This is the second time using Gametime I highly recommend this site. Easy to use and great prices.
Tickets never arrived
I never received any tickets after my purchase and was only given an order number. When I arrived at the stadium they wouldn’t let us in without the tickets or even a link that got us to the tickets.
Great deals
Always find great deals and quick delivery of baseball and concert tickets. I do find selling tickets to be confusing though.
Not really worth it
Purchase don’t work off the time and price are as expensive as any other website

Todo muy bien hasta que tienes un problema como la devolución del dinero de unos tickets de algún partido que no se dió, como un juego 7, tengo dos meses y no me puedo comunicar con nadie de ellos, la verdad si es recomendable pero solo si el boleto que vas a usar es seguro que se jugará, si no, es un asco su servicio al cliente.

WORST APP EVER
People wait until last minute to send over their ticket just incase they can sell for more money to someone else. Then they’ll just offer you a ticket of the same price even though your original tickets were floor tickets… such a scam of an app. never using again. Tickets cost more as you get closer to day of event. Down 300$

My concert has been postponed and I want to refund
TLC concert has been postponed but I cannot go o the day, so I want to refund . But last night when I check the APP, you had chat and call service but chat is showing me [ 403 forbidden] error code, and call is disappeared. Where the hell am I content with service center?!!
My Go To
I have a last minute trip I am going on with both my mother and my son. Wanted to do something cool with him/them while we were there to make it memorable. Ended up with LA Galaxy and Dodger tickets for the time we were there. Always a great price and selection, and dependable as always.
⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing Experience
This was my first time using GameTime, and unfortunately it will be my last. After purchasing the tickets, I never received the confirmation code I needed. I spent two hours on the phone with customer service, going through endless loops and getting nowhere. When we finally received the tickets, they couldn’t even be scanned at the venue. The customer service experience was honestly a joke. I repeatedly tried to get help, but nobody could actually resolve the issue, and I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor or manager. After wasting two hours of my time, GameTime still wouldn’t refund my money. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Buying tickets should not be this difficult, especially when the tickets provided don’t even work. First time using GameTime and definitely the last. I strongly recommend using Ticketmaster or Seats Geek instead. Save yourself the headache

Downloaded the app and the first event I checked out the app glitched. After redownloading the app, I can see why because they 100% relied on AI to make this app. Also, it's cheaper on alternative marketplaces because they show you listings in USD so if you are CAD don't be fooled (and even with that, the listing prices are still higher not even accounting for conversion)
Quick and easy!
I found out about Gametime from watching Locked on Canes on YouTube. Great app! Love the pics that give you the actual view from the seats you are looking to purchase. It’s also a one stop shop including parking passes, maps, even ticket insurance etc. I will use this app for any future events.
Would give a zero if I could
Bought a group of tickets to take a friends visiting from outside the USA. Game was rained out. Gametime has no refund policy…..AND no ability to exchange the tickets for a different date, I was locked into the date of the rescheduled game and the tickets (and nearly $300) went to waste. I had also bought tickets for this same game through MLB and I was able to exchange for a different game, so those didn’t go to waste. Don’t bother with Gametime, prices weren’t as good as advertised and you are out of luck if your game is postponed. Steer clear
