Easy to use and very useful.
App is incredibly laggy
Everytime I open it I have to restart my phone just to get it to work, it’s very inconvenient and it’s been happening ever since the update!! :(

Somtimes glitchy. This a simple app that I feel is due for a little update but works fine.
For having this app for 5 years it’s so incredibly finicky
I won’t say I’m any tech guru, but for being someone that appreciates when things work the way that they should, this App definitely doesn’t. Currently I’m trying to purchase an item online, and I’ve had this issue before where the transaction gets declined, even though the parameters for the payment to go through is just perfect and correct, I can even edit the parameters to make sure it should happen. Yet, it will not allow that transaction, well I can forgive the app for keeping high security since it allowed me to click on the “view” button when a pop-up in the app says transaction denied, after hitting that view button I can then approve the transaction and then it’ll give me 10 mins to make the transaction or I don’t have to do anything. The asking that I need to explain first is that, you are not able to access the screen to approve the transaction unless that pop-up window comes up and you can press view. So that means even if you see the declined transaction on the specific card or account there is no way to approve it without calling a bank branch, or approving it through the method I had just explained. Now the bad part I sometimes cannot get that pop-up or even the menu where you can approve of the transaction after pressing view on the pop-up, it will sometimes just show a blank screen for minutes on end and then end up closing out the login because of being inactive for too long, or it’ll just crash the app. And I am not able to approve of the transaction any other way, other than again calling the branch, but their hours do not coincide with my hours half the time and I’m never able to reach them. Please for the love of all that God’s created, allow a separate function within the app to approve transactions when they get denied rather than only when the pop-up shows up.

This seems like a downgrade from the previous version. Feels cheap.

Absolute trash
This app never works, I keep trying to check things and nothing is updated and my accounts only show deposits and withdraws that are 5 days old. I’m about to just switch banks
Needs An Update
Please fix this so it will work with the new iOS update. It’s normally a great app and I use it all the time so I’m hoping it can be fixed soon.

This app worked great the first two times I've used it. However, now whenever I use it, it tells me that it fails to validate or something like that. I've uninstalled twice now and the issues still persists. Gg, Clear Mountain.

Needs Update
This is normally a great app, however it does not appear to be functioning at all currently. (iOS 14). A white screen pops up when opening the app then it will crash after about 10 seconds. Please fix this issue.

App works okay
App is great but constantly locks me out and does not save my username even though I click to remember me. So the fingerprint thing is almost useless because I have to type in my name and password every time anyways.
Glitchy
App is glitchy with iphoneX and Face ID. When it does recognize you, it won’t open. I hold my phone down while it’s trying to Face ID and then hit cancel and type the credentials for the account in.

Never had issues with anything electronically. Had a lot of issues with staff members. It’s easier to go online to do things yourself instead of talking to staff
