Tickets were not valid and didn’t end up being sorted as promised
Tickets purchased were not valid and needed to be digital, not a pdf. Two days before the event Viagogo said they were sorting it out and they didn’t end up arriving digitally. They need better processes checking tickets people are selling
Bien pero pudo ser mucho mejor
Sin duda una experiencia increíble estar en un partido del Real Madrid en el Santiago bernabeu, pero mis entradas me llegaron a pocas horas de que el juego empezara y cuando yo compré mis entradas pedí 4 asientos juntos y me dieron 2 juntos en una fila y 2 juntos en una fila pero hubiera sido bueno que al menos estuviéramos unos justo abajo de otros pero no si estábamos algo separados. viajé desde México para ver el juego y estar separado de mi familia sin duda fue algo que le quitó magia.

Wir hatten Tickets für the Weeknd gekauft. Ein Teil der Tickets war bis kurz vor Konzertbeginn nicht da. Nur mit vielen Telefonaten gelang es dann doch noch Tickets zu bekommen. Die erhaltenen Tickets waren jedoch deutlich schlechter, als die gebuchten.

We received our tickets very quick and by signed for delivery. However on querying if we would need digital tickets it all went a little wrong. I just needed one answer, I received numerous different answers and was very anxious on attending the event. I was also asked for more money, apparently this was a spam email and viagogo didn’t send it. So who did, scammers?, this makes me think the site isn’t secure, this is a worry as I spent a lot of money. This needs investigating. I will in the future purchase directly or not at all. Lesson learned.

Good show , but felt ripped off for the cost of the ticket £65 but charged just under £145 , I know as company that re-sales on tickets have to make a profit but I would never buy a ticket from your company or recommend you to a friend because of the over charging . L Attwell
Pop up fenster gehen nicht weg
Ich mag die App aber diese nervigen Pop up Hinweise zb bei Ariana, gehen einfach nicht weg!!! Man kann es nicht wegmachen. Deswegen muss man die Website benutzen statt die app
Parking fees are out of control
I bought parking for my event it said it would be 55 dollars. I winded up paying 80 dollars and I could not remove from my purchase. I thought fees were included.

Purchased “standing” concert tickets at an already inflated rate. 5 hours before the concert I was advised that I got an “upgrade” to seating (in the heavens)! Basically refused to provide a partial refund as sitting is cheaper! Never to provide an escalation email address either! Do not use!!

Estuve preguntando por mis tickets muchas semanas antes del concierto! Y fue hasta media hora después que me los entregaron, perdí muy buena parte del concierto, y mucho dinero extra que tuve que pagar a revendedores locales para entrar. Fue una locura. Mucho estrés mucha presión, vuelos inciertos… todo mal

Quando compro o Ticket online não fica claro se enviarão para o meu e-mail. O q aparece no App é um endereço enorme, cheio de letras e na o meu e-mail

as someone that has only sold a ticket once on viagogo, i was extremely skeptical of buying tickets but have been very pleasantly surprised to have good experiences! i bought two tickets for two separate dates to see Ariana Grande at the o2 and received the tickets fairly quickly for both. customer support was helpful and I love the fact you’re guaranteed a full refund if your tickets are not sent (i didn’t know this!) would definitely recommend (just be careful and use common sense when buying tickets)
Do not use Viagogo!
After purchasing BonJovi tickets at an extortionate price, we got notification at around 48 hours before the concert that our tickets were not available to us, so disappointed was not the words!! We had purchased tickets before for the MCR concert at Anfield and were kept waiting up to the wire with Viagogo, as to whether or not they were available. Luckily, that time, they were but it’s just so stressful when you have booked transport and hotels. Having to wait till the very last minute is just not good. I will not use them again, I’d honestly prefer to do without as either way, cancelled or not, it was just rubbish having to wait that long for confirmation of tickets, it ruins the whole concert experience as you can’t allow yourself to get excited about going to see the band….. I would not recommend…

Issues with tickets
The day of our play we could not get the barcode on our tickets to come up. Called customer service and she had us download apps, delete apps, copy links and finally said they would email the tickets one hour before the show. 45 minutes before the show no email-knew we would probably not be able to make our play-called customer service again and our call was answered by the amazing Jose. He said let me look into this and try something. 10 minutes later refreshed the screen and had the barcode. Made it to the play with 10 minutes to spare. Thank you Jose for saving the night for us. Besides Jose this was not a great experience at all.

Pagas un asiento y cuando llegas allí te suben en unas talanqueras de madera ….sin respaldo, nadie te avisa que son tablones de madera y pagas un precio bien caro pero lo pagas pensando q tienes tu asiento con tu respaldo…..y después del dineral en unos tablones sentado sin respaldo y sin avisarlo xq si es así no las hubiera comprado en ese sector, me siento engañado
Well done
I bought my Lenny Kravitz tickets through viagogo at the first time and I was a bit nervous before the event. Finally everything was good, couple of days before the event the tickets landed in my inbox. We went to the venue and there was no questions or problems. I’m happy with this service and will check for the future events too.

Tickets sold at two - three times face value plus an admin fee of almost two times the price of tickets. Problems with seller not downloading tickets.
There is no guarantee
I bought a specific lot parking pass as they had it listed and was sent something else. They did not provide a replacement for the correct or refund me. After countless times talking with the customer service who said they would correct the issues. They never did and never did what they promised. Very poor experience all round.

Do not ever buy anything from viagogo
Bought a ticket for reading festival from here, charged me £120 in hidden fees, then failed to deliver the ticket on multiple occasions, help line is awful as they stick to the same script no matter the issue, and my order was cancelled on the day of the event. do not buy tickets from here they are useless and chances are your ticket wont be delivered anyway

Would not use this site again
I purchased the cure tickets, or at least thought I had, to find that on the day of the event 3 hrs before doors, no tickets were being transferred to me because they didn’t have them in the first place. Only good thing is I did get refunded pretty quickly but be careful not to fall into the website credit option and click the refund to original payment option!

The tickets arrived 1.5 hrs before the event. It was very stressed experienced. It shall be released 1 day before the event.

When I couldn’t get tickets to see Rush using Ticketmaster, I tried viagogo and managed to get tickets straight away.
Disgusting customer service
Tickets bought MONTHS ago. would not give tickets. then proceeded on the day of the event to promise that tickets would be sent. We never received tickets and were told after the event begun that there were no tickets. Terrible customer service. Will not be using again. would give 0 stars if possible.

I recently bought Billie Eilish ticket from Viagogo somehow with a cheap price compared to other resellers, I was skeptical that it might be a scam. On the day of the event the ticket wasn’t transferred yet from the seller. So I called the customer support, the first customer support wasn’t helpful, said the transferring of tickets are somehow extended, estimated to be 3 hours before the event. I tried asking them to contact the seller but they just ignored. Then I decided to call once more and got a really helpful customer support, immediately offered to contact the seller. Got the info that actually the seller had trouble transferring, essentially he sent the ticket pdf directly to me to make the process quick. And i got to watch the concert! Thank you Andrew!

Use another ticket service
Terrible do not use this site. We had a family issue and we’re not able to go. We had to resell our Weekend tickets through viagogo. We still have not received our money for them 4 days after the event with the money sitting nicely in their accounts and earning interest. This is on top of getting less than half the money one ticket and not that much better on the rest . Won’t use again
Good experience
I don’t know what happened to other people who wrote negative reviews. I had overall good experience with Viagogo. Bought last minutes tickets to Camp Nou - Barca game. Messaged support team when I have not received tickets, they immediately replied and I got my tickets in a next hour. Tickets were legit.

Es una app muy ventajosa , cambian las fechas de los eventos , y hacen con los clientes lo que se les antoje. Compré 2 boletas para Miguel Mateos para el 5 de octubre y movieron el evento … la única opción que ofrecen es revender ….. el colmo!!! Que falta de seriedad
