It was very impressed with the digitalized move-in and move-out process. It was incredibly easy to use, and the steps were clear and straightforward. The utility billing system is transparent, with no hidden charges, and the online portal made it convenient to track my usage and bills. The refund of my deposit was processed promptly without any hassle, which was a huge relief. Overall, the system is efficient, and the customer service team was responsive to any queries I had !
Doesn't even work
I can't even log in to the application, the screen just scrolls up and there is nothing to display. Tried to download it again and the issue still stayed. Would not recommend this application.

Bill Pay system still to be improved as i have faed twice auto payment in my same account. First pay dose not clear dashboard the amount while after payment done.

Old one is better
I am an auto pay or direct debit, however it is still saying to pay my September bill. I just paid today Sept 24,2025 at 13:02, my credit card has been deducted but it is not showing that I already paid and it is still saying to pay. I can’t track or see the payment I have made in the app but my credit card has already been deducted. The old app is better.

Long way to go before we call the quality of the app even acceptable! Chat screen is completely misaligned making typing a pain and then the chat closes advising it’s been inactive for over 69 seconds.
Top notch app
Just an excellent app - gives all your usage data - allows to compare MoM and YoY - shows transparency in terms of unit cost and payment is so simple once you have details stored. What else could one ask for or except on an App if this kind.
Doesn’t work
I’d give it a zero rating if that was even possible. I downloaded it and tried to log in with existing account details. Doesn’t work. Can’t even log in.

App is showing for mandatory update alert, even though the app is updated and restricting me to login

التطبيق لا يعمل منذ فتره طويلة ولا استطيع الدخول فيه من خلال تسجيل الدخول و عند محاولتي عدة مرات يقول يوجد خلل فني يرجى المحاولة لاحقا فقمت بالاتصال بخدمة العملاء وإبلاغهم عن المشكلة في الطبيق فأفادوني انه سوف يتم إصلاح الخلل في اقرب وقت ممكن ومن تلك المكالمة إلى الان 4 شهور ولم يتم إصلاح المشكلة حيث لا يوجد اهتمام تقني بالخدمات الإلكترونية لمعالجتها بالسرعة المطلوبة لتسهيل الإجراءات على المتعلمين .

I decided not to have a local bank account and it would be great if the app accepted international credit cards, just like many places and other apps do.

Hardly works
This is a really weak and unreliable app. It hardly works, in spite of having the current version. It keeps giving a failure message while trying to make a payment with a saved card. Disappointed.

App is not working
I registered with pc and everything works ok there. Using the same username and password I’m not able to log in with my phone. App is telling me to check my credentials even though I’m using exactly the same credentials I used with pc. Can you please fix this issue.

ADDC app
This app doesn’t work. Trying to register it’s not accepting new password. This sort of thing should have been tested fully before launching app. ADDC is a big company, it’s inexcusable for the app to not work like this. You guys need a QA to create test cases and make sure this is done for all major phones and tablets. You need to hold yourself to higher standards than this.
Significantly improved and easy to use
There has been a significant improvement across the full functionality of this application. User interface is smooth, easy to understand and colour palette pleasant on the eyes. The new ‘at a glance’ section is extremely helpful and gives an immediate idea of what is happening in your account. Smooth integration between different parts of the application. Overall a very much improved user experience.

Excellent App
I was outside UAE and was having trouble trying to log in to my ADDC account to pay an overdue bill. I wondered if there was an app and typed ADDC into the App Store search and sure enough here it is. Installed and paid my bill in seconds. Great app.
