Fout in badge
Ik had een foute badge gekregen…dus vervang badge was nodig. Enkele weken later nieuwe badge aangekregen. Kan gebeuren, maar nu wil ik de badge vervangen in de app en loopt alles in de soep. Kan ook gebeuren, maar tot op heden is het moeilijk om communicatie op gang te krijgen. Hopelijk opgelost voor mijn reis naar Frankrijk.

Ik wens mijn abonnement stop te zetten maar kan via mail Fulli niet bereiken of ze reageren bewust niet.

Badge pas toujours détecté assez rapidement, ce qui oblige à très fortement (extrêmement même) ralentir entre les deux bips et l’ouverture de la barrière de voie ! Le système est plus rapide en Italie…

Heb blijkbaar nog een open schuld bij Fulli waar ik niets van wist . In de plaats van mij te contacteren hebben ze contact opgenomen met een incassobureau ( m-l Roussel) . Heb al verschillende e-mails gestuurd zonder een fatsoenlijk antwoord gehad te hebben . Communicatie in het Nederlands is ook problematisch !!!!

Boîtier jamais arrivé, BPost l’a déposé ailleurs, ils ne retrouvent rien. Le message à Fulli ne reçoit aucune réponse après une semaine

Bug mise à jour numéro de téléphone
L’app est plutôt bien mais demande systématiquement de mettre à jour le numéro de téléphone après le login Telepeage. C’est usant !

Wij zijn zeer content met de Fulli tol pas voor onze voorruit van de auto. Inmiddels al het 2e jaar in gebruik in Frankrijk, Spanje & Portugal! Ook parkeren gaat eenvoudig! Het afrekening overzicht zou wat sneller mogen gaan?!

Impossible de connaître ces trajets et leurs tarifs. En effet, en Déan les 48 heures on avait aucune information dans l’application. La seule indication que vous ayez est une erreur s’est produite !

The wheel of no action turns and turns like with the windows 98 computers nothing happens even not after the so called update to fix thr issue , update of today. Very very strange that it’s possible to add such non working apps in the applestore.
