Top up bar
We wish that we can have the old top up option, with the history of our top ups. Also if it could be in the home page for easy and faster access. Previous update was way better.
Good
Nice App, but there’s an issue with Falcon Points. I’ve been fueling for a long time, but my Falcon Points are not updating. Because of this, my membership status hasn’t been upgraded to Gold.
Not very useful
App badly designed, but mostly rather useless. Have been trying to find a station with open carwash (many have random open times) and can't find that information in here.
Recharge walet
Hi ADNOC DIST, Please re-propose to recharge the minimum balance instead of 50 dirhams
Register
I am from GCC and visit UAE a-lot and use EV chargers so easy to open for all visitors, it must be use as prepaid charging
App services and features
Adnoc not same old times services. Since 2018 RIP.
Wallet option
Please move the wallet to a more accessible location.
App needs heavy testing
I have been using the app for several years and it seems developers are not testing before releasing updates, unable to claim prizes or missing points are a common feature
Great app, but please bring back the Wallet feature!
This app is very useful, but removing the Wallet option made it much harder to track day-to-day vehicle expenses like fuel. Having a dedicated wallet section was the easiest way to monitor transportation spending and keep everything organized. Please consider bringing this feature back in a future update!
Excellent rewards
Excellent rewards
Still there is error
I have been trying to contact ADNOC regarding an error in the app, but there has been no proper response. Most stations are facing the same issue I can’t order a Spanish Cortado because the app keeps showing an error. This has been ongoing for some time and is very frustrating. I hope ADNOC fixes this problem soon so that customers can enjoy a smoother and more reliable service.
Apple Watch Addition
Great app! Been using mobile pay for the longest time and find it very convenient. Although adding the Apple Watch app definitely be a lot more convenient.
Unable to Login
After the update on 31 Oct 2022, I am unable to login to my profile. When trying to login, we are navigated to the options for New user registration. While trying to register, it shows user already exists. Did not expect such an experience from Adnoc.
Last update stopped working
It is asking me to renew my emirates id because it expired in 1934 where my id is valid till 2034 .. please fix
Location issue
Application not picking up exact location please fix the issue
Worst app and worst customer support
I dont recommend at all this app nor company
Today not working this app.
Please check Adnoc company
Add more payment options
Please add more payment options like apple pay, samsung pay, ADCB or any other bank direct pay like addc bill payment
GPS
Need to improve GPS as many times I am in the station and app still can’t allow me to select the station for fueling
Adnoc
Great App
Camera focus problems
When you click to claim your points from the receipt it doesn’t work because the cameras focus doesn’t work so the code is blurry when you try to bring it closer to fit the box
Can’t open the app
I can’t open the app what’s the problem?
Bad experience
Seriously service not good
Need improvement
Good app but need to include receipts of last transactions including the amount of liters and price
App not working properly
Please rectify the issue where the app is not able to process the claims through receipts. It been long time for this issue.
Hard to register
I can’t register a new account!!! company like ADNOC should have better app with simple registration process
More Payment methods need to be added
More Payment methods i.e Mobile Balance, App Store Billing, PayPal in addition to credit card payments are required to be added for more convenience
Unable to find current order status
New version app is confusing Your order placed detail / current status could not be located seems like this info is missed in the UI
Getting better
App is improving leaps and bounds!
Order Cancelled-no customer service
I placed orders that have been cancelled with no warning. Calling customer service and no one answers. Basically pointless to use this app aside from collecting points
Good start but needs improvement
It is good start, but let's see how and when will be improved? Why I have to login every time?
Not working on roaming
I am gcc and I need to use this app in roaming but unfortunately it’s not working only on local network. Hope you do something about it. Thanks
SY
The new update for the app made it very easy to log in and to manage your account. Keep it up ADNOC Distribution
Uneded information
I downloaded the app and when I was doing the registration step I was surprised that it need my EID and access to the camera which is not right for you as a reward app to access this information Go to Yas application by ENOC and learn
App needs a lot of improvement
Right now the app still a bit junky and so outdated, still have to sign in every time when you open the app & there is no face ID, doesn't save any of your bank card details.. you have to enter your card details every time you want to put money into your account which is pain and it takes time 🤦♂️
App is not opening
Every time I try to click on the app it’s not opening, I have re install it but the same issue
Great app
Love the delivery service and customer support team was great as well
Not Really
This app. I think it’s only work as advertising for the company, it’s features are not all working, it’s not easy to contact with customer services and when you did they are not much help.
تحديث البرنامج
يرجى اعادة النظر في التطبيق وجعل الأمور مبسطة لجميع شرائح المجتمع . وايضاً تسهيل طريقة الدخول للبرنامج .
Add option to save card and option to use Apple Pay
Need to enter card details every time to top up. No Apple Pay to top up the balance.
