Missing minutes from my Fathers last video.
I told the company by email, minutes were missing from a video when they added digitized video to my app, I downloaded here. I confirmed missing minutes to them by email, twice. No reply second time. No one answers their telephone. Payment is required upfront of service. I did not receive an actual receipt. The app is expensive and it offers no contact information for questions or follow up. Customers are distanced from the company. I regret doing this digitizing by mail, and using their app.

Beware
They make it seem like you have unlimited access to your movies in their cloud and then they send you a sudden warning at 30 days requiring you pay to access your films in the cloud. A rip off. Download your movies as soon as you get them and be done with their cloud service.

Love the pictures. I can watch it all day. I think they are a little dark. Not sure if it's the photographer or I can brighten them. Just love them anyway. All my relatives who have passed away and my adult children as little children. Just thrilled with these videos.

Total fraud
Went thru walgreens. Didn’t want dvds, wanted to download onto pc. Haven’t had a dvd player in 15 years. Paid $175 No email communication. Got on site, said 1 week to dl otherwise call for permission to download. I kid you not. I call. On hold for 45 minutes, whole time #1 in queue, w the time remaining 2:15 & 3:15 for the whole time. Refusing to pay for cloud, says if i dont pay, videos will be deleted. Watched the YouTube video provided for help. Comment section full of complaints and turned off. Contacted Walgreens to get my items returned, still not a single email during the whole process. Got $150 back. Vhs tapes returned, thank you for that. This is a scammy front. Do not use this company.
Rip off
This was way more expensive than other options. They got me with the free shipping, just to charge $18 to ship the tape back. Paid $25 for a 12 minute digital copy, then you have to pay monthly or annual to have access to rewatch your videos? Scam.
Wonderful Memories Reborn
We had seven 8mm films and one VHS that survived a fire from 3 years ago. These films are from the late 60s to the 1970s with the VHS capturing the 1980s. These digital upgrades are worth it and the app makes it easily accessible. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The images are polished and fluid. The staff divides the reels into episodic videos so you can pick and choose which event to see versus seeing the entire reel. There wasn’t a dry eye when we watched the films. We thought we could never have had a chance to see these memories again. Lastly, the staff are fantastic. Very helpful, kind, and considerate by working with us. I highly recommend iMemorise

Wife was in tears!
These 8mm tapes, from 1991 forward, were packed away after my wife’s former husband passed. Then I put them in the shed for a few months until I remembered it’s not temperature controlled! I found iMemories and we’ve found awesomeness!! Thank y’all!

Fills My Heart With Joy!
I submitted about 15 VHS tapes to be digitized. Watching them and seeing my children when they were babies, special moments like holidays, birthdays and baptisms is truly special will.
