We returned to Montreux from Montreal just for this concert last Saturday 18 July. We had not been to the Montreux Stravinsky before so were impressed. We purchased two Balcony seats and they were right in the centre on the tenth row. Fortunately the two giant screens made it possible to see the artists up close. The only negative point was that we only received the tickets a few days prior to the concert having purchased them in May! We thought that we had been scammed! It was only on the day of the concert, when we got the bracelets, that we were confirmed. In other words, many weeks of worry were added to our already expensive trip, but a folly we enjoyed in the end.
Scammed parking pass
Got scammed. Still haven’t heard if we are getting $$ back. It has been 3 days since I put my complaint in

The instructions to use the parking space were not the best. I didn’t even used it cause I didn’t want to risk not being able to park. I don’t think I’ll buy a parking ticket again unless is at the actual event parking lot.

Not received ticket yet
I don’t appreciate not receiving the ticket that I purchased for Mamma Mia until the day of the event, a little over a month from now. It leaves room for so many things to go wrong….
Just keeps cycling
Was trying to look at some tickets for the same day’s game but it just kept looping and cycling for ever. Dunno why. Other apps immediately show what’s available but this app just cycling
Easy To Use
StubHub is easy to use. It is easy to get tickets and the directions were clear.
Seats
Bought my tickets. They were sent to me. Then bam. Instantly not available. Ask customer service to help. They “send a email”. Never came. So guess what. I bought another ticket when I got to the game. F this.
stubHub Review
I thought that StubHub was a safe place to buy resale tickets, but I also thought it’s a place that will purchase your tickets and obviously a reduced rate than face value and then sell them on your behalf. If that’s not how it works how do you get your inventory of tickets to sell? At this moment, I am extremely motivated to have StubHub resell my tickets, then Ticketmaster, they change rules they restrict what you can resell a ticket for which I think is actually illegal, but succinctly how does one get you to look at their tickets and decide if you would like to sell them because I have an amazing pair of tickets for the August 6 Chris Stapleton show
OK, but I always wanna know the price
This is a pretty good app, and I use it connected to Chase Sapphire, reserve. My problem is that I was wanting to know the price for a concert, don’t you? Maybe they will add that.

Parking issue
I bought parking for an event at the BJCC in Birmingham and it could not be validated because there was no QR code in the email. I had to pay onsite to park. The parking attendant knew immediately when she saw StubHub, so this is a common issue. StubHub would not refund my purchase even though their email was missing the required QR code. I’ll never purchase from StubHub again.
Was scammed
So I got a ticket for 2026 YQM and when I went to use the ticket it was already signed in I requested a refund on Thursday and am still waiting for a confirmation if the ticket dose get refunded I’ll give them 4/5 starts just cause ya lose a star cause I payed 1400 when I’m already broke for a 700 ticket

Fast easy great prices

We had to walk around for an hour in 100 degree heat and humidity. Our tickets had no information about which gate to enter. They’d scan our ticket and say they aren’t readable. We even went to the ticket help on our second pass around the stadium. They didn’t have a clue why there wasn’t any gate information. We had to go back half way around and try another gate. First lines said no good. Third try they got us in. We missed half of the show! To say not happy is an understatement. I’m a 65 year old retired emergency responder and have an ankle that had two surgeries done to repair a torn ligament. How come everyone else had gate number listed but mine did not? Why did I have to miss a good part of the show. Very disappointed.

This is the only place I will purchase tickets for events! Their prices are way cheaper than anywhere else and their customer service is unreal!! Use them for all of your ticket purchasing needs!!
Parking pass was not valid
I purchased a parking pass that was not valid. I have not received a refund yet.
Blue Jays game
Everything was good except it was a blue jays game in Toronto, so why did I have to pay in US funds? Because of this I’m unlikely to book through stub hub again.

Tickets cancelled 2 hrs before event
Traveled 1200 miles to see a game and tickets were cancelled 2 hours before event. Other seats were offered but were worse seats for the same cost. Now I can’t get my money back only a credit. Never again Subhub!!!
Buyer beware
I was disappointed as I over paid for my ticket not understanding that it was general seating for everyone. I thought I bought a special ticket for the front area of the stage as the price and the description. I don’t mind paying extra for a ticket (other tickets were the regular price), but if I do this I expect a better experience

I’d give 0 if it were possible. Buying tickets do not guarantee delivery of those tickets and they will not make you whole. Do not buy from them.

Hello StubHub Customer Support, I am writing to formally request a refund or appropriate compensation regarding tickets I purchased for a soccer match in Toronto. I was looking forward to attending the event, but when I arrived, I discovered that the seats I received were not wheelchair accessible. As a wheelchair user, I was unable to access or use the seats safely. Because of this, I could not attend the event as planned and had no choice but to give the tickets to my nephew and niece. This experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased the tickets in good faith, expecting to be able to attend the event. Instead, I was excluded because the seating did not meet my accessibility needs. I respectfully request a full refund or other appropriate compensation for this experience. I would also appreciate an explanation of how this happened and what steps StubHub will take to prevent similar accessibility issues for customers with disabilities in the future. Contradicting policy and customer service
“Every Ticket Guaranteed” is incredibly misleading. The possibility of not receiving your tickets until five minutes before a show starts while StubHub technically has the ability to “do something about it” at that point, is an absolutely terrible customer experience. What makes it even more frustrating is that StubHub’s own policy says that if you want to cancel, you can “easily resell your tickets on StubHub.” How is that realistically possible when you may not even have the tickets in your possession until the day of the event, or potentially just minutes before the show? As a customer, I shouldn’t have to spend the entire day wondering whether I’ll actually receive the tickets I paid for, whether I’ll be able to get into the event, or whether I’ll have any meaningful options if something goes wrong. A ticket guarantee should provide confidence that I will have valid tickets with enough time to actually use them, not leave me waiting until minutes before an event. The entire process puts the risk and stress on the customer while StubHub retains the flexibility to wait until the last possible moment to resolve the issue. That is not what I would consider a genuine “Every Ticket Guaranteed” experience.
Changed our tickets
The week before the concert StubHub sent us a message that they upgraded our seats. They DID NOT, our seats they gave us were higher up and had obstructed views. We were so far away and could not even see the screens due to the lighting. We paid good money for our seats. We will never use StubHub again and I am telling everyone our story.
