending passcodes to login. Every thing works fine then they ask for verification. I use iPhone 14 with latest iOS. Face recognition should be all that you need but it goes haywire then plays the game of sending me a stupid passcode to my iPhone. Please fix so when I need to see balance I can just use face recognition.

I’ve been banking with FUB&T for the past 11 years (as of Aug. 2026) & can honestly say I’ll never bank with another financial institution! Any/everytime I’ve ever needed these fine guys & gals, they’ve never let me down. Everyone that I’ve dealt with has gone above and beyond to remedy any issue I throw their way. Wonderful, wonderful bank. Keep up the good work!

It just keeps telling me to update the app and there is no update in the app store .
There no send with Zelle option
I been trying to send money with Zelle through the app for months now. After just recently finding out that the reason I’m unable to is because the send money with Zelle button isn’t even where they say it is …I don’t even have the option.
iPhone 8
Ever since I updated to an iPhone 8, this app doesn’t work. When I try to log in from my other devices it’s great, but as soon as I open the app on my phone I get Error Message 1230.

Sometimes the FaceRecognition will work other times it will not. Sometimes I will have to enter my password repeatedly.
Buggy
Touch ID doesn’t work. Please fix! This used to be a really good app but since the update, it has several bugs.

App doesn’t work with the Touch ID since the last update. It still makes me put my password in after I use the Touch ID.
My bank
I would recommend this bank to anyone who likes to be informed ahead of time of transactions that you may not know about. They are professional and show interest in taking great care of your account.
ABSOLUTE WORST!!
This mobile banking app is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I would give jt zero stars if that were an option! Always asks me for my user ID when it was just saved in it a few mins prior to logging back in! It’s supposed to be set up with my thumbprint but it still makes me enter the password every fricken time?? And then it acts like I have never used the app before and prompts me for my phone number to “set up” my mobile banking?!?! Now it keeps logging me out after putting my info into it so I can try to sign in. Sooo frustrating!! Just use the internet version and save yourself the time and frustration!!!

App continuously does not want to work, the app does not keep up with bank account information when comparing to checking it online. Continuously crashes or logs you out in the process of logging in. Very unreliable. Worst banking app I have ever used.
Needs Work
A decent app for basic account services. However it does not integrate mobile deposits within the app, but rather requires a separate app download. Also, it does not show all purchases in a timely manner and often shows an incorrect account balance because of this. Needs updating.

Outlandishly inconvenient.
Mobile banking is suppose to be easy, straight forward, quick. This app is NONE of those things. Half the time I can’t even access my account because the app said it was experiencing trouble or the Face ID won’t work. Entering in my password manually is not a big deal but it becomes a problem when it tells me my password is wrong every single time I enter it, when in fact it’s not. Its wildly inconvenient. There needs to be fixes to this app.

It’s one of the last banks that still has that small has that small town feel and I feel luke more than just an account number.

It took at least two or three months to actually get signed on to the app because everytime I would try to sign up it would kick me out of the internet part and that I am actually signed up it’s kicking me out when I try to sign in🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ even if it was just working a little while ago like seriously!! Fix this thing and fix it right!!! We need to know what’s up with our accounts. And not everyone lives locally anymore!!! Soo we cannt go to the bank be fix the problems ourselves!!! I being one of those people!!

Doesn’t Work At All
It randomly stopped working on my iPhone 8. I can’t even get to a login screen - it just always says “Error: The data network is busy or unavailable. Please try again later.”. Beyond that, I can’t access statements on the mobile version when it did work and I’m not sure why that functionality is only available on a desktop browser.
Why I get error to open my account please I need to see what is going on in my account please

Latest update is terrible. Now I have to enter my password every time. Facial ID looks like it works but it doesn’t. Won’t go anywhere without netting the password every time. Won’t save the password I guess
