Cannot buy usable lounge access for two people
The app allows an Aena Club member to select and pay for two adult VIP-lounge accesses, applying the member discount to both. However, it asks for only one set of personal details, those of the account holder, and creates a single named purchase showing “2 adults”. There is no way to enter an accompanying passenger’s name, allocate one access to them, or create two separate QR passes. Customer services then told me that both passes were nominative to me and that my wife could not use one, despite the app having sold two adult accesses in a single transaction. The only proposed workaround was to obtain a refund and buy a replacement pass as a guest, losing the member discount. The passes also cannot be added as two separate items to Apple Wallet. This is not an unusual edge case. Buying two accesses in one transaction is the normal use case for a couple travelling together. The app’s purchase journey is fundamentally incoherent and has plainly not been tested against ordinary family or companion travel.

No suele ir mal, y es bastante exacta en cuanto a la puntualidad, menos en los últimos vuelos, que no informa bien respecto a Android, y encima la última actualización es pésima porque cuando quieres ver información de vuelos sólo de una terminal, no funciona . A ver si lo arreglan.

Parking booking broken
In the most recent version the booking form for parking is broken. It requires you choose a terminal but there is no field on the form for specifying a terminal if the airport has only one. For example Santander. It is now impossible to book parking at that airport. Otherwise the app is great. Please fix asap!

Dejó de funcionar bien
Desde hace ya varios meses dejó de funcionar la pestaña de infovuelos y la app en general va ultra mega lento. Es una lastima porque la encontraba imprescindible. Espero que lo van a solucionar.

Poco intuitiva en los horarios y fallos
Antes los vuelos (tanto llegadas como salidas) iban ordenados según su hora original de llegada o salida y al lado su hora real por si hubieran retrasos, ahora no, y para buscar rápidamente la información de un vuelo que llegaba por ejemplo a las 11:30 te cuesta la vida.. Además la hora es peninsular estando en Canarias

Goede APP
De APP geeft goede informatie over de vlucht, tijden, gate etc. Via meldingen komen deze ook naar voren. Enige minpunt, na de installatie duurde het heel erg lang voordat de APP de eerste keer opstarte, zeker 10 minuten.
Time of departure is not ok
For some strange reason the flight times don't appear in the timezone of the relevant airport but in the timezone of the user using the app. This is very confusing.

Unable to pay on the app also often unable to log in
I have recently been unable to pay for parking on the app. This was in Malaga and mor recently Girona. Fortunately I found an open kiosk where I was able to pay for parking. Each time I asked for an explanation or reason I received dismissive shrugged shoulders and rolling eyes suggesting this was an every day occurrence with this app. Very disappointing response….

A bit useless
I downloaded this app for help/info on VAT refunds in the airport, after being directed to it from Aena’s website. It didn’t help at all. It seems to want to collect a lot of personal data about me. I will delete this app immediately.
Crashing after latest update
After The recent update, the app continually failed to load properly, as soon as the app loaded It immediately minimised itself and froze. I had to fully uninstall the app then reinstall to get it to function properly

The app has got worse
I needed to extend my parking booking because of an unexpected commitment. I have occasionally had to do this in the past and it was a simple matter of finding the booking and then tapping ‘manage my booking’ to add a few extra days. The app won’t allow me to do it any more. I have had to make a new booking to follow on. Why make it so difficult?

An easy app to use. Give the right information in time.
Slow and silly restrictions
Trying to book parking in a hurry and a password reset is requested. Once a reset email is requested it will take 10 to 15 minutes for the reset email to come in. So we don’t have time and just try to book without logging in. But we get an error that booking cannot be made as email is registered but not logged in. Ok let’s start all over and use another email. 20 minutes into the processs we got a parking reservation and emails for password reset are coming in. Since we impatiently tried it a few times we now have to find the last one that works. Got it and I’m back in my account. Lots of restrictions on pasting passwords or using password apps. So lots of typing was involved. Now I figured I will add my reservation I just made with another email, guess what… yes exactly… that is not allowed, only reservations with the email used to log in can be added. So let’s log out to manage the reservation… Who comes up with stuff like that? Why?

Notifications stopped working, even though I selected to be notified about my upcoming flights. Get that fixed please and you will get 5* Thanks

It’s about as useful as the Spanish government’s covid app for non EU visitors. How can a state produce such useless apps?
Can not log in
Made an account on the website, Can’t change the prefix at telephone number switches all the time back to Spain. Booked a parking Try to lig in the app. Can not log in. Error code wrong e-mailadres or password but can use the credentials at web site!!! It has now been solved. It appears that if you make a new account. The system can only handle that after 24 hours.
Frustrating- life is too short for this!
Some of the App is in English, but it quickly reverts to Spanish when you click on next page, and it is guesswork from then on . In my case the consequences were that when I was required to complete the box ‘datos de matriculate’ I thought that I needed to input the date, rather than the registration details of my car. Absolute chaos ensued. It is impossible to rectify this retrospectively online. Well perhaps it can be done but, damned if I will live long enough to find out
