Overheating Issue
I got a new iphone 16 pro max and the phone heat up when using the apps. I have been using the apps since day 1 and this is the first time. Maybe its the new IOS
Occasional interruption
Off late the live streaming via the apps has incessant drop for a few seconds. This occurs after the repeated drop in podcast and phone heating up.
Pls fix the app
Something wrong with the signal, it keeps dropping every 5-10 secs
Banyak news best
App ni memang membantu untuk follow topik semasa dengan cepat. Navigasi pun smooth. Recommended!
Streaming failed
Live streaming only for less then 5 minutes and it will be off on my iPhone X IOS 16.7
Good app but lack Shortcut automation
There are some use cases where I want the app to auto start playing the Live radio when it’s connected to my car/helmet Bluetooth. Or when I want Siri to play the radio.
Phone overheating
Phone gets heated up every time when the app is opened, please help to resolve it otherwise it’ll be difficult to use cause it’s draining battery as well.
Week Signal
It’s so annoying when it keep pausing and skipping of some of the important point. Hope they can fix it soon.
Great Content !
Most of the old negative review relate to the App interphase. They have improve greatly since and teething is expected For me, the Content Matter And I am Surprise... It really good Love the wide variety topic It easy listening 👌
Battery draining and iPhone heats up
Hi, can you please fix the latest update, because it’s draining battery very fast (55% to 12% in just 2 hours) and phone gets very hot after just few minutes turning on the apps. Thanks
Disconnecting
It keeps on disconnecting intermittently and sometimes unable to listen to live streaming at all. I thought it was my network issue, but with 5G WiFi connection. It shouldn’t have happened so frequently.
Too Hot to Listen
This app causes my phone battery to overheat. I can play Apple Music all day without any heating issues, but this app makes my phone excessively hot.
Intermittent signal
Poor intermittent signal

Phone heating up and battery draining fast while using the current app
Hi admin. Please check your app. I love your app and listen to it each morning. But something is not right recently. My wife is experiencing the same. Help!
Service unstable
Quality of sound not good
Love this app so much!
I listen to BFM everyday using this app! One of the best app in my phone! Seriously good!!
Background refresh that cannot be turned off
Background app refresh that cannot be turned off is draining my battery like there is no tomorrow. I am considering in deleting this app.
Great App
Only let down is the adverts. I am listening to this in the U.K. Unfortunately the U.K. adverts here are not in line with the BFM commercial breaks hence interrupting the live radio. Not to mention the adds are quite frequent too. More than the BFM add breaks!
App stopping
After updating the app. The app keep stopping by itself in background.
Good content but app to be improved
Started listening for a few months suddenly there is no sound eventhough the show is live and I have clicked start. No issue with other apps. I have restarted my phone and reinstalled app. Please fix?
Superb!
Better than never....
Latest update
Keeps crashing.
Not working in CarPlay
The app doesn’t respond at all in CarPlay, I have to open the app and start the stream from the phone.
Cheap joke FM
Being following this radio station for many years, they are good in finances but very poor understanding in geo political views except making shallows cheap joke. this radio stations imho BMF downgrade itself in public image.
Fantastic content and app!
Nothing beats listening to BFM whilst commuting. As a Malaysian living overseas, I'm never out of touch with the stuff that's happening back home, and more.
Sigh, why fix something that was not broken?
All we want is to see what was playing for the day and save shows we missed on the radio for listening later Instead, the new app has made a complete mess of things. Why try to pretend to be Spotify or Apple Music when it does not suit you? Just bring back the chronicological list of radio shows so we can browse and save at our own leisure. Now the app is a complete nightmare to navigate.
Carplay issues
Please fix functionality on apple carplay. Unable to play live radio on carplay consistently.
Style Over Substance
Love the radio station. Quality content every day. App however is still a work in progress. Wished it was less focused on looking nice and instead focused on usability/performance first and foremost. 1. Can’t get a chronological list of shows for the day. Instead the app decides for me what it thinks I would like to listen to. 2. App caused overheating issues on my phone. This is so poor as it is very basic testing post development. Subsequently fixed with an update a month later.
Love it!
Clean, sleek and overall superior user interface compared to similar apps of its ilk.
No Sonos support
Tried to listen via Sonos app and it’s asks me to download this app. This app is unable to playback to Sonos. Why? 🤦♂️
Room for improvement
Wish there was 1.2x speed. And closed captions, would be useful while commuting in public train
App Crashes on iOS17.7
Developer website link seems to be broken. App crashes after 5min of streaming. Phone becomes very hot. Still unresolved.
Wonderful app!!
Great to be able to listen to this when I'm overseas!
Inaccessible app with VoiceOver
This app is not accessible with voiceover. All the navigation and taps are clearly labeled, but it cannot be access with voiceover.
Problem with latest version
Latest version for iOS phones drains battery and the phone heats up drastically. Also, keeps shutting down on its own. Please check bugs.
Best mass media app ever!
This is probably the best mass media app on the App Store!
Keeps crashing on iOS 9.3
Could you guys please fix the program?
The app is draining phone battery
I listen to the app for an hour, my battery drop from 90% to 40%. This doesn’t happen in the previous version before update.
