Rectifico reseña anterior ya al principio solicité la devolución de mi reserva por cancelación de mi tren y no recibí una respuesta adecuada. Sin embargo, tras insistir, el equipo de ParkClick se puso en contacto conmigo, resolvieron el problema y finalmente me realizaron la devolución. Ahora, estoy muy agradecida por la solución que me dieron, quisiera destacar la atención de los chicos de recepción de vehículos que han sido muy amables desde el inicio.
Decent app, terrible service
The app itself is ok although the navigation could be improved. Where things break down is if you need support - you are basically on your own.
Funciona bien pero molesta con notificaciones
Generalmente se pueden conseguir ofertas más atractivas que en el mismo parking. La App permite desactivar la publicidad por mail, pero no por notificación. Desactivar las notificaciones no es buena solución, ya que cuando la usas para parking las notificaciones son útiles. Falta la opción para manejar esto.
Delirant i mandrosa.
Vas a treballar a Barcelona. Trobes un pk a través de l’app que et va bé per un preu molt raonable (9,99€ per 7 hores, amb una entrada i una sortida). Marques l’hora d’entrada i l’hora de sortida. L’app t’ofereix (de fet, t’obliga) a acceptar que, per aquell preu, t’ofereixen no 7 hores, sinó 24. Què bé, no? Doncs no. Al dia següent vols tornar al mateix pk a la mateixa hora. Doncs no et deixa, perquè encara tens activa la reserva del dia anterior per 24h, tot i que ja has sortit i que no pots tornar a entrar. Exactament, què hi guanyen, no activant la teva sortida a l’app i no permetre que tornis a reservar? No hi tornes, perquè el mateix pk cobra 6€/hora. L’equip d’ajuda, actiu des de les 9 fins a les 17 (ideal per a la gent que treballa) només et sap respondre que ‘efectivament: no pot tornar a entrar fins que passin les 24h i llavors haurà de fer una nova reserva per a, com a mínim, 15 minuts més endavant que l’anterior.’ Ah, molt ben pensat: entrar a la feina cada dia 15 minuts més tard que el dia anterior. De veritat, com pot ser. Amb l’Splau, surts dels pk i immediatament queda registrat arreu. No és tan difícil ni de fer ni d’entendre. El que dic: un criteri delirant i una atenció mandrosa. Llàstima: aquests serveis haurien de facilitar la vida a la gent, no fer-li perdre el temps i els nervis.
Added cost
So, the marketing copy here says that you can find “discount parking spaces.” We found the opposite. In Spain we booked a garage because it was a special event and we thought this would be “safer.” For one, there were actually plenty of parking spaces everywhere we were driving around, which was our failure to accurately find good information. The crazy part is, the garage we booked was €20. Parclik charges the 20 PLUS almost an additional 8, so the final invoice was like 28. We would have literally saved almost 30% by just paying the garage directly. I understand this might be a useful app for big cities, but we were in a small city on the coast and ended up paying more. 3 stars because the app works and could be useful in some situations. I might only use it as a last resort and I think I’ll generally try and stay away from it on future visits.

I’m surprised they stay in business with this app, I used it recently for a booking , tapped on the link for directions, and it turned me into the wrong garage where I had to pay an exorbitant fee in addition to my prepaid fee, trying to find help using the app is challenging to say the least

We used it for parking in Paris and the prices in the App are way higher than what you pay at the parking Garage. The App itself is good to use though.
Alhambra Parking
Easy to pay Parkia but nightmare trying to exit the car park. Tried to explain to the parking intercom/ information person that I had paid on the internet but they could not understand basic English and, helped by Spanish pedestrian, the only way to exit the parking was to buy a day ticket AGAIN at the ticket booth. Parkia must give clear instructions how to exit having paid on line. Not impressed.

Expect city fines. Support uses gpt to give generic answers
Long story short - I’m from abroad. Booked a parking garage close to my Airbnb. Tented a car through Alamo. Upon arrival discovered that the area is restricted for non resident vehicles. Asked support about this situation, got some random unrelated answer generated in ChatGPT. If you are local maybe you are used to this, but for travelers this feels like “we don’t care” attitude you get in 3rd world countries.
Plantage mais service client efficace
J’ai tenté d’utiliser l’application pour réserver un parking à Barcelone. Au moment de payer, l’application plante, la réservation n’est pas enregistrée, mais je reçois la facture sur PayPal… mais le servir support a réagi rapidement pour rembourser la facture indue donc je garde une bonne note, l’appli m’ayant au moins permis de repérer les parkings à proximité !

No sé cómo pueden tener un 4,6 de valoración si casi todas las últimas reseñas son de una ⭐️ Acabo de intentar pagar un tique en la calle e imposible. Lo bueno es que me acabo de enterar que con Waylet podía pagar los tiques de zona azul. Gracias!! Eso se merece dos ⭐️⭐️
Ahorro con limitaciones
Las veces que lo he utilizado para reservar parking, he ahorrado alrededor de un 10%, pero no funciona el sistema de salida, por lo que hay que ir a la caja personalmente para que validen el ticket. Parking EMT plaza de España, no sé si falla la aplicación o las máquinas del parking

Didn't create the parking reservation even though I payed
I tried Parclick once through a browser, and I made a reservation that was cheaper than it would have been by going in to the place in person. The second time, I figured using the app would be quicker and easier, but I was wrong. Making a reservation was difficult: the UI was unfinished and badly made. It ended up that I had actually payed for the reservation, and Parclick took my money but never sent me an email confirmation that it was made or showed in the app that the reservation was made. So I had no reservation when I got there and had to pay the normal way at the parking establishment. Needs a lot of work on the app before it can be considered viable and a trusted parking method.
Peccato solo per il check out
L’app funziona molto bene, fa risparmiare tempo e denaro ma va migliorata la procedura di check out in quanto prevede per forza il passaggio dagli uffici. Mi è capitato anche (una sola volta) di trovare il parcheggio esaurito nonostante avessi prenotato. Occhio che potrebbe essere un bel guaio!
No garantiza el parking aunque hayas reservado
Usé este servicio por primera vez el pasado 22 de junio para ir a un concierto al Estadio Olímpico de Barcelona. La experiencia no podría haber sido peor: reservé una plaza de parking en BSM Rius i Taulet y al llegar aparecía “completo”. No nos dejaron pasar, simplemente (la guardia urbana de Barcelona custodiaba el acceso). Por lo que nos quedamos sin parking a pesar de haber pagado una reserva. A favor de Parclick: tan pronto recibieron mi reclamación, procedieron a la devolución de la reserva. De ahí las 2 estrellas.
Mala información al consumidor de sus condiciones
Tened cuidado y leed bien la política de cancelación y modificación. Lo tienen bien escondido y lleva a engaño, sea deliberado o no. Parece que se puede cancelar o modificar gratis (que es lo que ponen bien grande) pero leeros las condiciones antes de reservar porque no es así siempre y no tienes derecho a nada aunque ellos tengan el deber de informar claramente y sin ambiguedades, se lo pasan por el forro. Para el resto funciona muy bien la app y la gestión de los parquings.

False information & radio silence from customer support
I booked a space where the access height was incorrectly advertised and on the day of my booking I couldn’t enter the car park. I contacted customer service to cancel my booking and get a refund but they have ignored me for 5 days!!

L’application fonctionne et on bénéficie bien de la réduction attention toutefois : la remise en question ne fait gagner que 1 ou 2€ ; parfois le nom des parkings n’est pas à jour (Indigo au lieu de autocity) ; lorsque vous réservez sur une plage horaire vous ne pouvez pas la modifier, si sur place vous arriver 30 minutes après et bien la tranche horaire sera pas reporté vous perdez donc 30 minutes ; il faut s’armer de patience pour trouver le guichet/accueil parfois !

Unhelpful customer service
The app claims to sell monthly access to parking with a click in the app, with entry and exit, at €105. The instructions were to arrive at the site and go to the kiosk or ring for a parking staff attendant and show them the Parclick voucher. When I arrived at the vendor parking site I prepaid for, there was no staff and no intercom. So I ended up paying twice for the service (once via app and once at the site). There is no entry and exit privilege so I’m paying daily rates. When I voiced a complaint to Parclick they asked me to provide a bunch of proof instead of sending me back my money so I filed for a dispute via my credit card and got the money back that way. I’d say learn the language and navigate local cultures instead of using this barely functional service.

Más fácil encontrar un parking y entrar
Después de no usarlo mucho tiempo: hago una reserva en parking “recomendado” otro al lado de mi destino es más barato y libre! Para contactar y preguntar por “tiempo flexible” (Google calculó mal mi llegada), tengo que buscarlo en Google, no puedo modificarlo, no puedo cancelarlo. Parking en cuestión - imposible llegar (proposito de la app : ponerlo fácil y conducir no luchar con el móvil o navegador). A la tercera desisto, llego tarde, encuentro cualquier parking al lado (libre) sin problema. La app me cobra aunque no haya ido, no hay opción de reclamarlo ni nada de nada. Las indicaciones leyendo tranquilamente y al detalle hablaban de navegación en bici y otros absurdos. Hasta aquí, lo desinstalo, dinero doy por perdido, de tiempo y mi cliente esperando mejor no hablo. Inútil.

Payed twice for one parking
I paid 25 euros to reserve a parking space in Paris using the app. Entered the parking lot but was unable to exit, therefore was required to pay the €30 leaving fee. The support staff did not respond; they only stole my money.

Access difficult
The lift was out of order the entire time which made life very difficult as I had a handicapped person with me and wheelchair and a lot of luggage…These things happen I know, but it would be considerate to flag it on the booking process : “no handicap access”. Otherwise this is my preferred carpark but it’s not cheap…

High and Dry
Went to remove vehicle from garage with 24 hour access. Tried entering garage door we exited from initially but it was locked. Walked to other main entrance and the door was also locked. Tried intercom system but no answer. Banged on garage door but no answer. Had to take cab to airport and abandon car in garage with travel documents. Parclick unreachable until 8 hours later. Their response was that I should have known about the secret third entrance in a bus station that is opened all night. No phone number for the garage available, no signs to lead me to the secret third entrance. Very disappointed in Parclick’s response of “I should have known 22about the third entrance.” Will not use this service again. They are not here to protect the consumer, they are here to protect themselves and the garages they contract with. Update 26JAN2022: Developer states I was contacted and my issue was resolved. NO IT WAS NOT! I was told that I should have known about the third entrance across the bridge and sorry the intercom system didn’t work. I cost me an extra 40€. PARCLICK customer service resolved nothing.

Trovo l’APP elegante e fare nazionale per lo scopo per cui è stata fatta. La uso per parcheggiare a Milano ed i parcheggi si sono mostrati all’altezza del servizio atteso
El calculo de pago de la aplicación no es correcto.
En mi caso realice el pago a través de PayPal y el calculo de pago, así como el tiempo no coincide con la información que proporciona la aplicación. Además aunque configures el pago a través de tarjeta o PAYPAL, tienes que pasar por la caja para realizar la validación … (requiere más tiempo finalmente que el pago “ordinario” en “cajero automático). Conclusión, aunque la idea es buena, mi experiencia de uso a sido mala. Sólo te aporta la “reserva”. Nota final: Albergo la duda, respecto de si los problemas descritos son imputables al garaje y no a la App.

So I booked a car parking space using this application for 4 days in Barcelona - the price was €56 by far the cheapest price for this particular secure car park! The app is easy to use - you can review the car park booking in the summary of your account. Very easy to navigate - and your booking reference is easily laid out as with the car park entry and leave times. It also gives you directions to the car park using google maps! This is extremely helpful! The app also shows a map of where the car parking spaces are located - so you can see if it is near a point of interest. The only things I would add as a developer is perhaps an e-ticket that can be added to Apple Wallet. Overall a very good app! This is not a paid review. I am very satisfied thanks!

Inadmissible ! Honteux ! Escroquerie ! Autant d’adjectifs qui qualifient ce service ! J’ai effectué une réservation pour mon véhicule sur Amsterdam les 10 et 11 Novembre dernier. J’ai attendu que le voiturier vienne prendre en charge mon véhicule pendant 1h30 à l’endroit indiqué... Il n’est jamais venu sous prétexte que ce dernier s’est fait arrêté par la police. OK, 1h30 de perdu. Puis, naturellement, on me propose le remboursement, que j’accepte (on va arrêter le massacre) et depuis... plus de nouvelles de quiconque et encore moins de mon remboursement ! Le service client n’a donc d’égal que le service : PITOYABLE ! J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails, seul mon premier a obtenu une réponse, à savoir que situation aller être débloqué sous 7 jours.... 15 jours après j’attends toujours !!! J’ai donc perdu 60 euros et 2h de mon temps lors de mon séjour. PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN ET NE VOUS RETOURNEZ PAS!!!!

Dans l’ensemble prestation assez satisfaisante. Il faut passer à l’accueil pour changer de carte donc pas pratique ... Lors de l’arrivée l’accueil n’a pas retrouvé le message de l’appli Malgré tout la gérante a été assez aimable pour changer notre carte

Poor UI Resulted In Really Expensive Parking
Buyer Beware - I Had Several Problems With This App The UI for the Parclick app is poor. 1) After entering your particular car type, the app doesn’t filter out the parking garages that your car type will not fit into (not sure why they ask for your car type at all). After entering my vehicle into the app, and then choosing the parking garage that THE APP RECOMMENDED, I only found out once I arrived that my vehicle wouldn’t fit. 2) The app only suggested parking garages in my immediate vicinity. As I was trying to purchase parking for a day trip into Paris, it didn’t allow me to move the map to where I would be parking. Slight annoyance. Poor UI, but not the end of the world. 3) I found the garage that I wanted finally, and went to pay for the parking, at which point the app wouldn’t take my payment (a bug in the app?). So, I went to their mobile website and finished the transaction there. SO, I couldn’t use their garage at all. They still took my money. And parking in Paris is EXPENSIVE. With all of the buggy issues with their app, plus the fact that they take money without delivering service, the writing on the wall is pretty clear. I would not use Parclick. Buyer beware.

Hopefully you guys can fix this one fast. I loved browsing on the web but since apps typically perform better for mobile use, I downloaded it and typed in the address I need. For whatever reason, it simply says “Sorry, we don’t have any car parks here :’( Try looking elsewhere!” The issue I have: on the website, there are multiple car parks available. I want to know if I will be able to use this app or not because we are traveling abroad (Spain and Italy) and will likely need to find parking as part of our itinerary and possibly during the trip. Would love to see the app fully functional!
