Useless app can’t log in, keep getting errors. Developer needs to fix this
Request to sign in every time
It is a very useful and user friendly app but its problem is that every time I open the app it requests to sign in, I save the password in Iphone passwords but again the app requests to sign in and the password is not saved !

App have issue to sign in when your out of UAE you CANOT sign in to check ur balance or trips

Frustrating Email Entry on Every Salik Recharge
Been using Salik for almost 3 years and everything works fine except one incredibly annoying thing: why do we have to enter our email EVERY SINGLE TIME we recharge? The account is already linked to my email—it’s not like it changes! Having to type it out again and again for every top-up is frustrating and completely unnecessary. Please fix this in the next update and skip the email step for logged-in users. It would make the app so much smoother.
Shame on allowing this app to represent a service in Dubai
This app must not be allowed for download it is a shame and a big failure for whoever developed it - remove it immediate from the Apple Store - one star is not enough it should be (-5) stars

Login issue
The current update has a bug when logging in as an existing user. Once details are inserted, the login wheel spins but does not make progress, then only to be alerted to try again later. Please fix!

Worst app ever
Whoever was in charge of developing this app clearly didn’t do their job properly. The app doesn’t work outside UAE. When I try to login from another country it doesn’t load. When I return to the UAE, the app has signed me out and on top of that, it starts to request a password to sign in each time, completely disabling the possibility of using FaceID to login which was possible before. I think I can develop a better app. In fact, I KNOW I can develop a better app.

New update works perfectly
All the issues previous reviewers have noted seem to be fixed now. I registered my new car on here and can see all the details for the old one perfectly.
Disappointing
Takes ages to load & most of the time, doesn’t connect. Pathetic App. Sadly it’s a vital App of Dubai & this is how It is.

App was working perfect last year whenever I use it for recharging or checking my salik balance but as of 2017 it is hanging and I cannot even go to the desired services. Please try to rectify the problem.

I was able to use the app in my previous phone but when I upgraded to new phone (iPhone 11) the app is not working I deleted and downloaded the app many times but the problem is same

Useless
Sign in doesn’t work So the rest of the whole app is useless. Writing them emails is not so helpful..they ask what phone and OS I have. Shouldn’t it work anyway with smart phones.
Doesn’t work outside UAE
I live in Oman but I visit Dubai often. Sometimes I forget to recharge my account and remember to do so when I’m in Oman. Whenever I want to recharge my account whilst outside the UAE, the app won’t work at all! The website doesn’t work as well, don’t know why!
