Optimisation
Application très agréable mais qui surcharge mon stockage, mériterai je pense de l’optimisation car 1,5 go pour une application de réservation d’hôtel c’est abusé.
Séjour du 24 au 26/08
Un hôtel d’entrée de gamme qui mériterait une rénovation au niveau de ses couloirs et escaliers très vieillots. Les chambres sont correctes mais le ménages «mériterait d’être un peu plus peaufiné (peut faut il prévoir être un peu plus de temps pour faire une chambre). Pouf le reste la prestation est à la hauteur pour ce niveau de gamme. Une mention particulière pour KALID. Il est sur tous les fronts, très bienveillant et sa relation client est au top. On lui souhaite un beau parcours. Merci à lui.
Plus cher sur l’application que sur le web
J’ai réservé sur l’application et je me suis rendu compte que j’ai payé (légèrement) plus cher que si j’avais réservé sur le web !!! C’est vraiment scandaleux !…
Problème avec l application
Dommage l application fonctionnait très bien et d un seul coup elle a perdu mon mot de passe. Sur ce je fais mot de passe oublié et maintenant je ne reçois aucun mail n y sur le téléphone n y sur un pc résultat des courses je ne peux plus réserver et travaillant sur la France entière je trouvais très agréable de pouvoir m organiser avec l application N ayant pu le faire hier j ai eu la chance en arrivant au dernier moment d avoir une chambre la dernière si je n arrive pas à récupérer l application je changerais de chaîne d hotel je ne prend plus le risque d arriver sans réservation

Bugs
behebt mal den Bug das man Übernachtungen die das Hotel selbst durchführt auch in der App sieht. Man sieht in der App nur selbst gebuchte Übernachtungen, aber wenn das B&B direkt für dich bucht, sieht man sie nicht in der App sondern nur auf der Homepage.
Voucher colazione
Non mi ha fatto utilizzare in fase di prenotazione il voucher colazione gratis pur avendo prenotato secondo indicazioni.
Rechnung in der App
Leider kann ich meine Rechnungen nicht mehr ansehen.
Clean, comfortable & welcoming
We use this hotel due to proximity of family but it’s very acceptable & welcoming. There’s a lovely patisserie just over the road. All highly recommended. Merci beaucoup! X

Gute App, nur Details ließen sich verbessern
Nutze die App regelmäßig, Hotelsuche und Buchung funktionieren bestens, alle Infos sind übersichtlich, gut ist z.B. auch die Verknüpfung mit dem Kartenprogramm. 2 Bitten habe ich aber: 1) Eine Option zum Kalenderexport einer Buchung; 2) die Eingabe von Gutscheinen bei der Buchung ist unübersichtlich / teils nicht möglich. Danke fürs Nachbessern!
Achtung!
Die App fragt nicht nach den Daten, wann man übernachten möchte, sondern bucht dann einfach von heute auf morgen. Dann kann man für eine Umbuchung nur das angegebene Hotel bitten. Es gibt dafür kein generellen Support! Ich habe von Deutschland aus ca 1 Std telefoniert, um dann zu erfahren, dass keine Umbuchung gemacht werden kann 🤯🤯🤯
Die App Funktioniert auf meinem IPhone 14pro Max seit 2 Tagen nicht mehr nicht!
Seit 2 Tagen Funktioniert die App nicht mehr auf meinem IPhone 14 Pro Max nicht mehr. Ich kann mich plötzlich nicht mehr mit meinen Zugangsdaten Anmelden! Diese sind aber Richtig und stimmen, über den Browser kann ich mich wie gewohnt Anmelden. In der App wird ständig es ist ein SSL Fehler aufgetreten aufgetreten angezeigt … eine sichere Verbindung zum Server kann nicht hergestellt werden. Es liegt definitiv nicht an meinem IPhone , alle Einstellungen passen und alle anderen Apps Funktionieren ohne Probleme!

Bug serveur nom d’hôte
Cela fait plusieurs semaines qu’il y a un bug récurrent et aléatoire « aucun serveur avec le nom d’hôte précisé n’a été détecté » ce qui rend la réservation impossible

Habe Hotels der Gruppe im In- und Ausland, jeweils auf der Durchreise, genutzt. Bislang durchweg positiv Erfahrungen. Funktionale und saubere Zimmer. Maximale Flexibilität über den online Check in…einfach gut
Die Bedienung der App ist einfach umständlich
Ich übernachte 2-4x pro Woche in B&B Hotels. Aber ich buche lieber über Booking.com. Hier muss ich bei jeder Buchung meine Kreditkartendetails angeben. Gerade eben habe ich die Karte nicht zur Hand und bin deshalb gezwungen über eine andere App zu buchen. Das ist einfach eine Katastrophe in der Bedienung. Alle anderen Buchungsapps bekommen das doch auch hin!
Umständlich
Verwende die App um private Buchung zu machen. Viiiel zu umständlich, ständig fehlt irgendwas fehlt ständig. Da war die Buchung über Accor/ehem. Ibisbudget wesentlich einfacher. Auch die Hilfe/Supportseite ....umständlich! Ich ruf lieber direkt an.

Doppelt gebucht nach Fehlermeldung
Mir wurde in der App eine Fehlermeldung ausgespielt, weshalb ich die Buchung erneut über eine andere Zahlungsmethode durchgeführt habe. Daraufhin wurde es doppelt gebucht, sogar beide male mit dem selben einmaligen Rabattcode. Nach sofortigem Anruf im Hotel wurde aus Kulanz, da sofort bemerkt, eine Buchung kostenlos storniert und zurückgezahlt.

Bookings Missing?
I couldn’t find the bookings I made on the website on the app. Shouldn’t it appear automatically when you login? Also, canceling a reservation doesn’t work even on the website.

Ich bekam nach der Buchung noch einen Frühstück-Gutschein-Code. Dieser lässt sich in der App im nachhinein nirgendwo eingeben

Not advanced enough!
I tried to book a hotel for two days where I needed only one breakfast for the first day as I have to check out early on the second day when they do not serve breakfast. The app only allows all or nothing. I wish it could be more advanced…

Interface désagréable
Vive le numérique. Abandonner un service client gratuit sans vérifier que l'appli fonctionne (le lien d'activation du compte ne déverrouille pas la possibilité de réserver malgré plusieurs tests et relance de l'appli), au moins cela laisse de la place à d'autres concurrents. Bravo 👏👍
Mettre des hôtels en favoris
Je trouve qu’il serait sympa que l’on puisse mettre des hôtels en favoris. Ainsi, il serait plus simple de retrouver ceux qui nous ont plu et d’effectuer une nouvelle réservation dans ce même hôtel

Do NOT recommend it
This aught to be the most slapstick app on the net!!! My spouse an I tried (4) four times to book a room at their PUTZBRUNN, Bavaria location and waisted some 40 minutes plus each occasion in filling and refilling the required data; only to discover that previously completed windows were voided. Called the Obote specified hotel only to be brushed off by the agent responding with the “sage” advice to try again and provide a credit card number; and call back in 10 Minutes if that fails again. It did fail needless to say and a return call was attempted @ 19:10 hours 2023,10.25, that was not answered for six minutes, when we decided to hang up. During the above cited period, were subjected to a barrage of badly translated rants in English and German by an AI-voice praising their plethora of offering. Ingo S.

Beim Check in werden 10€ für einen Parkplatz berechnet, auch wenn man keinen benötigt. Die Option ist nicht abwählbar
Application qui s’améliore mais …
Dommage de ne pas trouver systématiquement les factures dans l’historique et surtout je constate un fait étonnant …. Bien que l’application en elle même ne pèse qu’une centaine de Mo, elle stocke chez moi plus de 7Go de données, ce qui en fait une des applications les plus gourmandes en stockage !!!! Je serai curieux de savoir ce qui prend autant de volume à conserver.

Downloaded the App on my iPad but, when prompted to enter my details, it would not enter my “Country”. I tried several times, clicking on UK but it would not move on to next stage.
