Hotels are Great! App is Clunky and Disappointing
I love Accor hotels and have been a loyal member for many years, but the ALL.com app is easily the weakest part of the Accor experience. It is clunky, inconsistent and frustrating to use, and important member benefits and information don’t always appear or function correctly. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. I’ve experienced problems with the app repeatedly, including missing or incorrect member benefits and information. On our recent stay, the app again failed to provide our welcome drink vouchers, meaning the hotel had to manually resolve the issue. The hotel staff were excellent and very understanding, but it shouldn’t have been necessary. I’ve had bookings completed on the app that the properties have no record of and others that they could see but unilaterally the app had NOT confirmed the booking. For a premium loyalty programme, the app should make the experience easier, not create additional work for both guests and hotels. Accor has fantastic properties and people, but the app is letting the whole experience down. It needs a significant improvement.
Great app usually with occasional problems
App is usually excellent, but recently has crashed and I was unable to log in on iPad - iPhone remained fine - I get to the log in screen, the home page briefly shows, the app then crashes to no log in. Problem lasted for a day or so, then corrected itself and all now fine
Acceptance freezing pane
I added in a request for my hotel room. I then went to fill in my missing details but the box confirming my request was stuck over the confirm box. It is also stuck over the overall confirm box when you want to move to pay. Moving the arrow down means I can see the box I want to click but the confirmation box springs back over it. I have gone to booking. Com
Limited options features on app
We have a family on 2 adults and 2 children 10 and 14 years. We tried to pick the option for 2 adults and 2 children but were only given one room option. There is actually a smaller room which can accomodate 3 adults and 3 children but we were not given the option to select the room unwell we configure 2 adults and 1 child. Quite frustrating.
Melbourne Cup
Have stayed at Como for a couple of years now for the Cup. Easy train access on the day and great Restaurants to choose from.
Dreadful
I booked on the phone, reserved payment for 24 hours so I could book flights and then when I went to pay found that the assistant had booked two rooms for 4 people for 5 days instead of one room for 2 people for 10 days,. Spent 45 mins on the phone next day thought it was fixed only to find when paying there was still two rooms booked. I had to let the bookings expire so they were cancelled and started again leaving me panicking that I would have flights but no hotel. Further complicated by the fact that the Ibis hotel would not accept bookings of 10 days and insisted they were booked in two blocks. Never never never again will I use this company
Thorough but tedious app
The app has a rate calendar for those who have flexible stay dates or multiple booking dates. Tedious: you must jump through hoops to book. Choose destination, tap next prompt for dates, tap next prompt for number of people…. etc All of this could be on the 1st page for booking like most hotel & car apps.
2FA App blank screens
Trying to activate 2FA via email and get a roadblock with the link- it says sign in via 3 social media profiles but does not provide the option to sign in to my account direct with Accor. Tried activating 2FA via the APP and just got a blank screen. Before and after most recent update. The IT department and tech for Accor are sub par. You hear of people getting their accounts hacked and points stolen, my guess is why they have offered 2FA, but isn’t this now an old fashioned technology, when passkeys and Authenticator apps are the future? I can’t even activate it so I can’t even “update” my security with this low security option
App not working well
Tried to go through the app prices given then when I confirmed it came up with detail error I’ve booked now at a higher price than app says
All Accor On Line Booking
We have been planning another holiday from Australia to Singapore. I have been an Accor member for over twenty years I take advantage of the Accor On Line process as a management tool to assess various hotel options and develop a spreadsheet to compare prices. This made my decision making so much easier. Then it was simple to make my selection and pay - all done. Thanks Accor.

Unfortunately the value of the Stay Plus benefit has dramatically decreased particularly as many hotels that previously offered this benefit no longer do.

The All.com booking app has to be the simplest and quickest hotel app I have used. So guest friendly.
Difficulty
I have found it difficult to book my 2 free nights. My wife and I have been travelling from Sydney to Bundaberg but couldn’t secure 2 consecutive nights anywhere!!
Incorporate Accor Explorer Plus into app
The ALL app is ok, but it needs to incorporate the benefits and exclusions associated with ALLs Accor Explorer Plus subscription program.

Not possible to use premium wifi with Apple ID
This app allows signup via Apple ID. Unfortunately, try to use premium member wifi, and it will ask you to log in with an email and password. It’s not possible and you end up creating a second account anyway.
Really hit and miss, doesn't consistently work
Have had the app for a while as stay in group hotels a lot for work. While have no issues when staying in UK hotels, have never managed to get the advanced check in to work when staying in a hotel abroad. Not the end of the world but TBH is one of the selling points of the app, without which it's just an app to travel status points.

Generally app is very good, quick, clear and not keen to crash. But it comes incredibly crazy when you have to deal with more than one welcome voucher. Only opt. I’ve found is to kill the app after first voucher is redeemed, then restart it in order to get the second voucher code. Cheers!

Suboptimal App experience!
The app takes away from the overall Accor experience since it is sub optimal. Here are two issues with the app: 1. When you search for hotels at a destination you are shown one price - however when you reach the page where you can actually book a room at the property the cheapest room is at least 33% more expensive then what was shown in the first two pages of the reservation experience. Extremely misleading and a very bad user experience which has persisted over months! 2. If you are Silver + member you receive redeemable drinks voucher on the app for the property you are staying at. However it’s next to impossible to use the “slide button” to redeem the voucher for the second person since the app slides to the first voucher while someone is trying to open the second voucher with the “slide button”. Hence, you have to do multi finger gymnastics to open the second voucher! Bad UX design choice! That being said most Accor properties I have visited so far have been great! So this review is only for the sub par mobile app experience.
