Five stars just for you to see it
This app is genuinely the worst thing to have ever been invented to mankind,i have tried and tried and tried again and again to simply LOG IN and it told me to contact assistance when i dont need any,
Nightmare
Shockingly bad, impossible to access tickets. Multiple sign ins. Still haven’t managed to download the tickets. And now going to to have to go to the venue tomorrow to try and get my tickets. Never again.
Updated multiple times a week
The app itself is good. However, they release new updates every few days and the app won’t run if you don’t download them. I have automatic updates turned off to preserve phone storage which means I have to check the app before every event for any updates or I won’t be able to access my tickets. For those who know, data and WiFi can be a hit and miss at the venues so it’s just all unnecessary stress having to remember to do it at home. There’s literally no need for such excessive updates so often.
Problem solved
First I had the same problem as some other people writing that they don’t get access to their tickets. I downloaded the app, created an account with the email address I used for my ticket purchase and the app updated. But then when I wanted to see “my tickets” the app asked me to log in but didn’t accept my login data. The solution is to sign up again with the same email address. I finally have my ticket. The app in itself is great. But the tickets could be found more easily.

Confusing loop
Very confusing process to access the tickets after I purchased them. Got stuck in a loop for a long time!
Good location
We‘ll visit London every year - also an event at the O2. We‘ve seen Steely Dan, Steve Winwood … The people are nice an friendly. The location got everything the visitors need. 💚🇬🇧

ZERO STARS What an absolute joke of an app. With all the money O2 has, and it can’t even create a working login function, which also doesn’t send you a reset link ever, and therefore the app is completely unusable! Don’t waste your precious megabytes!!
Useless app
Can never log in to tickets via
NIGHTMARE
This app is completely useless. It doesn’t let me buy any tickets. Shows “ Sorry your session expired. Refresh “. I tried every single advice I found on internet. Nothing worked. If I could give it lower ratings, I would. How do I buy ticket I am interested in?
Useless service
Constantly blocked from accessing my tickets ordered through ticket master. I cannot be bothered to use this app again. Rubbish service.
Awful user experience
You are forced to use this terrible app if you want to go to a gig at the O2 regardless of where or how you purchased tickets. The app is supposed to interface with various other ticketing apps, but the process just doesn’t work. Even worse, the customer service support is non-existent. Maybe they would hire some actual human beings if they actually cared about their customers but they won’t because they don’t.
Update backfire
I can’t use this app anymore as it requires an iOS 17 update which my phone is too old to install and the last compatible version doesn’t load at all. I’m not spending hundreds for a newer phone just to update an app! 😡
Allow Us to Connect Ticketmaster Accounts
Please allow us to link ticketmaster accounts. My tickets are not showing up on this app as I bought them through ticketmaster. Bearing in mind the artist I’m seeing is coming to the o2. I’ve tried linking my AXS account but since my tickets aren’t on there it renders this app absolutely useless and I’m scared I will not be able to access my tickets.
