Tried to scam me, withheld my payment
They refused to pay me due to a technical error on their end. They knew it was their error yet still repeatedly refused to pay me. When I questioned why they were withholding my payment when it was their error, they refused to provide any explanation. They don’t answer their phone and only intermittently answer support emails, and when they do respond to emails, it’s only with generic, unhelpful responses. I will never use this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Don’t risk getting scammed or missing your event.

Perfect
Don’t use this site ESPECIALLY during Pre-sales
I have always thought TickPick was a good way to purchase tickets but boy was I wrong. I paid an additional $160 for WORSE tickets than what was on Ticketmaster. I checked Ticketmaster today and I can sit 16 rows closer for $160 less. Super disappointed in this company and will NOT be using them anymore.

First Time Using TickPick
I was worried about buying BTS concert tickets to day 4 in LA for the Arirang tour that are being resold. Using Tick Pick was secure and had the best prices compared to other ticket platforms that were listing tickets to be resold. I also received the tickets via electronic transfer within 1 hour of my purchase which relieved my worries about not receiving the tickets in time for the concert. Thank you, Tick Pick! This was my first time purchasing concert tickets and based on this experience, it won't be the last for hard-to-secure concert tickets like for BTS!
From $245 to $115 — Don’t Trust the “Savings” Price
Very disappointing experience with TickPick. I purchased two tickets for approximately $245 each, and the platform made me feel confident about the purchase by showing “$55 saved!” and pricing information suggesting prices were likely to rise. Instead, shortly afterward, comparable tickets on the same platform were selling for around $115 each — less than half of what I paid. I understand that resale ticket prices fluctuate and TickPick cannot control the market. My issue is that their own pricing and savings tools influenced my decision to buy when I did and gave me the impression I was getting a strong deal. I contacted customer service and asked for a reasonable goodwill solution—not necessarily a full refund. I was open to a partial credit, account credit, or even an opportunity to move into better seats closer to the value I originally paid. Unfortunately, no meaningful accommodation was offered. My advice to other customers: don’t rely solely on the “savings” or pricing guidance shown on the platform. Compare prices elsewhere and understand that a ticket shown as a good value today could be dramatically cheaper shortly afterward.
Good app but need cad prices
Easy to navigate and get tickets however in the future i would love to see cad pricing so i don’t have to find the conversion of pricing
App doesn't work
I was using your app last night just fine for the first time and now this morning when I'M READY TO BUY TICKETS the app simply doesn't work. I have no problem using StubHub and Gametime at the same time while your app is down. So I guess they will get my business not you. Too bad because your prices were better.
The fee Tick Pick takes is predatory
Gets the job done but the fee TickPick takes off the top of the sale is predatory. No wonder we have a resale issue here.
Nice app
Easy and reliable
Too hard to find what you want
Not a practical app
Quick and easy
Always has the best price and great for last minute purchases
Promo codes
I cannot use my first time promo code nor is it letting me use a referral code from a friend I’m not trying to stack them either
No access
Already with a Ticketmaster account but this app wants you to open another while my original account was locked because my phone number was on the locked… ugly circle account
Banger
My favorite app to get last minute tickets scored a ton for cheap and great seats I mean bottom row front row seats
Confusing customer service resulted in us getting the wrong tickets
Instead of 9 tickets in a row, we got 6 tickets in one spot and three in another. The customer service rep tried to explain what happened but was unclear.
Low prices but usd
Just add cad bro
Huge hassle
Purchased four tickets using TickPick buyer only uploaded three tickets. Called TickPick right away when I noticed…. The event was a couple hours away advised me that they spoke to the seller and that the seller was going to upload the last ticket within the hour. Game time came around and we never got the last missing ticket. We ended up staying home and missing the game completely. After several back-and-forth phone calls between TickPick and myself and several days after the event almost a whole week they refunded my purchase. They had made several excuses that the buyer was a reputable broker. And that they wanted to see if I actually use the tickets and I told them I don’t know how I would use them if I’m missing tickets. My last conversation with them I actually just told him I gave you guys your chance I’ll just dispute it because I have a great credit card. Shortly after that phone call and me hanging up I received an email saying my refund was being processed.
my concert go to (as someone sus of everything)
as someone who goes to see artists who arent cheap resale at all, im very suspect of everything, my money is important to me and everyone feels that way, especially when the price is pushing 4 digits sometimes. i never have to worry with tickpick though and they always have the better prices. its so smooth of a process for me each time and i appreciate them so much. i dont use anywhere else now.
Way to Ruin an App
This app was terrific but some moron decided to update it and now it sucks. When you click on a ticket to get the location / view info it goes straight to the sales cart. Someone needs to be fired for ruining this once great app
This is helpful
It helps you find the best prices for seats to see some of your favourite artists
Not always the best deal
A lot of the time TickPick doesn’t have a better deal than the competitors. I’ve bought more off ticketmaster, sadly.

TickPick is My Pick!
I am LOVING this site. Now I can go see a lot more events!! Thank You’
Tickets not delivered
We made it to the event but the tickets were never delivered. A refund doesn’t solve the problem. Super disappointed and will never use again
Include events for México please
The app doesn’t show any event in México 🇲🇽 the app looks nice but I don’t find useful the today’s top events because it only shows events in the U.S
More countries
Please add tickets to sell and buy in Mexico 🇲🇽 we really need this App in LATAM
Truly Incredible W/O Fees and taxes! one price!
I can not rave enough about how much i suggest this app to people, not even a paid promotion i just find the deals for tickets to be true to price, if you love getting tickets and knowing how much it is up front no nothing else, this is your app 🫶🏼🤞🏼 trust me!
Horrible Service
A refund was offered by the artist and TickPick said no way!
Good prices but app has problems
Wanted to order tickets through the app because they offered a very good price. App kept crashing during completion of the order so I couldn’t get the ticket. Had to order it on my computer.

Good at fraud
Bought tickets to a concert that were never delivered. Then yesterday I get an alert that tickets were delivered. Well it was six lawn seats I never ordered and a new charge. No one seem to want to help. Disputing both charges now. I would advise against using.
The best
Goated app
Very misleading
Very misleading. People are advertising Red Rocks tickets as being in specific “sections,” when Red Rocks does not have traditional assigned seating for these shows. This makes the listings incredibly deceptive, especially when sellers are using supposed “sections” to justify massively inflated ticket prices. There should be a way to report listings that are clearly misleading consumers and grossly gouging ticket prices. Buyers should know exactly what they are purchasing instead of being manipulated by false descriptions.
TickPick ✅
Great app. Easy peasy
Never got my tickets
Never got my tickets. I called 3 times. Was told it would be looked at. Nothing happened. Scam. Be careful.
