Heel gemakkelijk
Expensive and unreliable
We booked a parking in Paris for 24 hours for 26 euros, we arrived 30 minutes early and could not open the parking until we extended the reservation for 30 minutes for an extra cost of 12 euros! When we came back to the car we could not access the pedestrian entrance nor the elevators through the app and had to walk 4 floors down through the car ramp. We left the car park 4 hours before because we realised it would be difficult to come back and could not stop the reservation early. Assistance is only through the app with no phone number given unless you have an emergency.
Affordable parking in centre Paris
Works well. Only can’t reserve indigo parkings less than 1hr before.
Avoidable and secured parking places
Great app, always handy to find affordable and secure parking place in busy cities.
Bad experience
App does not work for all credit cards. Find another way to pay for parking, but money has been debited for nothing.
Translation
Would be nice for the non-French speaker to have English texts!
Super handig
Vlot en precies
Several times tried but error in payment
Please make also possible to Pay directly with bank-app
Great app to use
Booking was fast and very good app. Now hoping the parking goes smoothly and hope there is a possibility for electric charging
Unhappy about the service
I booked a parking for a few days and according the description my car most fit the garage. But nothing was true, i contact the helpdesk of zenpark regarding this issue, still no respons from them and my money is gone! Very bad service for the tourist who use this app in France.
Prima app!
Makkelijk boeken, parkeerkosten echt niet duur. Hoop dat de parking ook netjes is.
Crash
App crashed, popuptiltlemessage.
Super fast reservation
Not difficult to reserve
Zen is top!
