Poor app and airport arrangement
This app, when choosing the contact the customer service, 90% is showing OUR SERVICE IS BUSY NOW PLEASE TRY LATER. The airport is mess and shortage of management. Staff are either super nice or super bad, depend on your lucky and their mood. The security, more than half staff don’t really want to work and showing whatever attitudes, and better speak French. If you have connection here, please keep more than 2hr space between the flights or probably you will miss it and wait until midnight or the next day. Really don’t understand why they still promote themselves are the best airport in Europe. Any other Europe airports are better and friendly than CDG.

Appli sans intérêt
Je cherche une information basique : quelle distance faut il parcourir de la station rer B au à la zone d’enregistrement des bagages du terminal 2A ? et je n’ai rien trouvé dans l’appli. Il y a un plan mais aucune zone pour faire une recherche de lieu dans l’aéroport. Conclusion : appli sans intérêt. Autant réaliser une recherche ponctuelle sur le site web.

Appli ne fonctionne pas sur nouveau téléphone
Je viens de changer de téléphone, et depuis, l’application Paris Aéroport, que j’adore en temps normal, ne fonctionne pas, et me dit « qu’une erreur est survenue ». Du coup impossible de m’en servir ce qui est très handicapant. Pouvez-vous m’aider s’il vous plaît ?

J’utilise cette application depuis plus de 10 ans, je suis pleinement satisfait et le recommande avec grand plaisir. c’est appréciable aussi bien pour l’accueil que pour l’embarquement. Les autres fonctionnalités sont également très utiles et pratiques.

Bonjour. L'appli ne s'ouvre plus et l'avion page accueil tourne sans fin. Suis pourtant équipée d'un iPhone 16pro avec la dernière version iOS Problème résolu
Suivi des vols HS
Une fois de plus je constate que le suivi des vos est HS 😠depuis plusieurs jours dommage car c’était ce qui est le plus utile dans l’application.
Ne marche pas sous Os15 et moins
Dommage je ne peux plus utiliser cette application avec un IPhone sous OS15 😭

Only one coffee shop
If you’re in gate 65-61 which are all crammed together. You will be stuck with only one coffee shop and a TON of people with no where to sit near your gate. It is likely you will have to sit by another gate. Beware of the coffee line being 20 people deep.
Supprimer un vol
L’application est pratique pour suivre des vols. Mais il pourrait être pratique également de pouvoir supprimer les informations d’un Vol, lorsque l’on n’en a plus besoin.

Le plan des terminaux est incomplet, on ne trouve pas ce que l’on cherche

On ne peut plus suivre les vols à l’arrivée, depuis la dernière mise à jour, ce qui est très handicapant pour des transporteurs professionnels comme nous

Data should be cached, no use due to redownloads
In airport, data is slow due to traffic congestion. Loading maps takes a very long time, clicking on a different service or location re-downloads maps. Caching all the static data will help

The map has an option to route and give directions but only from the check in counter making it very limited.

Cette application est fantastique.
Useless
Absolutely useless for a traveler not familiar with Charles de Gaulle airport. I selected transportation and it gave me the local gas station. The maps are of the entire city and not of the airport. Save the trouble and grab a paper map at the airport.

Maps never load
One of the most useful features won't work. Terminal maps stuck on updating. Tried on mobile and home networks. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling all to no a avail.

Poor UX
App is a Swiss Army knife that does nothing well ie fast, easy and informative. The complexity and inability to communicate is reflective of the entire airport so it is no surprise albeit disappointing.
No issues with app
I really didn’t have any issues with the app, partly because I forgot to look at it. I agree CDG is an airport maze, but I didn’t get lost- I just read the signs. City maps on the app are okay, but I still prefer the paper maps.
No point recommending friends
Not a bad app, however when i recommended a friend they were supposed to get 400 points and me 500, however it would not let my friend use the code they sent. contacted them to tell them the problem, was told my friend needs to make a purchase. she has made a purchase and i told them and still no ponts.. So I wont be recommending friends again. Ce n'est pas une mauvaise application, mais quand j'ai recommandé un ami, il était censé obtenir 400 points et moi 500, mais cela ne permettait pas à mon ami d'utiliser le code qu'il avait envoyé. les a contactés pour leur dire le problème, on m'a dit que mon ami devait faire un achat. elle a fait un achat et je leur ai dit et toujours pas de ponts. Je ne recommanderai donc plus des amis.

Best airport/flight info app ever!
I have been using this excellent app for over a year and it keeps getting better. It tracks and sends me updates on all flight status changes from 24 hours before. It also provides up to date info on airport terminal, check in counter location and luggage claim location. All of which can be confusing at the Paris airports. I highly recommend this app.
Non-Functioning
The app did not accept two separate, valid email addresses for enrollment. Further, airport WiFi access, once available with some fuss, is now not available. What’s the point of this app?

Poor App and messy airport
You will get the if information you are looking for, it will just be complicated. You will love the information that you flight is delayed without any re schedule details. You will laugh when you realize that instead of a simple map you have a complex google map version. And it will be slow to load. The app is like the airport, exhausting.

Poor app for confusing airport :(
CDG is one of the most confusing maze of an airport in the world. Arriving by train and expecting to get through bag check to international departures in time requires hours. You'd think they would have and eloquent app the provides useful info organized well. This app useless and add to the confusion. Firstly, you can only see a handful of flights. If you look up fight (e.g. Delta 0035) that feature is broken. How do you scan a boarding card before you even have one from a kiosk. Btw, kiosks are so 2000s. Mobile boarding passes are the way, why doesn't Air France checkin process support Delta's mobile boarding passes. Get with the times people. Are you purposely making people stand in line. Lines are oppressive aren't you about liberty and freedom? They have maps but they are useless. Try sorting out how to navigate from the RER train stop through to Terminal 2M. Good luck with that. You just spend 15 minutes in a useless app that tell you nothing useful in an intuitive way. To the project team that put this together, get some outside help. I love Paris and supporting the local economy but I am apt to fly to Schiphol or Brussels and train in and avoid CDG because it is such a scary confusing place.
