Awful company, awful service, awful app
A company that consistently fails its customers and provides false information in customer service replies. Accounts are frequently locked and consistent delays in action cause inaccessible tickets. Then they blame you. Do not use this company or app.

App works well but a lot of extra charges!
Easy to use but enforced app usage charge
My first time using the app to buy a ticket Overall the experience was simple But I would call out that adding a charge to electronically store the tickets within the app is a horrible practise and not something I’ve seen elsewhere. I was forced into that being the only option (no option for any other ticket app like Apple Wallet), and then they charge you £2 extra for the pleasure. Thats an enforced surcharge. The you add up a “service charge” a “venue charge”, insurance and now this app usage charge, no wonder the entertainment/ticket industry has such a bad reputation for being greedy.

Forget this app
It’s been over a week and my tix have yet to appear in the app. Utterly pathetic
Very good
No issues with purchasing tickets. However I do feel they could improve their site by linking the Fansale site to the eventim. Other ticket sites automatically send you to their ticket resale site when you search for artist. This one doesn’t and so many are not aware there is a resale at face value for artists which have used eventim. I had never heard of Fansale and so I don’t believe it is marketed very well. We have all heard of the rip off sites like viagogo and ticketmaster resales etc. but Fansale is good but doesn’t link to Eventim and so many not aware it exsists. Consequently I am not confident that my Ed Sheeran tickets will sell.

I’ve been trying to locate fanSale on the app but there it is not easy for me to locate I have spoken to customer service and they have all said the same thing but I can find it if I wanted to sell my tickets which just makes the app overly complicated
Not consumer friendly
Having hidden fees such as processing, transaction and delivery of an e-ticket added later on is not consumer friendly. Having booking fee plus the other aforementioned ones is also questionable. Showing the total and later on a split on what goes where is way better to make an informed decision upfront and most of competitors already do it. Also the Apple Pay payment flow is broken and tries to open in a pop up and simply doesn’t work, what’s further infuriating is that they’ve blocked the operating system autofill for payment cards, which is simply wild… Payment and fees aside, it wasn’t a bad experience purchasing tickets via this app.

Can’t get it to work
It won’t let me access my tickets and i keep getting a security note, the app does not work. Terrible.
Just a pushy advert ruse
With app installed get relentless advertising notifications despite only permitting them for my events. The charge to receive tickets in the app when there are no alternatives is a cynical scam

Missing tickets
Had to download a pointless App instead of receiving pdf or apple wallet tickets. Endless aggravation. Missing tickets, no customer service, no “add order number” search. I will try to never use Eventim again
Only partially worthwhile
There doesn’t apprear to be the facility to display the ticket or it’s QR code directly in the app- major oversight. Can only download a pdf file and even then cannot retain tickets in phone wallet

I bought my tickets in December for a Christmas gift. It never came through. It’s the day of the gig and the tickets still haven’t come through. I’ve messaged them and emailed them.

First time of using, very easy and direct
Appalling
Frustrating and unreliable. Always seems to have a problem - incl not allowing the resale of f tickets!!! Eventim designs everything for itself, zero regard for customer service. Fansale is even worse than the main app. Loved the Apollo venue for two decades but I’m never buying again.

The illusion of choice
Ah yes, a whole app - full of tracking, notification requests and other fluff - just to show tickets. Perhaps Apple could create a native, unified way of showing barcodes? Oh, they do? And the worst part is it doesn’t even load when you’re at the venue! Hate that they pretend this is the customer’s preferred way to get tickets and that we had choice in the matter. Nobody wants your app, Eventim.

This was the first time I have booked any event in a long time . I found this company so easy to use . I was very impressed with their speedy reply when I had a query. The site looks very professional and trustworthy so I have booked with them again. I had the greatest time ever with my friends at Mama Mia The Party.
