Leider sieht man in der App die Zimmer Kategorie nicht. Dazu muss man auf die Webseite gehen. Das sollte noch verbessert werden.

sehr buggy, alle stornierten buchungen werden als aktiv angezeigt, hotel details nur unvollständig geladen inkl lorem ipsum, mobile key funktioniert nicht, nachrichten an hotel während checkin nicht möglich, uvm

Generell schönes Ambiente mit hohem Wiedererkennungswert in allen Hotels, dennoch sehr kleine Zimmer mit wenig stauraum, daher eher für max 1-2 Übernachtungen zu empfehlen
Unübersich, Stornieren geht nicht!
Die App ist unübersichtlich aufgebaut, Stornieren einer Buchung funktioniert nicht, es heißt seit Tagen „ups da ist was schiefgegangen“ „komme später wieder zurück!„

In letzter Zeit hängt die App ständig, man kann weder buchen noch gucken ob in dem Zeitraum was frei wäre…
Fantastic first stay
First time in Brussels and first time at this hotel, fantastic staff from check in to the bar staff who were all polite and friendly . Rooms a good size and nice and comfortable, all cleaned to a high standard every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Brussels

Reservations never ever appear in the app and there’s no way to make them appear.

Buchung ändern NICHT möglich
Also wollten wir stornieren und neu buchen (Ankunft einen Tag später). Dies wurde uns in der Buchungsbestätigungsmail explizit garantiert (bis 18 Uhr am Anreisetag). Die App wollte dies nicht akzeptieren.

weder die Kreditkarte kann man hinterlegen noch gibt es die Möglichkeit beim Zimmerbuchen eine Firma zu hinterlegen

Es wäre schön, wenn der Digitale Key mal funktionieren würde. Ansonsten sehr gute Übersicht.
Poor online check-in
1. During online check-in, the second guest’s surname field does not allow to type spaces, therefore surnames consisting of multiple words (common in large parts of the world) are rejected. 2.Payment was fully processed with Apple Pay during booking on the CloudOne hotel website (pay & check-in now), but is initiated again during online check-in.
Technische Probleme mit der App
Eigentlich eine gut entworfene App - wenn sich die Probleme in letzter Zeit nicht häufen würden. Mal kann ich meine Email-Adresse nicht eingeben, obwohl es ein Pflichtfeld ist, dann wird immer wieder die Einwilligung zu Push-Nachrichten und zu Datenschutzeinstellungen abgefragt. Meine gespeicherten Daten sind verschwunden, die Kreditkarte wird nicht gespeichert. Der Fokus der Entwicklung sollte aktuell ganz auf Stabilität und Qualität liegen.

You now need at least ios16 to use the app. I used to be able to make reservations but cannot use it any more as my iOS is earler than 16, I cannot upgrade and am now prevented from accessing the app.

Zum einen ist die App recht langsam und zum anderen kann man bei Gästenamen keinen Bindestich oder Leerzeichen für die Eingabe eines Doppelnames verwenden - und das in der heutigen Zeit…..

You should not have to load existing Motel One reservations manually, there is otherwise no point to the app. And, we were unable to load them manually regardless. Sticking with Trip It App.

Not only does the app not work, neither does the website when you register. As soon as you have, it says there’s an error. Very disappointing.

Zum wiederholten Male kann ich meine Buchung nicht abschließen, weil ein Fehler im System diese nicht durchführt. Das ist ärgerlich, da es für mich als geschäftlich Reisende mit Zeitaufwand verbunden ist und ich über booking.com ein anderes Hotel suchen muss.

Wäre nett wenn man telefonisch reserviert das man die Buchung auch in der App sehen kann Klagenfurt fehlt noch ein Motel one Familien Zimmer wären sehr nett wenn die Angeboten werden oder ersichtlich sind welches MotelOne es hat Stockwerk Auswahl ( Idee 💡)

It freezes
This a a good app. Intuitive and with just the information and tools one needs. But it freezes. I use MotelOne reasonably frequently and the App has stopped working maybe three times recently. And it’s not my ‘phone that’s the problem.

I understand the price is competitive, so i shall not expect anything, but... 1. The wifi connection to my MAC really did not work and the front desk recognize the frequency of the problem and give me no material solution to that. So i have to use my iPhone network sharing all the time for work. 2. The breakfast choice is very minimal and only boiled eggs, if you expect anything omelet please skip the breakfast. 3. Huge decoration smell in the room cus it is newly painted. I am not sure about the causation but i felt dizzy all the time. 4. No fridge. (if you care about storing something cold) I would not use motel one again, unless i am visiting a city which is too expensive and this is the only choice.
Not impressed
First time I have used it and you are unable to change minor details to your reservation. On registration I was offered one free breakfast and sent a voucher code and instructed to go to my profile and add the code. There is no provision to add the code.

Fantastic hotel chain . Use it in Amsterdam ,London and now Manchester .
Useless
Reservations result in an error message "server is down, please try again later" - no change here in the past four weeks so the server must be very down indeed (is there a server?) back button starts reservation process from scratch so you need to re-enter all data. News section still has dummy text. In summary: shoddy design, useless.

Use motel one's when travelling from the UK. This app is handy to use and makes booking a room seamless
Wouldn't let me change country thats the first issue
I liked the look and it got me the hotel I wanted, but thats when the issues started. small but irritating niggles. First of all and most annoying when you enter to make a booking it only offers the option of Mr or Mrs as I am neither, it irritated me from the start. Secondly it wouldn't let me change the country when I tried to it just kept defaulting back to Germany. I tried multiple countries but it ignored them all. So I exited the app logged on to my computer and made the booking FAR faster and with no annoying arguments over the fact I live in the UK and that I am an unmarried female. So if your a man or a married woman and you come from Germany your fine.
