Application Glitch
The application is not responsive. I am unable to log in. Even after putting credentials it still stays takes me back to log in page. Extremely disappointing
Unable to reach agent
Last two days trying to reach agent through toll free number, the options are very worst, it’s not taking me to connect the agent to talk to my issue. Also the IVR options don’t have solution for my issue. When I am trying to use app to describe my existing plan it’s keep asking me to login, even after I have logged into my account. After some extended it showed something went wrong try again. Till now unable to reach out agent to reactive my existing plan also wanted to use the new offer plan. So I’m not satisfied with the service, completely disappointed.

No one seems to listen
Neither the website or the app seems to be working for me , I’ve attempted to correct my profile details on Lin which never saves correctly , resulting in the app being unable to recognise my numbers correctly to send a verification code, even though the website can send a code and I can log in. In the website it’s saying I’ve not paid my bill even though I have paid and that’s verified by the Du billing department. I’ve shared my emirates ID at the store a few days ago and explained I’m unable to login but the lady still didn’t seem interested in resolving any issues, I’m completely perplexed
Terribly slow and tougher when travelling
There’s something wrong with is app if I can’t access my bills! When travelling, the app seems to be struggling with some functionality.

My app stopped working when my contract finished. Won’t let me login. I did all updates but it doesn’t work. I tried using the bot support but it can’t help. I asked 40 times to be moved to a human and it didn’t transfer me. I called CS and they couldn’t help. I went to the store and they fixed it temporarily but it broke again a couple weeks later. Depending on who you talk to at Du will give different reasons on the issue. So tired of fighting. Going to close my account and move to Virgin instead.

International Visitors Can’t recharge via App
When you arrive at DXB the immigration official will give you a free Du SIM that’s good for 24 hours. Problem is you can’t recharge via the app with an international credit card. You gave to go to a Du store (where they are quite helpful) Once you recharge, the app doesn’t tell you what your remaining usage is. You get a text when you have 100 mb left which is pretty useless.

Application is not opening.
I have been trying to access the app for a couple of days, but it is not working. It either gets stuck on the 'getting the app ready' page or keeps buffering. Why is this happening?

It would appear by the advert for this app that I can manage my services. I don’t see an option for this. I would like to change the speed of my internet however I cannot find an option.
