ePaper
Why do I need to reload to get access to the BT ePaper?Takes time and do not work in weak wifi environment. The ePaper app for ST and ZB are so much better. Can BT please switch
Excellent Service!!!
Excellent and good quality news with good insights
App not working
Two days ago I found the Business Times app on my iPad not working, I was unable to open the BT app on my iPad. So I deleted the app and tried re-installing. It didn’t work. I waited for one day and then tried re-installing again. The same thing happened. I’m not sure what’s wrong with BT.
Improved
The text-to-audio feature has been fixed. Thank you. The ST app in the other hand is a disgrace!
Please improve on reading experience
It’s an incredibly glitchy and clunky app
Add text article version of Today’s Paper
While I appreciate that BT has upgraded the interface and made the user experience more sleek, can I request for text article version of Today’s Paper like per the previous version? The current version has epaper but not keen to finger browse through PDF pages zooming in and out and moving it left and right just to digest an article. Thanks.
Weekend BT
A weekend paper dedicated to leisure reading for the business inclined readers, perhaps.
Content alright but platform sucks
This has always been the case for the past 20 years. Business Times and its larger counsin ST are stuck in 90s where broadsheet is king. Try as it may they don’t seem to elevate themselves into the 22nd century. There too many negatives about the app - log in, navigation, advertisements in the wrong places for a paid subscription! You might as well scrap the whole thing, hire the CEO of NY times and simply copy what they did. Come on guys. You are losing the younger generation.
Dark mode needs improvement
Updated to 7.2.15 (28), the dark mode in myBT needs improvement. The gray background is too glaring.
Would be best to remove completely or maybe just reduce the amount of advertisements for subscribers.
Wrong Login
I had used my husband’s login previously and have since switched to my new corporate login. When the app is refreshed, it went back to the previous login and I can’t use the new login or change it at all

BT app
May I ask which is the correct BT app, this BT 45 or originally there’s another BT in black print; and in ipad it’s BT in sky blue for ipad? So which is the correct one to download?
Good app & suggestion
Great app works well compared to launch. Now BT raising subscription $ by 10%. To expand customer base, just wondering if SPH make the subscriptions available globally? It’s all virtual nowadays anyway.
Fantastic new experience
Love the new Business times app
Blocking subscriber from article.
Title said everything.
Unstable
App is unstable and hangs often, particularly when accessing through a separate link.
Good articles but...
Slow, super slow loading of articles, takes forever to swipe to next section, can learn a lot from the ST app.
Sleek design, fast experience
The new BT app is looking cool and sleek! Loads in a breeze too. kudos to the app developers
ad for premium users?
WHY IS THERE AD FOR PREMIUM USERS
Dictionary
Dictionary function not working still The dictionary function disappeared now ??? Used to able to use dictionary functions under old version of app but now this feature is not working under new version of app
Buggy app...
I don't like the fact that ads are embedded in the news article itself, which limits reading space and proves too much of a distraction. Also, the app experience is very buggy to the point of irritating when it frequently syncs itself automatically or failed to download any content.
Better experience and performance!
Best in class reading experience and app performance is very fast 👍🏾
Horrible App
The content is satisfactory, but the app itself is subpar. It displays a full-page advertisement upon launch, and even after reading a single article, another full-page advertisement appears halfway through. Despite being a subscriber, the app’s quality is deteriorating rapidly. The developer, SPH, appears to be indifferent to user feedback and prioritises profit over user experience.
Already logged in why need to log in again
Already logged in business times app, why still need to log in again for SGSME.SG section?
Like the new look and feel 👌
👌
I prefer previous version
I still prefer the PDF version, still not used to current version. I also encounter problem to download the latest E-Paper. For example after reading 28 Feb E-Paper on 1 March, I can’t access 1 March E-Paper no matter how I tried, example going to Home page to refresh the page or close & re-open the App… etc. Once I even gone to extra length to log-out & login. I have been facing this problem since this App been updated.
Some issues need to be fixed on your app
The app is not stable and keep prompting log in error. Could someone fix the problem??
Loading speed improved a lot
It used to take 10+ seconds to load the homepage, now the loading speed is totally faster and acceptable. Good job!
Display on iPad can be improved
I subscribed to both Straits Times and The Business Times and I find ST more user friendly and the article display, font size, etc are better than BT. Hope BT can review this to make improvements.
