The app keeps crashing when reading halfway. What needs to be improved is the back arrow that should follow when we are reading. I always need to scroll back up to go back to the main screen. Where is the fonts size settings?
Download News and Audio
I wonder if you could make one section for downloading new and audio or podcast like one in TedTalk apps. I think it might help a lot of students in their speaking, reading and pronunciation perfectly.
cannot scroll news/article
I’m not sure if it’s the same for the rest or it’s not Apple friendly. I’m only able to see heading and first few sentence of the news and unable to scroll down.

Lately the app is not working. Please fix it. It was my daily read. Wonderful app with convenient settings.
Lags and crashes
Your app is horrible. It lags, freezes and crashes. Fix the problem! The layout suits reading from a laptop. On a phone, it looks cluttered and cumbersome.

Keep crashing on iOS 12.1
Buggy and support email doesn’t work
App is unstable. Duplicate articles. Link to articles sends you to another one. Return arrow very fiddly, most of the time just zoom the picture. Tried to send email to support, got a delivery failure notification: email adress not found.

Phone Heats Up
Every since I updated to iOS 13.5, my phone heats up every single time i use this app. It also drains the battery pretty fast. I do not have this problem using other app or playing games.

Its a good medium for me to start reading for general knowledge. Its provide you the highlight news for beginners whom dont know which news should be read.

Great News Portal
Convenient and great response ...very concise and complete ....love this..seeing this first thing in the morning and last read before I call it a day. Great layout of sectional news items. I hardly notice Ads like in other news portal and they can be irritating.
lagged, scattered
Ive been reading NST since i cant even remember when. The thing is, i dont like the new version because it’s lagged. plus the news can look very scattered at times. the only pros here is the night theme feature. Other than that, please bring back the old one because i miss it!!
