Amazing car wash service
As above. For 75 aed this is a fantastic service for inside and outside. The car is spotless.
Can’t use. Don’t receive SMS
App is gated behind receiving an SMS. There’s no alternate way to use it if the SMS doesn’t get delivered. I don’t get the SMS. Can’t use.
Great for fuel delivery... but
Great experience with fuel delivery and car wash so far. Was happy to see the addition of tire pressure service added finally. But they need to work on this service. I had perfectly good pressure but thought I'll try it out and they might need to top up a little. Instead five minutes into my drive I had a low pressure warning! Wish I hadn't tried the service as this really isn't a good time to have to go look for a gas station to rectify it and make it safe to drive.

New fees mean I am out!
First a service of 2.95 and I reasoned that’s only about 1.5% so it’s worth the convenience! But with the new delivery fee of AED12-16 that adds up to about 10% of fees. I, for one, am heading back to the stations. It was a great idea that was ruined by your fees.

Cancellations no notifications
The service is getting worse and worse. I’m a subscriber, I order well in advance and the service gets cancelled by Cafu with no notice. It’s due to high demand their customer care says. Shameful service.
Good app
Good app for doorstep delivery of fuel.
Good service but overloaded with marketing spam
I have requested to be removed form the marketing communications but still I get messages several times a week. Also, no option for the user to disabled marketing communications in the app itself or from the company side = poor.
No order receipt since the update
Since the last update, I don’t receive the order receipts automatically on my email which is annoying as I need to reach out to the customer service each time on WhatsApp. They send me the order receipt 3 weeks after when my due date for invoicing is already gone. Please put it back automatically like it was before.
Best invention ever
Since I came to Dubai this is hands down the best service for me. No more queuing at the gas station or being late for work. Ordering fuel to be delivered on your driveway so your can get up and go is invaluable. Pilots are friendly and timely.

Fake offers
Didnt deliver the fuel in requested time. Registered complaint and not yet solved. Also promocode is fake
Annoying
Please please please remove the pop ups to rate my experience every single time I use the app, and the one that asks me to add to the calendar every time. This is very annoying.

Araslan was the CAFU engineer who came out and replaced the battery on our Ford Edge Very efficient and polite person.
Horrible app constant issues
The app constantly has issues. Most recently, the earliest date for fuel delivery is showing 3 days into the future. When I raised this with customer care the same response: facing technical issues. VERY UNRELIABLE to use this service better to top up fuel at the station. I had loaded 500dhs to my wallet on this app I have asked for an immediate refund.
Love the service but the location map is clunky
Love Cafu, it is such a good service. My only issue is the map that will never allow me to pick up our actual street name even though the pin is in the right place (it automatically labels it as the street next door and there is no way to correct this manually!). This is an issue with the map data probably not the app itself but it means the Cafu drivers are sometimes wandering around trying to find us on the wrong street, even though the pin location is correct.
Charged my credit card without permission through a manual charge
Avoid - there was some problem in their system - they charged me manually without any fueling - and when I complaint they claimed they had under charged my for a earlier fueling and never called me back - they have lost my trust.
Good service rubbish app
The drivers are getting latter and later the last few times I have had to cancel the order by phoning in to the helps desk. The app keeps making me log in and then does not connect multiple times when I try to log on. Every single time. When it works it’s good though and the drivers are very friendly
Absolutely Amazing

Destroyed by greed and no longer usable.
Until recently, CAFU was brilliant. You could order fuel in the app and it would usually arrive within the hour. This has now changed. You can only order fuel for many hours in the future, unless you pay extra for priority service, but that’s not available most of the time. Therefore it is now faster, easier and cheaper to go to a petrol station. It’s a shame, it was good while it lasted.
Help
Since the update to both the app and iPhone, I had all my details wiped from the app. I tried to re-enter them but couldn’t. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it won’t even take my phone number, so I can’t get my account set up again. Please help.
Terrible app for a great service
You get to see a few millimetres of the map you are trying to select your location from because of all the options above it. Click on the down/up button to shrink the menus and the viable map just gets more covered.
Forced update.
I’ll never give an all above a 3 star rating if I must update in order to use it. Force me to use my data rather than WiFi and this is the best you get. I get the idea that your IT department needs improvement. Beyond that, I like the service. No complaints. Just a thought… The ability to allow the driver the entire night or day to fuel my car rather than just a couple hour window would seem more economic to me. If I could tell you I’m parked in a spot for the next 7 or 8 hours, and let you put that on your map, perfect.
CAFU - Amazing Fuel Delivery Service
CAFU has definitely made life easier with their convenient doorstep fuel delivery. Their team is professional, drivers are courteous and efficient, and they prioritize attention to detail and safety. App is easy to use ! Highly recommended!
App hangs a lot
My experience has been very bad, not with the service but with the app itself When I open the app, most times, it just shows my location and vehicle but the rest of the screen is blank.
Cafu great, app needs work on
Cafu is a great, especially has there are not many petrol stations coming back to where I live. But there App needs to be upgraded, putting your location down on the map and description is very bad and trying to set up your home location keeps failing.
Sometimes great, sometimes not
Been using CAFU for over a year now. Earlier when we were living at the palm jumeirah, I didn’t experience any issues with their service. After having moved to the Jumeirah Golf Estates, we have seen a drop in the level of service. For instance a few times when I had booked a fuel delivery, the guys didn’t show up..... More companies are getting into this space now so there will be more competition soon!
Order Sharing
Great app and service. We are spoilt in Dubai with such apps. Since you no longer email a receipt, would it be possible to add a ‘share’ capability to send the receipt from the app via email or WhatsApp. Would make it much easier than having to do two screenshots to piece together as a receipt for my company fuel expenses. Just a simple addition, but a great enhancement if possible in next update.
Poor quality subcons
I’ve been using the app for a while now and while the fuel delivery service is (usually) reliable ALL the other services Cafu offer are substandard. I’ve used (or tried to use and been unable to book) tire changes, tow services, servicing etc. In all cases the quality of service has been overpriced and poor quality. My advice would be to use cafu only for fuel, and rely on your local garage for all other services. In addition to this their customer service comms (via phone and whatsapp) are terrible
No delivery at Al ghadheer
I have been trying to order in Algadheer but the service is not available. Also washing is not available in NIP Jebel Ali
Service is great, app could be better
I love this idea and the service seems reliable so far... one complaint, the App is quite buggy, not responsive, freezes often and could be more intuitive. Suggestions: I would like to combine a car wash and refueling baits from Cafu, but seem unable to do so. Also, could the guys let me know once they have completed the job? Could app ping me? I park in the visitors parking of my building for this service and parking is limited to 3 hrs, so if I could move my vehicle back to the basement parking as soon as the service is concluded, this will save me money.
Excellent app and great service
I regularly use Cafu for both fuel and car wash, they have a great service always on time. They also saved my day when I needed a jump start and again to replace my car battery. Highly recommended to anyone.

Most amazing service
Had the most incredible service from Cafu. Flat battery on the car . They arrived within 20 mins , changed the battery and the car started first time. Fabulous mechanic, polite and competent. Highly recommend changing battery with Cafu it was absolutely effortless. Thank you!
Cafu cleaning service is the worst!
I do not recommend the cleaning service at all, tried them 2 times, failure!! The are not professional in all meanings, the literally made my car look dirty! The funny part is the take pictures of the car before the procedure and after!! We asked then to clean again and again, but very disappointed with their dirty cloths used to clean the car, absolutely no idea what they were doing. Then when he was reversing his bus, i had to interfere because the driver was almost driving through my car!!! No skills at all!!!! True disappointment from cafu, although i have spoken to them, but it seems like it’s hopeless. Anyway, too many nice companies out there, its just that im happy with the refueling service, i thought car cleaner might be as good. Im not even sure if i want to put 1 star!
No Stock
I placed an order for 2 continental 275/40/R22 Tyres. Firstly, I got a call saying they couldn’t do it at the time ordered. They then emailed me an hour later saying they didn’t carry continental in stock but I should cancel my order and choose Kumho/Dunlop. I returned to their app to find they still had continental listed for sale as well as Michelin, pirelli and Bridgestone which they didn’t have as well as still listing continental.
Terrible
Terrible app yesterday it wouldn’t show me how much credit I had and today it wants to top up 153 aed before I order the fuel instead of the normal 1aed. There are too many glitches. That’s what happens when you are cheap and don’t pay for decent computer programers, it’s not like you’re making poor profits, give the customer decent service or else I will stop using this.
