Authentication issues
This app gets the job done, but everything about it is outdated. It’s the least user friendly banking app I’ve ever used and for some reason I have to “authenticate” my device every single time I log in. Why do I have a username and password if I’m just going to have to get a code texted or emailed to me every time I want to see how broke I am? Why is there no Face ID option or save password option like every single other banking app? Please update and maintain your customers best option for keeping an eye on their money more than every 7 months.
Love the app, now give us more security.
Love the convenience. The only feature I'd like changed is the login. I'd prefer using my fingerprint. It's easier for me and seems more secure than a password.

IM TIRED OF NOT HAVING APPLE PAY!!!!!!!!!!! Support it! Why is it not supported? It looks so convenient and useful and yet for some reason its not supported. The app works fine enough and I don’t have any major qualms but just come on! I want to use Apple Pay! It’s very frustrating!

Worst app ever
Considering switching banks over this new app. Difficult to open, constantly requires passcode sent, difficult to navigate. Truly my least favorite app ever.
