This app kicks you over to a pop up to sign in but it won’t even load for you to enter your username/password. The inability to sign in makes this the most worthless app on my phone.

I would love to rate this app a 5 star for its ease of use and intuitive design. But Ticketmaster more than most scalps tickets hugely. The ticket is $40 and there’s a $20 “service fee”? Surely that’s distributed fairly amongst employees…

The site doesn’t give you long enough to buy tics, often it times out in the middle of purchase, + this time trying to get seats next to already purchased tics. Theatre map should at the very least show the row letters and first number at the beginning and end.

Had to save my card which I didnt want to do - with fraud everywhere I’d rather not have my details saved - I could see how to proceed with my order without accepting this

Hi, i thought ticket master was great, until i needed to update my old phone number. nope, somehow when i needed to do that, and email people about it, it was their first day on earth. i’ll give the benefit of the doubt and assume they don’t understand english because they just LOVE to repeat the same things over and over. And why can’t you update your phone number with email, it’s literally connected to the account. it’s stupid, think abt these things when you make an app

The usual execrable TM experience
As expected, immediate grab of all the good Unrivaled tickets by resellers (obviously part of the LiveNation/TM business model) by midday. Then the usual disappearance of my first 2 selections by the time checkout was completed, then bs « partner offers », parking, hotels, insurance. In other words, just another TicketMaster Tuesday.

Try to buy tickets. Nothing works, I get messages saying everything from “those are no longer available” to “can’t process check to see if you are logged in”. I’m logged in. Leave for a while because I assume they’re all gone. Come back 20 mins later just o look and now it says there is unusual activity from my browser and I should try a different WiFi or cell network. Yeah ok. This is why everyone hates Ticketmaster.

Ghost notifications
While I hate the stranglehold Ticketmaster have on the concert industry this app works as well as any other. My gripe is the ghost notifications you get ( red dot but no actual notification). Only way I’ve found to clear them is to delete and reinstall the app. Is there a better way round this?

Yelp that me! Mr. Last minute; but thanks to ticket master, they make it quick fast and a worry free process for anyone on the go like myself. I’m using it for the second time, and I enjoy the privacy with confidence of proper secure payment. I can say much more, but I’m on my way for that next last minute thing Lol Thanks for ready Enjoy!

Tried 7 times to buy tickets at lower price & wouldn’t work. But on first attempt the higher tickets purchased without issue. Ridiculous!

Need to look into searching events by date on Apple phones, have been experiencing this issue for months. Never used to be a problem

Widget doesn't work
Does anyone have iOS 26.5.1 and the widget doesn't work for them? I have ticket to see BTS on 6th of July in London and the widget shows no countdown. When I tap on the widget, it takes me to the app and it changes my location from UK to USA and says I have no upcoming events. What's happening?
Constantly changing passwords
The app is grand. But the frustration of at this stage having had to change my password almost every time I use it is palpable. Why?? Why does it not let me proceed without changing my password??! I’ve run out of passwords I can easily remember, I’m getting too old for this messing! There are many good features in the app e.g. the ability to transfer tickets etc is great. But they lose 2 stars down to the password issue. Silly in this day & age. Technology has moved far beyond this. One other thing… very impressed that I could buy tickets that had been returned for resale by others. Not so impressed when a few hours before the gig I couldn’t go but wasn’t able to resell them. The facility was not available on the day.
