Payment is not working for parking
There is an issue with the application. When try to pay for parking through the app, after selecting the parking zone, hours and confirm & pay, it doesn’t redirect me to payment link (Apple wallet option) many clicks it remains in same page. I tried uninstalled and installed but issue still same. Because of this I’m paying through SMS service which incurs additional charges. Please resolve this issue , it’s more than a week . Still issue is same .

RTA APP HANGS FREQUENTLY WHILE MAKING PARKING TRANCATION.

Every time to recharge my nol card it takes my at least 45 minutes for the final tap, till then everything works fast, but for the money to be credited the card never gets read
Great app but small issues come up
In the recent update, we can’t select parking zone on the map. This makes it very difficult to use as we have to search for the parking number manually.

This app unreliable
I am using this app give me a lot of bogus information and an incorrect. I have so many tickets are called fines because App Here you cannot fight ticket cell phone, candy camera man walking around all day doesn’t care you stuck your phone the app not giving you the meter number and these people will give you a ticket and you cannot fight. It’s like scam. This I feel.

Recharge issue
For an emergency I recharge to travel regarding my work and after recharge it is showing it will take 45 minutes to get balance in my nol card , in a fast Dubai this slow process is ridiculous and slowing Oru progress and time
Map disappeared from public parkings
Option to choose public parking on the map disappeared — now you can only pay if you know number of the parking. It was very convenient with the map, please put it back
Nol Card
So I had a Nol card which crashed immediately after recharging it and when I tried to request for a refund they said you need to have your Nol card registered even though you didn’t had an emirates ID, and now that I am trying to register my other Nol card it won’t let me. I mean isn’t RTA known for its quality???

Enjoying gold class
Enjoying the ride of gold class metro.
Map not getting displayed
Map is no longer getting displayed for Public parking. We are expected to type the parking number or area ourselves as there is no map option. How can a user remember or memorize a zone or area! It’s ridiculous!
Good app, need option to delete old car plates from parking
Good app, really useful for residents of UAE. Please add option to delete or remove old car plates from parking session favorites.

Post the latest update in Nov 24, it doesn’t allow to login. Error message- you are unable to login using UAE pass option and retry. Frustrating as I have been trying for 1 hour
Missing features
Qatar Private Transport (black plate) is missing on the app, but is available on the street payment machines. Doesn’t accept Apple Pay.
Great use of new features
Love that RTA supports a lot of iOS features like Apple wallet and live activities. This is great and refreshing to see. Also makes life much easier and easier to use the different rta services. Kudos for keep updating the app to support the latest features. That’s a lot of other apps that learn from this !

تطبيق جميل

Manage Parking Vehicle
for paying parking fees you need to add vehicle but there is no option to remove vehicle, many times by mistake we pay fees for wrong vehicle.
Please don’t make updates compulsory unless it’s an essential update
Ive found the app intuitive and easy to use which is great - EXCEPT when requiring an update (which is regularly) Because updates are compulsory and I can’t use the app without one (and I’m always away from WiFi when I need to update and therefore can’t access the App Store) Please make updates optional unless essential - I’ve faced this problem almost every time I’ve tried to use it to pay for my parking. Thanks...
